I was able to walk right in and get a pedicure, and I will say the color selection was impressive and the pedicure itself was fine. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to the atmosphere. It was Martin Luther King Jr. Day and the owners' young son was there because he had the day off from school. I have absolutely no issue with children being present--he was happy, drawing, and spending time with his family. The problem began when his father took him to the back of the salon and, for roughly 45 minutes, loudly and repeatedly spoke to him in a very mean, impatient, and belittling manner while trying to teach him how to tell time. This continued while services were going on and felt normalized by the environment. Even after the door was closed, I could still hear the father yelling statements like how the child would "never be able to do any job" if he couldn't learn. I also heard the child ask why he had been slapped. At that point, I chose to end my service, paid at the front, and expressed my concern to the mother about the environment her son was experiencing. Another client attempted to justify the behavior by mentioning ADHD. As a parent of a child with severe ADHD myself, I strongly disagree that yelling, shaming, or discouraging comments are appropriate or helpful ways to support a child with learning differences. While the mother did apologize to me, I felt the apology was owed to her son. I left feeling deeply saddened for the child and uncomfortable supporting a business where this behavior occurred openly. Because of this experience, I will not return. read more

Studio Nails is a great place to get a mani or pedi. They are always very welcoming and friendly. I have been going there for several years. Kaylee always does my nails and does a fantastic job. I am always happy with the way she does them. My Mom gets her nails done there too. Scott always takes care of her and does a wonderful job. If I could give 0 stars I would.. The worst nail salon ever!! Got my nails done a week ago and this happened. Went back to get them fixed and they took over 20 minutes to sit me down just for the lady to walk to the back and not fix my nail.. they just had me waiting there so I left. If they didn't want to fix my nails they could have just said that..... you can literally see every nail lifting. Just a terrible job. read more

This has been the worst nail experience I have ever had. I got the gel polish done yesterday and it 5 out of my 10 nails are not even and have bumps and dents in them. Not to mention one of them has already chipped!!?!? It's gel polish it is not supposed to do that!!! I am beyond displeased. They were too busy focusing on other people as they walked in. Negatives: They are supposed to open at 9 but they are frequently later. They love talking on their personal phones while you wait. Positives: I always get what I ask for. She told her repeatedly that she didn't want any glitter or bling but after the lady insisted on doing something special for her nails she charged her $70 for something she didn't even want. I honestly received the worst pedicure I've ever had here. And that's not even the worst part... It was insulting as well. I am a senior citizen who takes pride in always having a fresh manicure and pedicure. Because of illness, I have been unable to get to my usual technician for a pedi. It had been way too long and my feet did look uncared for. But like I said I've had a serious illness. I went early to avoid waiting, but everyone except the one who opened the shop, and who had an appointment, was late, so I had to wait anyway. The young man who finally did my feet did a slipshod job to say the least. There was barely any attention to skin care,etc. When it came to polish, he LITERALLY put a dab of polish on each toe. To make it even worse, a full two days later, the polish just slid off, as if it was still wet! This young man evidently saw an older lady he didn't know, whom he thought didn't take much pride in her feet. He took advantage of this by doing a quick, sloppy job for the same price as a good pedi. This was hurtful and insulting. It does not speak well for the caliber of employees that this shop has. I visited studio nail salon yesterday and was extremely disappointed in their service. I got a pedicure which lasted less than 10 min and was $30. Their pedicure menu listed that they offered scents and when I picked one I was then told they don't offer them. As I was sitting in the chair getting my manicure done a little boy who was the son of someone who worked there continued to pull my chair out and sit on my lap and hug me... this interaction lasted minutes on end and no one told him to get off of me or apologized for his behavior. He then stepped all over my wet toes. I haven't visited a nail salon in over a year in order to save money and I was super excited to relax and get pampered as that's what I was paying for. Instead I felt stressed as the little boy continued to be all over me the entire time I got my nails done and kept hugging me from behind while I was checking out. I feel really bad for the child because he obviously lacked attention but I don't understand why his parents allow him to disturb their customers. I can't believe I waited over a year to treat myself to a mani and pedi just to be stressed the entire time :( read more

Overall a good experience for a pedicure. You are greeted as you walk in just like every other nail salon. English is not their first language but they get the point. I got the deluxe pedicure for myself and the kids pedicure for my daughter. Average price and decent pedicure. Would recommend. read more

Staff is friendly and the place is clean. There are not many color options for dip powder to choose from here. My manicure was okay but the dip powder was chipping and breaking off within a week and a half. Normally they last at least three to four weeks. It's not a bad place but just kind of middle of the road in quality but convenient with location and availability. read more

when I went into the salon I showed a picture and asked how much it would cost and the person who's owns the business said $40 for the gel and then when he started he was doing it to rough with my nails and when It came time to do my design he was doing it very bad and the lines were un-even and not how I wanted them so when I said something about it he got mad And got up and made someone else did my nails and then was obviously talking about me in Chinese to his co-workers and then after my nails were finished he up charged me and my total came out to $65.
