I spent over 2hours with Tammy on 12-29-20 pedicure, fill and broken Nail. New Years Eve Thumb nail broke right hand and middle finger on left. I spent 100.00 for this garbage. Thank goodness I'm going back to Phoenix for a few days. Her work was crappy. I have uneven nails and WAY to MUCH GEL. Worst place ever in my 37 years of getting my nails done. read more

3 of us came in to get manicures the eve before my daughters wedding. I'm from out of the area, I get manicures regularly and have done so in many states. She soaked my fingers, then filed, no cuticle softener yet she began to rip and pull at my cuticles which didn't feel great. Then she polished them. That's it, no lotion, no massage, no smile. I mentioned that it was a very quick manicure being that out of is 3, I started 10 minutes later than the one next to me (of which I was also paying for) and finished 10 minutes sooner and charged me the same. She then started talking to a co worker in a language I couldn't understand, they both looked at me and laughed. Although my daughter received a great manicure while we were there, I had a very mediocre experience and wouldn't go back. read more

I only give two stars because they were very nice . I got my pedicure right away and waited an additional hour for my nails until a lady was finished doing another person's pedicure. I always get gel polish over acrylic and they last for three weeks without any wear. Upon leaving there were bubbles in the gel , I can most certainly say this is from the lady not allowing the nails to sit under the light for longer than 15 seconds. By day four the nails were chipping at the top and edges. Now 8 days after and the polish has lifted half way down two nails additional to the little bubbles and dents. I paid 100$ for my pedicure and Nails to last for a few days. I'm so disappointed I will never go back again. read more

I enjoyed my experience. I had a hard time understanding the ladies with the masks on. Not every customer was wearing a mask. They did our mani's really well and quickly. The male wasn't gentle enough with my daughter's hand and ended up tearing her cuticle (she has excema/sensitive skin). Very happy. Thank you. read more

This nail salon is clean and modern. I paid $40 for a manicure with the dip powder. It came out good, however the tech did cut my nails a little shorter than I would have liked. The salon was very well kept and didn't smell like chemicals like some other salons do. The employees were friendly and courteous. They serve beer and wine with pedicures which is a bonus! read more

My gf gets the full set & pedicure - she's a long time customer here. They do a fantastic job technically but also are very friendly & hospitable. Went in for a pedicure and dip manicure on a busy Saturday without an appointment and they got me right in. My nail tech made sure I was comfortable and even when she used the "shredder" on my feet, she made sure she didn't hurt me. My manicure came out great! She asked me throughout the process if the shape, thickness of dip, and color was to my liking rather than waiting until the end when it's too late to make changes. There was a loud and obnoxious customer in there who was also very demanding (there's always that one person) and they even handled her very professionally and engaged with her without egging her on. Really liked this place until last week. My daughter went to my nails because I always had good experiences there. My daughter wanted to her her nails done for Halloween. She wanted French manicure with black tips. Well long story short, her nails were totally jacked. She had to leave for work so she didn't have time to have them fix them. My daughter called back on her way to work to let them know how dissatisfied she was and they told her to come back the next day and they would fix them. My daughter did not want to go back there at all. The lady also cut her and placed glue on the cut with no antiseptic. It was a total shock that this happened. I went back with her the next day to get her money back and spoke to the owner. She was very rude. She told my daughter to tell them next time that she wasn't happy, well she did but your girl didn't listen. Terrible experience and to top it off she is still waiting for her money to be refunded on the card. We will not be going back, and that is so sad. I really liked this place but they did my daughter wrong and tried to bully me. So sad. read more

We are snowbirds so I've been coming to this shop for 5 years. The people are nice and work hard. However this time I had a mani pedi, gel, no chip, with cats eyes polish. Looked good, 6 days later my thumb nail chipped, then a Big chip. Other hand started to peel, and another chip. I went back to the salon, it was very busy. She asked if I wanted it fixed, yes, come back I about 1hrs, that would be about 6pm, they close at 7. I shopped next door, went back at about 6:15. She told me to have a seat. I sat there another half hour, nothing. I paid almost$100 for this service, treating me like I didn't matter is shameful. I got up and left, never going back. My pedicure is fine, my manicure is a mess. I'm trying to make it not look as bad but I'll be going somewhere else! So many to choose from, but this is not a fair place. Would never go again. Been twice and hated my nails both times!!! Not very good quality! My nails would chip in the first week and I had the dip. I wouldn't even give it a single star, except you have to give at least one in order to write a review. This place brings no value. They do not pay attention to what they are doing. They have absolutely NO PEOPLE skills. They are RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, and CONDESCENDING (I know...how do people that rub your feet and paint your toe nails become condescending?). It is truly appalling. My wife had the worst experience there this week and will not be back. The person that was supposed to be helping her was more interested in the TV behind him than actually doing what he was getting paid to do. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Stay Away from this Place! Very disappointed with my first and only experience at My Nails. For a mani/pedi (Spa level-their basic service), $40 PLUS, extra $5 for gold polish on my toes. In addition, the selection card said a glass of wine with every pedicure. Neither my Mom nor I were offered advertised wine (or even water for that matter). Went for a pedicure and my daughter to have her nails done. I asked for the regular pedicure with gel nails. He cut my cuticle so bad that it bled for a long time. Meanwhile, my daughter was getting her nails done. She asked for white. The lady told her no, told her she would do a sparkly clear silver. My daughter didn't think she could do white, so she said ok. She didn't like them. When she sat beside me she was teary eyed because she wanted to say something but was not comfortable doing so because she was afraid of the ladies reaction. I asked the lady if she could please could paint her nails white. Forever and a day later she got to my daughter again. I was charged extra because he had to get the dead skin of my foot, what a pedicure is meant for, but he charged extra. Needless to say, this is not a place I'd recommend because of the lack of awareness to hurting people and charging extra for what should be done when you get a pedicure (at least every other place does that with a regular pedicure). It was an uncomfortable experience to say the least. I did tell my daughter to ALWAYS tell them what you'd like and don't just go along with what they say. Charges extra for what I thought was always included - callous removal! I have had a lot of pedicures and have never been charged extra! Also, I had a brow and lip wax. Just once, I would like for somebody to actually remove all the hair! The technician didn't bother to show me what she had done, nor did she check to see if all the hair was gone. No, I sit in my car and finish tweezing hair from my brows and upper lip! I won't ever go back. read more
