Kiki is not for the faint of heart, however, if you need an excellent and knowledgeable waxer, she's your gal. What you get: a thorough wax at a good price, fun conversation, PG13 language, sage advice about caring for your wax / preventing ingrowns, humorous posters on the ceiling, and an ice cold coke. What you won't get: any pity whatsoever when you're yelling about the pain of an ingrown or a particularly sensitive strip of wax. read more

0/10 Do not recommend! No customer service skills at all. Telling someone right when they walk in "drop your pants" is honestly weird. Very unhygienic and unsanitary. She does not wear any gloves at all. She also uses soft wax and paper which I did not know since hard wax is more commonly used nowadays nonetheless she does not know what she is doing. She gave me a first-degree burn!! Once I left my skin was red and painful to the touch. I've been waxing for about 4 years now so definitely not my first rodeo and this has been by far the WORST experience ever!! Save your money and go to a different location. read more

Kiki is absolutely awesome! She does a great job and makes you feel so comfortable the entire tim....even though you're basically spread eagle. She will have you laughing in no time. if you need to relax, just ask for a shot if her Kiki juice! Good stuff. Highly recommend!!! read more

I initially booked in an appoinment for my wifes very first waxing appoinment. The first thing "kiki" does is send a manifesto about what she will and will not tolerate from paying customers. An intersting customer service move I must say. The day of the appointment approached and my wife became ill and under a doctors care and it became clear she would not be able to make this appointment until her treatment ran it's course. So, we reschedule for 2 weeks later thnking that would be sufficient. Wife was rapidly healing so we had every hope of being able to attend. well morning of and she just isn't quite ready health wise though we thought she would be. I inform cranky, oh I mean kiki, as early as humanly possible day of, 730am this is that exchange. Me: I do appologoze but if possibly we need to push one more week. Her: No. Have a nice day. Me: Meaning no reppointment Her: Correct Me: Fair enough but I will be going on review sites to explain that you refuesed to accomodate a woman getting over an illness under a doctors treament. Have a nice day. Her: Your cancellation cost me $50, I sent you a message initially that told you i do not reschedule same day cancellations. Me: Good for you. Your attitude desrves all the money you lost. Your customer service is garbage, and this is from a 20 year customer service guy. Good luck, you could have had a customer that tips like restaurant people. But your attitude, accoriding to your reviews, and your generally hostile demeanor lost you yet another customer. Good work, pettiness will take you far. She could have made a long standing client but instead being a burntout shell of a human she lost another chance at earning the money she feels is hers by right. Do what you want, go where you want, but I am telling every woman I know to skip the bitter burnout. and yes if zero stars were an option. Just read her reviews before you go and go to her webiste and she how she talks tash about her clients in the most unprofessional way possible. You have been warned. read more

Kiki was absolutely amazing! She made me feel 100% comfortable for it being my first time, I will absolutely be returning to her she did amazing! read more

AMAZINGGGGGGGG . I've been going to Kiki for 7months now & she is absolutely amazing & VERY FUNY .

Awesome experience. Kiki knows what she is doing. She is funny and open, so you have good conversation to somewhat take your mind off what's going on down there! Great prices, definitely worth trying it out. I'll definitely be going back. read more

Kiki is the BEST. I would go get a wax just to hangout with her. She loves her job and is passionate about giving you the best wax possible. I live in New Orleans over the summer and plan on driving back to Pensacola every 3 weeks just to get a wax done by her! read more

Been a client of Kiki's for a little over five years now and I have no desire to go anywhere else. She has decades of waxing experience and is very quick and precise. If you have sensitive ears, prefer to be politically correct or are easily offended she may not be the waxer for you. But, if you like to hear great stories, have some laughs (maybe even a shot of liquor if you're over 21), relax and get your carpet stripped... she's your person!!! read more

She is extremely rude and communication is not professional at all. Because I was 7 minutes late she was rude from the time she opened the door. I asked if it would be better to reschedule. Instead of saying yes and being polite/ professional she had to be sarcastic. I'm sure she will reply to this comment just like the others with her justification on way she is rude and feels no responsibility for it. Don't waste your time or gas to try and give this independent business owner your business. There are plenty of business that do the same work with gratitude instead of attitude. read more

Love this lady. Service is great and her personality makes it fun. Prices are affordable and she is always always on time. Easy scheduling through text message. Perfect for me. I'll never shave again. Yay. read more

Kiki is awesome! I was nervous when I first got there but that was short lived. I have never laughed so hard during a waxing appointment. She got me to relax and that made the appointment so much better. I will definitely become a return customer. read more

Man I don't know why she has so many bad reviews but like she doesn't need them. Yes it hurt like hell but what else do you expect, my guy. She made me feel comfortable about my body and it was over in no time. Highly recommend read more

Exceptional Brazilian wax! Kiki is very personable, full of personality & professional.

