I had my hair cut next door and decided to come back later for a walk in mani/pedi. The lady did a very good job and it lasted over two weeks. The price was reasonable too. read more

Mr. Hieu did my nails and he did AMAZING. I have never gotten exactly what I asked for, he delivered and then some. I've been to over 15 nail salons in the area, and this is the only one I've been genuinely impressed by. I wasn't even a little disappointed! They gave me exactly what I asked for and paid attention to all the little extra details that so many salons seem to skip over now. My cuticles have never looked so good I'm obsessed! I'll definitely be coming back routinely and recommending them to everyone I know who has an event coming up. read more

Mom and I made a reservation for a Friday evening at 5pm. We arrived on time and were promptly seated for our manicures. We did request to sit next to one another and have them do our manicures at the same time so that we could chat, our request was fulfilled. Our manicures were done is roughly 35 minutes and we were seated for pedicures. They allowed me to sit with Mom even though I wasn't getting a pedicure and served us complimentary wine. The pedicure lasted over an hour but that was because we were having a wonderful time conversing with our technician, Ivy. She was very friendly and engaged for the duration of the service. This is Mom's most frequented nail salon of late, and I am certain that we will continue to come here regularly. 01-17-2025 read more

Do not waste your time here. Just charged me $82 to remove 5 nails and put on a new set of acrylic. Nothing crazy, no designs or anything. Never again will I waste a dollar here. Almost didn't come here in the first place because of past issues but thought I'd give it a shot. Please don't bother, you can get them done for a lot less and very pretty. As long as it took I should have gotten a discount, not charged as if they put gold on. read more

Was very disappointed in my service last time I was there. Took my daughter for prom nails. She showed them a pic and we were told they could not do the design because they didn't have the product in the salon to achieve the desired style I messaged my nail tech at another salon and she offered to do them. When my daughter went back inside to let them know she'd be only getting her pedicure she found someone that can achieve the look she wanted. SUDDENLY!! there was a nail tech there that can achieve the look she wanted read more

I walked in and was taken back quickly. They have great options for gel colors and pedicure styles with cool add ons for the water. Danny did my toes and we had an amazing conversation and I felt very valued as a costumer as he addressed me by my name multiple times. The only down side is for gel it's $30 extra. I think that's a lot and makes me want to explore to see if other salons charge that much more, but Danny would be a reason I return, I highly recommend him. read more

Go here for great customer service and stunning nail work! The owner P is my favorite! He did such a great job. He made sure my nails were perfect. The shop is fairly new. It's beautifully designed and clean. Complimentary drinks are served and they take care of you with smiles on their faces. Serious potential for major business. Go check them out! read more

Not super pleased with my experience here. I am disappointed because the first time I came about a month ago, I absolutely loved my dip nails. This time was a completely different experience. The girl did them in about half of the time the last person did them, and you can certainly tell. When she was finished she scolded me for having short nails and said that because of that, a bunch of polish got stuck to my skin and there was nothing she could do about it. She tried cutting and filing it off and basically told me that it would go away after I washed my hands. My nails are not that short, I work in medical and cannot have long nails. I also told her it wasn't a problem the last time I was here , and she said nothing. In my opinion they do not look good and I'm not happy I had to spend $48 for rushed looking nails, and to be put down about having shorter nails. read more

So I'm always that person who is looking for a review on the lasting quality of getting your nails done...so if you're like me, here's that review. I've attached a photo of my nails and it has been OVER two weeks and they are still in tact, haven't peeled, and no chips! Grow out yes, but that doesn't bother me. I'm an athletic trainer and constantly use my hands at work and they've lasted through all of the tape tearing. I had my nails done by Ivey and I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend. read more

These people are wonderful, very hard working! I will continue to go to them for as long as they are in business!!!

This place is amazing. I have been to several places in the surrounding areas ad this is by far the best one. The staff is super friendly and actually makes and effort to have conversations with you and to just fellow staff member. They are the best at their work. I will never go anywhere. read more

Love this place! Nice people, okay prices, great work! The one nail salon in Pensacola I've went back to. Such a nice atmosphere as well!

Gel nails, gel pedicures, tips, etc., I've had all three and the service provided by Bryan is and was excellent! This nail salon and Bryan are my go to for beautiful nails and toes! read more

I've been here twice and both times the tech didn't listen to what I wanted. I left with okay nails, but not what I asked for. They were friendly and it's really pretty inside. read more

Prices are what you'd expect, but for the experience, it's a steal!!! As soon as you come in, you are welcomed by the clean and friendly atmosphere. There is a huge selection of colors to choose from along with many other services that they provide. Whatever it may be that you are there for, it comes with 2 glasses of complimentary wine!!! If you have children, NO WORRIES, they can get their nails done too in the cutest little princess chairs across from you. During COVID they only use every other chair, masks are required and acrylic screens are posted between you and the manicurist. I did a simple gel manicure and it was done nicely, cleaning all my cuticles and painting all done in a timely manner. This experience was enjoyable and relaxing! read more

