My massage therapist gave me different options as far as the type of massage. I stated as long as it's not a deep tissue massage. I had that once & for three days - I was in so much pain that it felt like I'd been in a car accident. So, knowing that he chose a shiatsu massage. I stated I tend to carry my stress between my shoulders and neck. Plus I'm so ticklish everywhere else! Having told him this, he began my amazing massage. Super sanitary with gloves, their oil/lotion/etc is from a hands free pump, new sticks used for each wax application, and the chair/table is lined with fresh paper for each client. Overall extremely sanitary and safe. In addition Mallory is fantastic! She's very detail oriented and you can tell she knows what she's doing. She's quick and efficient while being thorough which is precisely what you want when someone is ripping hair from your body. I had a very disappointing experience at European Wax Center. From the moment I raised a concern,…read morethe manager's behavior was completely unprofessional. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, she became argumentative and spoke to me in an aggressive tone. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of respect and customer service, but that was clearly lacking. The situation escalated to the point where I felt the need to contact a manager at a completely different location to report what had happened. I did not feel comfortable continuing the conversation at the original location due to the aggressive behavior I experienced. While the manager at the other location was more professional and willing to listen, the situation should have never reached that point. Overall, the attitude and behavior displayed especially by someone in a management position was unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others based on this experience.

Looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted, this place was just perfect! I have…read morenothing but high praise for Siddhi and the wonderful work she does. Located in a salon plaza Siddhis office is very lovely and has a very calming feel to it. She communicates very well, my appointment was going to be a little later than planned and she let me know In advance. The plaza has plenty of parking around the building. Prior to entering the building you have to punch in the code of the suite you are looking to go into. Overall, this place was wonderful. I highly recommend and look forward to making a return trip in the future.
