Happy with manicure. A heavenly great head and scalp treatment massage. Of course always happy with my eyebrows. My pedicure not on this day but always walked out feeling groovy good. Try the facials, relaxing . Wine, tea, beverage a nice xtra . Very nice salon and it's well taken care of. Owner is an angel of good heart. I could go on, I recommend a visit and sample the treatment and works. read more

Not the best place. I stopped by for the first time with my friend. She was doing her toes and I wanted a full set. I was told to sit in a chair and my friend was taking to the feet section. Anyways, I sat there for about 19-15min thinking someone was going to do my nails. No one came or said anything. Turns out I was waiting for the lady in the seat next to me to be done in order to do my nails. There's a big lack of communication. If they would've informed me then it would've been fine but no, they just told me to sit as if they were going to start -_- Very annoying. They need to learn to communicate I ate with their clients. I ended up getting up and going to the feet section to tell my friend d what was going on, the lady doing her feet heard me and got someone to come do my nails. I was ready to leave and take my friend with me but I ended up staying. The nails came out pretty good. But their host needs to better. read more

Nail Talk - Nail Salons Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

I recently moved to Pensacola, FL and was recommended by my friend to try Nail Talk. The initially visit was a bit rough because I didn't care for the style of nails that the initial nail tech delivered. However, after expressing my concerns they were very accommodating and the customer service was excellent!!!! Twee and Leah were so kind and understanding. They were willing to shape my nails to my liking and had a lot of patience. As a customer who prefers my nails a particular way (I'm a picky customer), they never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They were gentle, personable and made me feel like a valued customer. I'm glad they were willing to give me a great experience and I highly recommend trying Nail Talk. read more

This place used to be good but not anymore.. lots of new nail tech with attitude and the language is a big barrier. The hygiene practice is poor especially in the manicure stations. They need to get up to speed with the latest standards and practices they still use the same old stuff from 10 years. I don't recommend this place! read more

Everyone here was SO nice, my nails were EXACTLY what I wanted and I got a mani/pedi. My sister came with me and we were both extremely impressed. Mary did the best acrylic nails I've ever gotten and I could not recommend this place enough! Prices are listed in detail on their website. Very clean and relaxing. read more

This was a review i meant to post a couple weeks ago! Raymond is wonderful. Best pedi and mani I've had in a very long while. I'm back for a mani today and do not mind waiting for him. He works quickly while still taking his time to make sure the nails look great. The gel polish that is used here is definitely worth the extra $10. My manicure has lasted three weeks and my toes don't need a pedi yet so that will last me another two weeks before I have to come back. No chips, no unevenness, no cuts with a drill. Everyone is friendly, the space is clean with lots of pedi chairs and nail stations. Hopefully they'll get back to serving wine! Update 12/22/20 Same great service from Raymond. Went with red for the holiday. read more

My daughter needed a rebase with one tip needing to be replaced ...they charged 23 for rebase ..3 for tip ...25 for shellac polish ...2 for trim down of nails ...7 for 2 flowers and 5 for 4 gems ...total of 65.00 ...are you kidding!! I had a manicure and pedicure with regular polish and I did upgrade to the next pedicure and Steven does an amazing job however mine was 55.00 ...my daughter and I each tipped 15 but my daughters nails could have been a little cleaner looking and also have some air bubbles in polish We spent a total of 150.00 today and I am shocked!! Unfortunately we can not afford to go back read more

Worst salon ever for acrylics - cut me multiple times- and filed my nails till I was bleeding : the older lady put the acrylic on so thick it was absolutely awful- and it was my birthday- haven't been back since that happened. Will never go back. They don't deserve a license in my opinion. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I've been going here for years now and I feel like it's gone downhill. None of the massage chairs work well, the techs barely massage your legs and feet, and all the prices have increased. The people are great but I feel like it's more about how quick they can get you in and out instead of focusing on the experience and relaxing, especially if you're getting a pedi. read more

I've been doing the dip powder for about 8 months now, and I'm so happy I found Raymond at Nail Talk. He is the BEST! I drive all the way from Navarre because his dip lasts 3 weeks every time, without fail. Thanks for always providing the best service! read more

This Nail Salon wasn't busy when I went... My nail technician was busy with another client... All of them do a pretty good job... Today Nancy did my pedicure and I was not happy with the service I suppose to receive... I will not be going back they spoke their language and was laughing who does that... They will not be getting my good $40 and $10 tip any more read more

Nail Talk was one of the best nail salons I have been to in Pensacola! No wonder they were voted best in the bay! The salon smelled really nice, it didn't smell like 50 different chemicals. The staff was super friendly! They talked to every customer and didn't make anyone feel awkward by talking in their native language. (We wonder what they are talking about, haha!) They offer a ton of different pedicures and manicures, from hot stones to paraffin wax (which I recommend!). read more

I have always been very pleased with my services when done by Mia... Took my friend for her very 1st pedicure 4 days ago to Nail Talk...big mistake! I had informed all that it was her 1st time and that I expected the same fine service for her. Her technician was very inattentive, leaving to chat on her phone periodically during her pedicure. The woman was not taking care when she was scrubbing her foot and caused a break in her skin. So today, she may need medical intervention! Buyers beware.... read more

My daughter just left the shop. She was the 2nd client. She got her nails did for her 14th birthday. The nail tech had a attitude the whole time. She did not do the deisgn my daughter wanted. Then when my daughter was talking she asked her to be quiet. Seems as if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. We will never come back nor will we referr this nail shop. A waste of $75. Im very disappointed in Nail Talk on 9th Ave beside Wendys. read more

I have been a customer of Nail Talk since October of 2017 . My nails have been the best I have ever had. The last for 4 to 6 weeks each time. I have been so impressed with every visit. I will continue to drive a 20 minutes to receive quality service every time . read more

I've been coming for pedicures for the last 6 years. The last 3 have been very disappointing. Techs seem to cop an attitude if you don't purchase above "the classic" which is the least expensive. They spend half as much time with you as the did in years past and are charging more! Also, the last technician hurt! I don't want my legs beat on! She seamed to have a very inferior technique compared to all the other ones working on customers around me. I'm not going back. read more

This is the BEST nail salon in Pensacola!! I have tried several places but they are more expensive and don't last as long. A month ago I got a French pedicure and my toes still look great. The workers are fast and very sweet. Highly recommend this nail salon! Don't waste your money in the mall. read more

Very poor service. I went in for a pedicure and my daughter a full set with gel polish. My pedicure had a previously very dark polish. After they were done u could still see the dark polish round the edges and acted like I was going out of my way to ask them to get rid of it. They finish w polish still on my toe so I had to go home and redo it I was so sick of asking them to fix their mess ups. My daughter's nails we're not the same length n the rounding was very uneven. Will not go back. read more

Wonderful place to have a pedicure! Great place to take a friend and kick back from the normal life events.

Had time to stop in while in town on business and needed a quick touch up! They were super fast, clean and great customer service!

I paid $60 for a French mani/pedi here - a little more than I was expecting since in every city I've lived in it's been $50 (Boston and DC) for a similar place. Not a huge deal though. I was disappointed to find that my manicure did not last the full week (there was only one top coat added total) which is not what I've experienced elsewhere. My toes still look perfect though and I was there over 4 weeks ago. It's a big place and they have a lot of workers there at a time to take people. They also have a bar with wine for purchase. So it has a good atmosphere. They also have a punch card program. It was packed when I was there and I know people in this area like it so I will be going back. It seems like the best place around. read more

Ive gotten my nails done here probably 10 times over the past few years, it has never been an above average experience but this this past time I have decided I will not be coming back. Disappointing, go somewhere else. read more
