The 20% discount for eyebrows should have subtracted $3 for each person with a check-in discount. We made sure to clarify all three of us had the offer. With 3 people getting the eyebrow+lip combo, it was originally $75.00 (ea: $15 eyebrows+$10 lips). I had that once & for three days - I was in so much pain that it felt like I'd been in a car accident. So, knowing that he chose a shiatsu massage. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, she became argumentative and spoke to me in an aggressive tone. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of respect and customer service, but that was clearly lacking. The situation escalated to the point where I felt the need to contact a manager at a completely different location to report what had happened. I did not feel comfortable continuing the conversation at the original location due to the aggressive behavior I experienced. While the manager at the other location was more professional and willing to listen, the situation should have never reached that point. Overall, the attitude and behavior displayed especially by someone in a management position was unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others based on this experience.