I usually go to Infinity Nail Bar for only pedicures. Never had my nails done there but this past weekend I decided to go ahead and get a gel manicure. I have had many gel manicures from other places and this has never happened :( Less than 3 days into this manicure the paint started peeling off and now it won't stop :/ Today, I decided to call and see if they could fix it since it did cost me $49.00 and is less than a week old. I asked to speak to a manager and the woman said he was not in yet. I asked if she knew about what time she said she didn't know maybe 12 or later in the afternoon. I decided to ask her if she knew if they could fix it and she cut me off to say call back later. I would have understood if she said she can't make that decision and to wait for a manager but she wouldn't even allow me to fully explain :( My pedicures are usually always great but I am really upset about my nails and the customer service. Also, I don't work or do anything "rough" with my hands that would have started the chipping. read more

Came in a little before 6 with my friend looking to get gel manicures and they were very accommodating and got to us very quickly. The staff was patient and friendly whilst being efficient and attentive. They got myself done before 7 and had already started my friends nails too by the time I was done. I would definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family and will be visiting again. read more

Ivy did gods job I got the classic mani pedi . I was pleased but she left some dead skin on my heels but for the price it was good

Up until today, I would have recommended this nail shop, however today they made it clear that my patronage was not appreciated or wanted. I had the regular pedicure with regular polish. Two hours later, I put my shoes on and the polish smeared on each toe. When I returned to the shop, the young lady who redid the polish was rude and did a poor job of redoing the polish. She put one coat of polish and did not put on a top coat. She told me that regular polish takes 6 hours to dry completely! I get regular polish on my toes all the time and it has never taken 6 hours to dry. I think the polish was old and thick so it would take forever to dry as this has never happened before. They want you to pay an extra $30 for gel polish, a ridiculous amount. I thought I had found my spot, but now it's back to the drawing board. Can't recommend this spot. read more

First let me say that Nam is absolutely amazing! She is a perfectionist and always makes my nails look flawless. She takes her time and is constantly comparing hands to make sure each side looks the same! Her powder dips with tips do take her a little long but that's for two reasons. First reason like I said is because she is a perfectionist! The second reason is that she is always up and down greeting customers and helping to expedite them to an available technician. She also was the receptionist and DJ lol ! Nonetheless, she never once made me feel as if she was rushing me through or didn't care how her work looked! She even made time to give me a pedicure that I asked about last minute. I know other customers may have had negative experiences and in the past I did wait 45 min for my daughter to get a kids mani/pedi but we were updated constantly and the owner was very apologetic. I understand things can happen. It is unfortunate that other customers have had unpleasant experiences because I really enjoy this place and the atmosphere. Yeah it is a little pricy but I don't splurge often and honestly if you don't like the work that is done, then speak up for yourself and tell them. It is your hard earned money and time. You deserve to pamper yourself and feel like it was worth the time and money too! Nam you are absolutely wonderful! read more

Friendly environment and staff. Complimentary wine. I really enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend this location.

Never again. Tried this place 4 months after my last review. Same exact thing happened. Made an appointment for deluxe pedicure and dip and they were an hour late. When I finally got up to leave they were like we can start now. No, sorry been here over an hour. Now it's Saturday afternoon and nowhere I can get my nails done. So much for second chances. read more

I'm sad to be leaving this review, because I have had good experiences prior to my most recent one. I am 4 months pregnant so I was extremely excited to get this pedicure to get some relief on my feet. I get the deluxe pedicure which is the 3rd best one. My pedicure was the worst pedicure I've ever had :( .. my massage was very half-assed if you will. He kept massaging the top of my foot for majority of the time. I don't even know why I paid more for extra massage. It was the biggest let down I've felt in so long that my pregnancy hormones had me fighting back tears. I know that my service was half-assed bc my husband was getting the exact same service sitting next to me and his was spectacular. The lady really went above and beyond for him. The man doing mine even skipped the step of putting lotion on my legs at the end. I left the salon feeling extremely dry and sad! Also, after my nails were painted with gel, he put my slides on and then walked away.... I had polish on both ankles running up my legs that me and my husband had to wipe off before leaving. I also didn't appreciate some remarks that were made to my husband. This was his first pedicure experience, so initially the water was hot so he asked for some cold. Then it got too cold and he ask for some hot, and the man got snarky and said you just said you wanted cold. It was a bad experience that I couldn't wait to leave. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this salon because of the huge let down I felt. Our total was around $150 before tip, and I feel that it was the biggest waste of money for my pedicure. read more

