5 Stars - Amazing Experience!…read more We had such a great experience at Patriot Barbershop, and I can't thank Paul enough. He really took his time with my son's haircut and made him feel totally comfortable--which meant everything to us. My son had a really bad experience at another shop a while back when he got his hair cut short, and ever since, he's barely let anyone touch it. Usually, he'll only agree to a tiny trim. But Paul was patient, kind, and super respectful, and by the end, my son actually liked his haircut. That's a first in a long time! We came in the day before Easter and only waited about 20 minutes, which was a nice surprise. The shop has a great vibe and is welcoming for all ages. Prices are very fair--especially for the care and time Paul put into the cut. Way better than the rushed, overpriced places we've tried (and we've tried a lot). Highly recommend Patriot Barbershop--especially if you're looking for someone who actually listens and cares.

Went to get a haircut from Levi. My son explicitly said, "don't take anything off the top." He also…read morestated that he wanted the length. He even showed a picture. Levi took too much off the sides and messed up my son's hairline. I gently reminded Levi that he might want to pick out my son's hair to get an accurate view of the length and to ensure the cut was even. Meanwhile I'm trying to make the situation a positive one and be kind. Levi picked out the sides of my son's head but not the top. He then used a spray to color in the hairline. Levi then offered to pick out the rest of my son's hair and my son told him he didn't want that. Mainly because he was ready to get out of the shop. This hair cut took 1.5 hours to complete and he kept trying to take more off the back. My son was visibly upset and embarrassed about his hair. He's been growing it out for months and was upset that he'd have to start over again. After the hair cut I paid Levi and left a tip because I felt bad for the him. Not because I thought he did a good job. He even apologized. I gave him some gentle feedback about picking out the hair first and maybe having a sponge to curl up the hair after. My son left a review on Booksy with a picture of what he wanted versus what he got. No words other than that. Levi took it upon himself to mock my son for crying. I responded and gave Levi some further feedback. All of which was respectful. Then Levi texted me the following. (See screen shots below). I never level negative reviews because it's not worth my time, but Levi decided to text me and call my son a punk and then began to insult me. All-in-all, I would say you're going to get a bad cut and some attitude for calling it out. Go at your own risk.

I found these guys on Yelp yesterday and gave them a call. They were all booked up but they do walk-ins at certain times of the day. They told me to be there at 6:00 so I showed up. Mind you, I'm very picky about my hair but I was truly impressed by the job Ari done!! I literally showed her a picture and her response was "do you want it to look just like that?" I said yes expecting it to be something close to the picture. That wasn't the case. When Ari was done my haircut looked EXACTLY like the picture I showed her!!! If you're in a rush or just want a quick buzz I don't think this is the place for you. Not only did Ari take her time and make sure I had the EXACT haircut I asked for but I noticed the other barbers were the same way!! Don't miss out on the opportunity to have these guys fade you up and take care of your beard!! Don't forget to call ahead!! Thanks Ari!!

They drove away many of their strongest barbers due to poor leadership. The owners placed someone…read morein charge who, frankly, is a terrible person. From everything I've been told, she looks out only for herself. Several of the women who worked there were loyal for over eight years, yet were never properly taken care of. The shop was in constant chaos equipment didn't work, issues went unresolved, and nothing was fixed until very recently. What crossed the line for me was learning that they threatened to fire someone and told them they would ruin their chances of buying a house just days before closing, simply because they suspected that person was considering leaving. Yes, Florida is an at-will state but trying to destabilize someone's life over a hunch is beyond wrong. I will never support an establishment that doesn't take care of the people who keep it running. Loyalty matters. When someone gives over eight years of their life to a job and finally reaches their breaking point, that says everything. I'll be supporting them and following them wherever they've gone next.
