Horrible customer service. A male tech would not stop telling me stupid immature jokes. He would ask questions like do you know someone with cancer, are you racist, do you know a cop, do you know a Jew. Depending on how I would answer he would tell a "joke". Not one was funny. He yelled at a coworker in front of multiple customers for something so minor. I asked for something extremely simple on my nails and he said I guess I can attempt. All I asked for was a heart and Q. Another customer asked him to fix her toes and he replied "if you're ok with being ghetto" Extremely unprofessional behavior and made many customers uncomfortable. The owner was very nice though. My husband was working at Coldwell Banker near The Nail Place so I decided to get a mani/pedi. I was seated at Rose's station and had the most wonderful experience. She was so pleasant, took her time making sure my nails looked great and we had very sweet conversation. When my husband came in, she chatted with him, making us both smile. I've definitely found my nail lady and new nail place....whenever my husband is the agent on duty at Coldwell Banker! Definitely a great nail place with wonderful people! read more

I only gave 1 star because I had to. This place is clean, great location, but that is not my issue. A friend and I went in a few days ago, we had 2 appointments, and the Nail Tech doing, 'my' nails was extremely rude towards my friend and myself, I was dumbfounded that she was speaking to me so harshly. She also complained about other nail tech in the salon who was brand new to the Salon. I was told I had to Tip with cash. They also don't use liners in the basin of the pedicure tub. Very unsanitary. I tried very hard to keep my mouth shut and not aggravate her further, since it was my nails she was working on. Towards the end of my visit she actually started being nice to me. (My guess was, she wanted a Tip). I won't return to this Salon. I won't suggest this Salon to anyone either. Sadly, Not at all a relaxing experience for us. read more

The customer service here is really horrible!! It's very normal for a nail salon to have walk-ins, but not here. I walked in and the woman running the place asked me if she could help me with something. When I mentioned that my daughter and I wanted pedicures, she replied, "We are booked up for the rest of the day day, hunny." Very condescending. What happened to good customer service?! I'm a week away from having a baby, haven't had my toes done in a hot minute, and just finished out a 45 hour work week. I won't be back, hunny. read more

So my wife went there a second time. Girl at counter says give her the PIN number to credit card so she can add a tip. Really??? That is a scam. Never give anybody your PIN number. She said they don't want to use credit because of the fees. Plus you will get a tip if you deserve a tip darlin. Obviously she is never going back read more

Absolutely loved loved LOVED my experience here a month ago to get my nails done. I had to change my review due to the eyebrow waxing I got done today. I assumed because they do so great with nails , eyebrows would be the same, which is far from thr truth! I told the woman to keep them thick and just clean them up, she took off half of my eyebrow (super thin now) and made them different sizes on each side because "she pressed too hard & more came off" . Pure laziness and trying to get it done quickly. She told me it was free since she messed them up and to come back in a month. HECK NO. AVOID WAXING HERE AT ALL COST. nails here are great but no waxing! She did not even feel bad for messing up my eyebrows! read more

I came in and asked for dipping powder and asked what the price was since they weren't posted anywhere. I was told $55 and then $50 which is fairly overpriced in my opinion. I asked how much a gel manicure was and was told $20. I decided to just do gel instead-- apparently gel and a manicure are two separate things. Gel was $20 and the manicure was $17... who knew a gel manicure didn't include a manicure. They didn't inform me that it would be two separate charges. Not only that, they don't use disposable liners for the tubs which is a bit unhygienic in my opinion so hopefully they clean the tubs between clients very well. read more

I have come here twice now and it's my new nail place! The pedicures are amazing, last for weeks and they take their time and get it right. The hot stone massage is wonderful. The last time Co was my technician and did an amazing job with intricate artwork. Highly recommend! read more

If I could give this place negative 10 stars, I would. HORRIBLE!! I should've just left! First off, you walk in and there are no prices ANYWHERE. So who's to say they don't make up prices as they go? Well then we get to the actual pedicure experience. They don't have disposable liners in the tubs, so I'm praying they heavily disinfect the tubs between clients, so nasty! The guy doing my pedicure had a great system as far as signaling me to put in/take out my feet/foot. He would just hit my legs and feet, guess he forgot how to communicate with people! The massage was rushed, which is my favorite part. When he went to rinse off my legs, he instead gave me a bath. He was splashing the water so high and so hard that it got on my thighs! Then when he got to the actual painting of my toes, he told me to move myself down to where I was in an elongated and awkward position. Instead of moving the actual chair forward to where he wanted me, so I ended up moving it myself. Then he was bending my ankle and toes so hard down and digging his fingernails into me. After he's done painting he immediately moves me into a corner where the dryers are. There are children's legos all over the place!! The best part however was the male employee sitting behind me cutting his toenails, and when he was done he goes over to his client, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! About 10 minutes into drying time, the guy comes back over and rips the toe spacers off my feet! Worst pedicure experience of my life, will NEVER come back!! Unsanitary and rude, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! read more

Friendly staff! Very clean! I just walked in without an appointment and it wasn't a problem. They do not have a big selection of gel nail color. I got a Mani pedi, one of the best I have had in a long time. There was no rush, massaged my hands, feet, legs and arms along with hot stones. I felt wonderful when I left. Prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area but this was the best pedicure I have had yet:) very pleased!!! read more

This was the worst experience that I have had. I was picking my color for my toes and the lady took my shoes off and wasn't listening when i said that water was too hot and picked my legs up and put them in the hot water. She was rushing my nails and sliced my cuticle open twice and then left and let someone else finish my nails and he filed my nails raw. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

First visit to this salon, and I will return. I had two incredible technicians (Co and Kira). Co did my manicure which included a deep tissue arm and hand massage. He did an excellent job on my nails (gel - french tips) and the massage was a much needed bonus. Kira, she may be new but she does nice work. Staff is great and they did a really nice job on my Gel manicure. I am visiting from out of town so I am pretty picky about my nail salons.

Subpar nail shop!! I am very unsatisfied with the quality of my nails.They also charged me an extra 15 dollars for gel nail polish even though I bought my own polish. When I inquired about the pricing,the owner told me that the extra charge was for the labor because it takes them 20 minutes longer to paint with gel polish than with regular polish, which is nonsensical and untrue. The owner was also very rude and told me that I could polish my nails at home. read more