I see several reviews claiming the customer service here is great. Customer service isn't just about how friendly employees and owners are initially. The true measure of customer service is how a business handles legitimate complaints. It's inevitable that at some point something will go wrong. The owner, P handles them poorly with little to no regard for how his and/or his employees action's impact his clients. I use nail salons with the knowledge that almost everything done at these type salons is not beneficial to your skin/cuticles or nails. It's all about a product or service they sell. I recently went to Infinity Nail Bar to have powder dip removed from my nails that they had done and get a basic manicure in order to test a color I'd never tried. I was placed with Tony who was still learning. Tony proceeded to use the small dremmel tool and soak my nails to remove the polish. Then Tony continued using the tool as well as the rough buffing pad even though I mentioned more than once that he needed to be careful not to thin my nails out. He finally proceeded to give me a basic manicure. His application of the polish was horrible. He used way too much polish and did a horrible job on my cuticles. The next day I had to remove the polish and that's when i discovered that he had seriously damaged my nails roughing them up and filing them down to the point that many were almost translucent and soft causing them to bend at the slightest touch. They were splitting and breaking and painful if I accidentally touched anything too hard. I waited a week before going back to speak with the owner about the issue at my husband's insistence. I didn't have high hopes he would even care and I was right. His only solution was to offer a manicure even after I stated that my nails needed to be left alone for a while to get stronger. His response was to ask me "what did I want him to do." Out of complete frustration I finally told him that I needed a pedicure for Mother's Day and he could offer me a discount. So I went in that Friday and he gave me a whopping 10% off of a $44 pedicure. $4.90 discount to make up for the awful manicure and the damage done to my nails that I'm not only still dealing with but will for at least another month. My nails are still soft, bending and breaking and painful. Thankfully there are nail salons every mile or so in Pensacola so finding another nail salon won't be hard but I will never go back here and will encourage anyone I know not to as well. I gave the owner the opportunity to right a wrong and he couldn't have cared less. It's disappointing when a business owner has the chance to treat a customer as though their business matters and instead they make it obvious your business means nothing to them. read more

Wish I could give them a negative rating..DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! I went in at 10 mins before 6pm and wasted $65 plus a $20 tip on half ass nails. Mike made comments about how he was going to be the last one out. Mike also complained about having to waste dip powder on me because my color choice. He only wanted to put tips on a few of my nails and leave the rest uneven. I then decided I wanted tips on all and he did not even cut down my natural nail before gluing the acrylics on (guessing because he was in a hurry). They are thick and you can see and feel the unevenness. This was my first chance to get my nails done after my newborn and I'm completely disappointed. read more

I got gel polish on my nails and it started chipping off in less than a week!! Before the polish started chipping made an appointment with one of the employees for a couples pedicure and when we got there two other people were waiting for there appointments that were scheduled for the same time and they had no one available to take our appointments! was told it would be a while before someone could take us l they tried to blame it on us making our appointment online.... however all of us called and spoke with a person to book our appointment!!! Basically we were told that it did not matter to them if we left so we did!!! Why bother taking appointments if your not gonna fulfill them?? That same evening my gel polish started chipping off and taking my nails with them!! REALLY??? Will never go back!! Wanted to like and make my new nail salon however the level of customer service sucks!! I can not make myself go back!! Even if I wanted to... but I don't! read more

I wish I could give more stars but I just can't. Let me say first of all this is a in real time review as I am sitting in the chair now. First impressions were good. It's beautiful and clean. Modern check in system. From the moment I sat down and soaked my feet things took a turn. I told the girl I wanted gel polish. (I always get gel polish! I travel a lot. I have gotten my nails done in hawaii, California, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida and many more places) she told me it would cost an extra $30!!!! I'm already paying $40 for their signature pedicure. I didn't think she understood what I meant but after a while it was clear she did and that's the price. I HAVE NEVER paid that. It's just a polish. That is insane and in that moment they lost the chance of me ever coming back and in fact I would have left if I had asked sooner. The music is strange. It's up to date music but not the original artist. Like cover bands or kids bop or something. Just strange. My nail girl did a good job overall. Everyone was given a glass of water when they sat down it me. Could have been because I brought a drink but it still would have been nice to be asked as I would have said yes. So overall this place is fine besides being overpriced for their market. I won't be back! I fact in a week or so I'll need to find somewhere new to get my gel polish done because this crap won't last but a week. read more

I enjoyed my experience. My pedicure was subpar, the polish doesn't look good already and I just got home from there, and there were fruit flies flying around my face and my glass of wine the whole time during the pedi. I also did acrylic nails with gel polish and they turned out amazing! The girl that did them was great and super nice! My nails are Longer than I like, but I didn't realize until afterwards. The people were all very nice and the man working at the front (maybe manager or owner?) Really went the extra mile. He even walked out front with me afterwards to make sure I got to my car, as it was late and dark and no one left in the parking lot. read more

I live on the opposite side of town but decided to try this new place out. Honestly this place has the best customer service. You get what you pay for. You have to sign in and choose which service you want and you also get to choose which nail tech you want. It's a must try! read more
