Not the best place. I stopped by for the first time with my friend. She was doing her toes and I wanted a full set. I was told to sit in a chair and my friend was taking to the feet section. Anyways, I sat there for about 19-15min thinking someone was going to do my nails. No one came or said anything. Turns out I was waiting for the lady in the seat next to me to be done in order to do my nails. There's a big lack of communication. If they would've informed me then it would've been fine but no, they just told me to sit as if they were going to start -_- Very annoying. They need to learn to communicate I ate with their clients. I ended up getting up and going to the feet section to tell my friend d what was going on, the lady doing her feet heard me and got someone to come do my nails. I was ready to leave and take my friend with me but I ended up staying. The nails came out pretty good. But their host needs to better. read more

The initially visit was a bit rough because I didn't care for the style of nails that the initial nail tech delivered. However, after expressing my concerns they were very accommodating and the customer service was excellent!!!! Twee and Leah were so kind and understanding. They were willing to shape my nails to my liking and had a lot of patience. As a customer who prefers my nails a particular way (I'm a picky customer), they never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. This was a review i meant to post a couple weeks ago! Raymond is wonderful. Best pedi and mani I've had in a very long while. I'm back for a mani today and do not mind waiting for him. He works quickly while still taking his time to make sure the nails look great. The gel polish that is used here is definitely worth the extra $10. My manicure has lasted three weeks and my toes don't need a pedi yet so that will last me another two weeks before I have to come back. No chips, no unevenness, no cuts with a drill. Everyone is friendly, the space is clean with lots of pedi chairs and nail stations. Hopefully they'll get back to serving wine! Update 12/22/20 Same great service from Raymond. My daughter needed a rebase with one tip needing to be replaced ...they charged 23 for rebase ..3 for tip ...25 for shellac polish ...2 for trim down of nails ...7 for 2 flowers and 5 for 4 gems ...total of 65.00 ...are you kidding!! I had a manicure and pedicure with regular polish and I did upgrade to the next pedicure and Steven does an amazing job however mine was 55.00 ...my daughter and I each tipped 15 but my daughters nails could have been a little cleaner looking and also have some air bubbles in polish We spent a total of 150.00 today and I am shocked!! I've been going here for years now and I feel like it's gone downhill. None of the massage chairs work well, the techs barely massage your legs and feet, and all the prices have increased. The people are great but I feel like it's more about how quick they can get you in and out instead of focusing on the experience and relaxing, especially if you're getting a pedi. read more

Nail Talk was one of the best nail salons I have been to in Pensacola! No wonder they were voted best in the bay! The salon smelled really nice, it didn't smell like 50 different chemicals. The staff was super friendly! They talked to every customer and didn't make anyone feel awkward by talking in their native language. (We wonder what they are talking about, haha!) I've been coming for pedicures for the last 6 years. The last 3 have been very disappointing. Techs seem to cop an attitude if you don't purchase above "the classic" which is the least expensive. Very poor service. I went in for a pedicure and my daughter a full set with gel polish. My pedicure had a previously very dark polish. After they were done u could still see the dark polish round the edges and acted like I was going out of my way to ask them to get rid of it. They finish w polish still on my toe so I had to go home and redo it I was so sick of asking them to fix their mess ups. My daughter's nails we're not the same length n the rounding was very uneven. Ive gotten my nails done here probably 10 times over the past few years, it has never been an above average experience but this this past time I have decided I will not be coming back. I got dip on my nails on a Saturday evening and all of the nails either broke or fell off the following Thursday. Dip is supposed to last at minimum two weeks It hasn't even been a full week! I paid $60 for a French mani/pedi here - a little more than I was expecting since in every city I've lived in it's been $50 (Boston and DC) for a similar place. Not a huge deal though. I was disappointed to find that my manicure did not last the full week (there was only one top coat added total) which is not what I've experienced elsewhere. My toes still look perfect though and I was there over 4 weeks ago. It's a big place and they have a lot of workers there at a time to take people. They also have a bar with wine for purchase. So it has a good atmosphere. They also have a punch card program. It was packed when I was there and I know people in this area like it so I will be going back.
