I went to get my sparse eyebrows microbladed before upcoming surgery. It did not go well. One brow turned out perfect but the other is wonky. I tried to get it fixed on my touch-up visit, but Dee ignored my complaint and made it even worse. Now I have clown brows. Dee told me to come back and she'd fix it but oh, hell no! Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me! I'm having to reshape the darn eyebrow every morning with concealer to keep my husband from laughing at me until a microblading correction fluid I found on Amazon arrives that, hopefully, will clean this mess up. The girls in front whom I've watched do eyebrow thinning and shaping seem proficient and are friendly, for the most part. And Dee might do great microblading for others; it may be that she just didn't like me. Who knows? Regardless, I won't go back and can't recommend her to anyone. read more

Extremely impressed with this threading salon! I get my eyebrows threaded regularly and I'm very particular about my eyebrows. I was skeptical because I've had many people jack up my brows over the years, which led me to have uneven brows. I always tell a new threader about the difference in my brows and how I don't like thin brows, but give me a nice arch. Threaders tend to say okay like "they got this" and I never know what I'm going to get. I got the okay here and walked out with perfect brows that LOOK even (although I know they really aren't). I'm going to be honest and say that this threader did a better job than my girls at home! The shop itself is in a very busy plaza (where university mall used to be) right next to my favorite froyo place, Wild Honey. So, I got a treat next door after my threading session. Perfect! Going forward when visiting I'll wait until I get to Pensacola before getting my eyebrows threaded. read more

I was not a fan of threading. My eyebrows grew back faster than I expected, and the whole process was relatively painful compared to waxing.

I just moved to Pensacola and needed a new eyebrow threading spot. This never happens but I lucked out on my first try at a new place!! Everyone working was wearing a face mask which was much appreciated. I'll be back if/when the pandemic has subsided. Update: Took a star off because when a customer walks in and there's five ladies talking and one sitting down all not even bothering to greet, it's not a good look. I only did threading, so that is the only service I can speak on, but for $15 plus a $5 tip, the $20 I spent was WELL worth it. I have had threading done before and it was an awful experience, but not here at the experts. I hate I didn't get the lady's name but she was first chair and she did amazing. I do not have too much eyebrow to begin with, they are light colored and thin, but she shaped my brows up beautifully and I will 100% be returning. read more

I found iBrow Experts while visiting Pensacola. Initially I went in to try eyebrow threading for the first time and I ended up getting micro blading done as well. It was an amazing process. The ladies there were really helpful and answered all of my questions. It was the best experience and it has now been 7 weeks and my eyebrows still look amazing. I haven't gotten them threaded for touch up but you can see that Dipti did an awesome job. I would definitely travel back to Florida to get them done in the future. Hopefully more stores to come! Have only gotten eyebrow threading here but they offer other services and waxing. The place is really clean, quick and efficient service. For anyone who has never had threading, it kind of feels like plucking your eyebrows, just that initial sting of pulling the hair. However I think the sensation may depend on the thickness of the hair and of course your pain threshold. I haven't had any irritation. They clean before and moisturize afterwards. They have 3 chairs for the threading service. And a back area, which I haven't seen. read more

I have recently been really interested in eyelash extensions, so naturally I was very excited the see that ibrow offered that service for only $30. The technician that applied them was very nice, but unfortunately she had not a clue what she was doing. Being pretty involved in the beauty world, I knew that something was way off. The lady did not use an eye protector shield so that the glue did not burn or get into my eyes. She also did not separate the lashes to place in the extensions. Instead, she laid them on top as if it was just a regular set of falsies. It's safe to say that I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this salon for any other services. read more

The place was clean, although I went for eyelash extensions and get my eyebrows done, my eyebrows look good but my extensions.... not so much. I asked for them to look natural and it looks like I have black blobs on my eyes... and she cut them crooked. I had to fix them myself and now they are too short. I got them done for a party I'm going to this weekend and not I have to find a way to fix them myself... not excited. read more

During this COVID time, the eyebrow salon is very sanitary, practicing social distancing and all the technicians are wearing masks. I've been here twice and I've been very satisfied with the job every time. This is definitely my go-to eyebrow place now. honestly, i hate giving bad reviews. i've never given any, and i try to find the best in bad service, which is why giving two stars rather than one, because the people working were very nice. i went in for cluster lash extensions, not expecting the best really, but i ended up having to pull them off myself a few days later because of how much glue was applied. the lashes were applied with cheap materials, and looked absolutely terrible. she did them super fast too and didn't take much time to actually put effort into the look of them. not a fun time, and now my eyelashes are super thin because a bunch fell or were pulled out. read more

I've tried this place on 3 different occasions, each with the same crap result. Uneven brows. I don't even know why I kept coming back, but today was my last $13 they are getting. I went to ulta picked up some eyebrow pomade and will remedy this until they grow back. I will do better research on the next place or just do it myself. read more