Not sure why Kiki has bad rreviews. She is so amazing! Today was my 1st time getting a brazilian wax and she immediately noticed I was nervous. She kept me distracted the whole time. She is HILARIOUS!!! And even offered me a shot of alcohol! Overall 10/10. read more

I wish I would have come to yelp before going there, I went because her google reviews were good and she was cheap this has been one of the defining traumatic moments of my life that a therapist will one day have to unpack. I being in the medical field am a stickler to hygiene so you can imagine my shock when I finally peeled my eyes open to see her NOT WEARING ANY DAMN GLOVES!!! On my lady bits nonetheless. I know she's trying to make you feel relaxed but if the first 50words anyone says to me is drop your pants I assure you muscles go into creeper mode and everything contracts she basically had to hold my legs down with her elbows. And lastly but most importantly I am very sore and look like I have burn marks on the nether region. This was my second waxing ever I was told after the first one (which I had three weeks on the dot before at a spa) it was basically a cake walk, I assure you I am not walking anywhere with ease now. If I knew how I would call and report her to anyone who could remove her license this pain is cruel and unnecessary. read more

Absolutely awful, excruciatingly painful and extremely unprofessional. If you prefer a woman who doesn't wear gloves, asks you to undress in front of her, and is completely unsympathetic to the pain and intrusive nature of the bikini wax, Kiki is your girl. I am not a first timer, and couldn't even finish my wax. She then proceeded to make rude comments about not finishing! I feel like I've been violated. read more

SAVE YOURSELF! Do not go here, Kiki is awful. I've never had such an unprofessional wax in my life and I've been waxing for 10 years. Kiki has you change in front of her, doesn't wear gloves and makes completely inappropriate comments during the wax. She spoke to me about other clients then proceeded to compliment the part of my body she was waxing (using really vulgar language). I was appalled. Never again will I ever subject myself to her. Hope any new clients will search elsewhere. Thank goodness I found Sandy at Brazilian Sexy Wax, she is everything Kiki isn't! read more

Never an experience I'm likely to forget, absolutely awful! This woman has no care for your skin I'm still bleeding from where she ripped my skin off with her awful non Brazilian method of waxing. Tried to leave she wouldn't let me off the table. Never go to this place for services if she,Kiki is like this I can only imagine what the others are like. read more

Number one, Kiki is wonderful. She goes out of her way to make her customers comfortable, even though they're naked from the waist down! That takes a lot of effort. She has also always accommodated my schedule the very best she can. Kiki has never, ever been unprofessional to me, or to the people I send her way. I would NEVER let anyone else wax me but her. Further, her other customers, yes we chat in the lounge-it's just that comfortable- love her as much as I do. I highly recommend Go Bare Down There to any male or female needing waxing services read more

Kiki fit me in last minute and did an amazing job! She is very knowledgeable about what she does! Not my first waxing, but definitely one of the quickest and most thorough. For the price it can't be beat! read more

I went to KiKi for my first wax and I was definitely in good hands. She keeps the friendly conversation going so your not worried about the pain. Getting a Brazilian wax, of course it's going to hurt! But she tries to make your experience as easy as possible. The 2nd time around, I was a pro and I didn't hurt NEARLY as much. Each time was quick, under 30 minutes. The first time is 50$ and maintenance every 3 weeks is 35$....i don't know about you, but I think that's a BARGAIN. She's very good at what she does. Will be a returning customer. Also! Her working space is very clean and sanitary. It's an adorable, comfy area place, even my fiance was able to be with me! read more

The building was super clean, everything was done proper. Kiki was amazing! She is funny, keeps you comfortable, and tells you exactly how it will be. She will not sugar coat anything. My first wax, I had no clue what to expect, but she kept me super relaxed and walked me through the whole thing. 10 out of 10 will do again. read more

Not sure what experience these other women had but Kiki is hands down the best waxer in the area. I've been to other spas and salons and they don't do as great of a job as Kiki does. She's hilarious, quick to work, and efficient at getting all the hair (wax and a tweezer follow up!). I've been going to her for a few years now and won't go to anyone else. Her website is exactly her...what you see there is what you get! read more

I have to agree with everything Meagan said. KiKi is VERY unprofessional and unsanitary. She says "drop your pants"? How gross. Also, why doesn't she wear gloves?! You would think that she would wear gloves since she claims she was the first ever to do bikini wax in Pensacola. Definitely go somewhere else. Try Still Waters. read more

This is the MOST rudest women I've ever encountered in my ENTIRE life she is so nasty towards her customers and not very helpful her rules are full of shit such as "if you don't reschedule within 24 you cannot be booked again" that's ridiculous there's better people out there don't waist time on KiKi extremely rude!! read more

After 23 years of getting bikini waxes, I was on vacation and couldn't make appt. with my regular gal before I left. I called my friend who recommended KiKi at Go Bare Down There in Pensacola. (She is a model and had been everywhere.) She said KiKi is the best, and she's right. If you're looking for a professional who absolutely knows what she is doing, is completely thorough, makes you comfortable and 'keeps it real' (not a spa with little paper panties), call KiKi. Waxing is an intimate and personal thing, and KiKi knows her business and has a huge and loyal clientele for good reason. read more

Went to Kiki for my very first wax. Being nervous Kiki made me feel very relaxed and talked throughout the whole waxing. The waxing room was soothing. The end result was fantastic. Will definitely return. read more
