The nail technician was cordial and pleasant. However, I have never been in a nail salon that was this noisy. There were two customers left in the salon, yet the staff talked continuously and loudly in their own language throughout my entire pedicure and manicure. It made it very difficult to relax and enjoy the service. It felt as though there was little regard for the customers' comfort, which was surprising. To make matters worse, today the clear polish on my nails lifted completely. The entire surface of the polish could be peeled off. Overall, this was a very miserable experience.

So I tipped her 10 bucks on $80 and left. Two nights later, they started to fall out, so I used my own glue to put them back. The next day I went to have a pedicure/manicure at my usual salon, and was told by the technician that my eyelashes looked horrible. My tech suggested I call Milton Nail Lounge and inform them. MNS people were nice enough to tell me to come in and they would redo them. It was really a pain to remove them, and the Technician suggested I do the single lashes, for which there was a $40 up charge. I didn't mind, but again they were not exactly what I was looking for, and I tipped her $20 this time. Today makes 10 days that the eyelashes were done for the second time! Now mind you, I haven't washed my eyes in 10 days. I use a face cloth to go around them and then to wash the upper lids. So technically, very little water has really touched my eyelids. Today I looked down and at least four lashes were in the sink. They might do good a good job on nails, but they are awful at putting eyelashes on. I'm so disgusted, I paid a total of $170 with tips for nothing!!!

I don't think the photos do justice to how uneven the coat is and there are many imperfections around the sides of my nails and tiny bubbles on the surface.
