I needed to get my acrylics removed for work and called in my appointment. Lisa helped me out and it was a lovely time chatting with her. She had everything ready to go for me before I walked in, which was some attention to detail and customer service that I really enjoyed. Not only did she remove the old acrylics, but she also went the extra mile to shape and file my natural nails so I didn't leave with some not-so-nice nails. Looking around, the salon is clean and has a nice vibe. They also do lash extensions and it looks like they serve drinks at the front. The price was fair, too, around $15 for the removal. The location is very close to me and I hope to be a repeat customer. I look forward to coming back and trying their other services! read more

So I recently moved to Ft Walton Beach, and went in for a mani/pedi and the service was absolutely amazing. The establishment is under new ownership and has totally remodeled and updated all the spa chairs. I will be the first to say men should take care of their feet too. ( I am not talking about painting your toes) clean your cuticles and remove any potential ingrown toenails. If your looking for a place I would highly recommend it. read more

My husband and I went there today for the full service fancy pedicure. Even better than the pedicure were the massage chairs. Coincidently, I'd had a care accident a couple of days ago and was pretty stiff. The chairs were the best I've ever sat in. Massage was perfect and I feel so much better now. Pedicure was good, people were lovely, salon is clean. We'll go back for sure! read more

This was my second time here. The first time me and my mom came for pedicures and it was the worst pedicure we had both received. We might as well should've done the pedicure ourselves. This was about two years ago. Fast forward to this week, I decided to try them again but with a simple shellac manicure. I was really pressed for time and had to be at another appointment in an hour. The shop owner tried to be quick as possible and she was so I give her kudos for this. However I will say that this was the worst job on my nails that I've ever received. I always get a shellac French manicure...it's my standard nail do. Based on the plenty of times I've got this done, I can honestly say that this was the worst job. The lines were crooked and my nails were left unevenly shaped. Didn't have time to ask her to redo it. If you do go in here, try to get the two Black women to service you. I'm used to getting cheapy manicures in NYC and having them last for 7 days without chipping. I'm on day two and three nails have already chipped. On top of that, I had to point out to the technician where to fill in polish. He sent me to the dryer with polish on the skin around my nails. Again, I had to ask him to remove it. The staff here is super friendly, however the services aren't worth the money. My mom's pedicure chipped two hours after we got home. What a waste. read more

Scheduled an appointment for four people to get pedicures done at the same time. We get there and their are only 2 people working on a Saturday. We go to sit down in the massage chairs...but could not all sit together other because most of the massage chairs are broken. We find the working chairs and turn them on...after about 5 minutes the chairs turn off because the fuse went out. Apparently, they can't have more than a couple chairs on at once. The pedicure tubs were dirty/nasty looking. I didn't even want to put my feet in it. They skipped the top coat on my nails because they didn't have time; it's been less than a week and the polish is already chipping. One of the girls I went with had to re-paint her nails when she got home because the technician did such a sloppy job. I needed to use their restroom while I was there but decided not to because the toilet was clogged with poop in it. (I've been to cleaner porta-potties at music festivals). I had to walk next door to chick-a-fila to use the restroom. You would think they would have given us some sorta of discount because of broken chairs and our appointment being so drawn out but no, they charged us full price for everything. I will never go to that shit hole again! read more

This is my third winter coming to this area and I have tried several nail places ... when I walked in to Pretty Nails I was really impressed by how clean and friendly it was. Not to mention the great job I had done with my fill. He took his time, was gentle, professional, personal and it was the best fill I have ever had. He and his wife took over Pretty Nails two weeks ago and have done a lot to update the place. Terrible pedicure. Terrible service. The technician couldn't be bothered to stop texting and talking on her cell to do my nails for less than 10 minutes (that's literally how long she spent on my pedicure). I was repeatedly poked with a sharp nail file, she didn't even paint to the edge of my nails, and then left for the day before I was even finished drying. I still had rough heels after the pedicure and I think a 5 year old could have done a better job painting. DO NOT GO HERE. So annoyed to have any wasted amount of money here. read more

Deserves a negative star rating! Walked in where my presence was acknowledged by looking up where I thought I was going to be asked if I had an appoint Kent or what service I wanted. I stood there for 15 mins while i was basically ignored. The nail person clearly has time to watch "The Doctors" and have discussion with what appeared to be her husband but no time for clientele. Minimal color selection and rundown pedicure chairs. Save your time and money and go elsewhere! If you're taking the time for yourself go where you'll be appreciated! read more

I came in to get my nails done and the lady who did my nails didnt do very well. They were simple acrylic overlays and they lasted only 3 days. It was also painful because she kept catching my cuticles with the file. I wont go here again. read more

I would but give this no stars but I have to so I give it one because this was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever received!!!! The lady doing my nails was nice enough but the massage was literally 30 seconds for each foot. I am giving a bad review based on that alone. Not even going into what else was wrong.
