I'm so glad I made an appointment because the place was packed with ladies. all I heard from the time I was there was positive feedback from the customers and how happy they were with their service. THERE IS A REASON. I will be honest when I say I have NEVER been so happy with a nail service. I went and asked for Hanna as a reccomendation from a friend and she was PHENOMENAL. her positive personality made it so enjoyable and she's absolutely talented. I am completely stuck on this place now and it will definitely be my go to. I plan on coming back to get pampered before my wedding! read more

Worst nail experience possible. Avoid this salon at all cost. Initially everything went okay. There were only 2 people on staff so if you come in as a group of 2 or more expect a wait. My nails were not buffed to remove ridges at all and the final result was bumpy and uneven. The biggest problem was when my sister asked to have a slight imperfection fixed. The Nail technician said flatly "No". After an actual confrontation where they refused to fix the issue it was very sloppily "corrected". After further rude and insulting confrontation between the technician and I they fixed the issue. I would never recommend this salon due to the rude nature of the staff and HORRIBLE customer service. read more

I went and got my nails and eye brows done here yesterday. It was amazing! I went in wanting a full set of acrylic nails. He looked and my nails and said that he really didn't want to do it because I have long strong nails. So he talked me into getting the gel. And I am in love with them!! They are so pretty and are way stronger than any basic manicure. I'm so glad he talked me out of ruining my nails!! Lol then when it was time for my eyebrows they have a wax room that is separate from the salon. I like that. And she was very friendly and did an amazing job. They take there time however, don't rush. The environment is clean, and comfortable with ideal lighting. The pedicure area is clean and well Kempt as is the restroom and waxing room. Worst place I have EVER been. The owner is so unprofessional. I spent over two hours there getting the my dip nails that are suppose to last up to 4 weeks. Usually they last me about 3 at the place I usually go to. Well they had my nails soaking off for over an hour when I asked them how much longer it would be because my husband was coming home from being away. I had to cancel my other appointments because it took longer then ever... then they didn't have the colors that they advertised. So I had to figure someone out quickly because I didn't have enough time to look for a different color scheme I wanted. Well 2 days later my nails lifted pulling out my hair. I was away for a couple days but called to tell them about what was going on. I went Sunday which was 3 days after, they were closed so I went there today. Al my nails were totally ruined that took me 3 months to grow out. I get the dip so my real nails will be stronger. Total opposite. The owner yelled at me and disrespected me and told me i had to pay full price because I didn't get there 3 days after... which I told him was a Sunday and I did, but they were closed. He continues to yell till I had enough and walked out. Now I'm left with terrible nails and a terrible taste. That place is the worst. read more

I'd have to say for this area they're the best. Although the staff regularly consists of only two nail techs, the owners, it's ALWAYS busy which has to account to something I suppose. Either way I'm always please when I leave there. The male tech does a better job, in my opinion, but the lady does a good job as well. The pedi's aren't that great but you wont be disappointed. Overall the only thing bad I have to say is the lack of staff but considering there's only two of them I think they do a great job holding it down. read more

Friendly people. My pink and white nails broke off in 3 days though. They were very thick and not properly done.
