Went in to get my eyebrows waxed and when they were done I came out with a HUGE chunk of hair missing in the middle of my eyebrow and when I went in, I did not have a gap in my eyebrow and the lady tried to blame it on me, saying that it was already there when it was not there and she made me pay full price, so I don't think anyone should go here. read more

I really enjoyed my pedicure. The staff was very kind and inviting, offering me some water. They were able to take me right away. It was very clean and organized. The gentleman did a great job. After I left, I accidentally ruined my big toe. I went back in and they were so great about fixing it for me and making sure it was all perfect. Definitely recommend. read more

Loved the family owned atmosphere! The family moved to Crestview after the hurricane in PCB. They were all very kind and welcoming. We got there a little later and they didn't seem to mind that they wee we're closing soon. They gave us mani-pedis and stayed late, and they gave us wine and drinks. I recommend getting the volcano spa pedicure, it is an experience you'll never forget. The prices are phenomenal. I unfortunately have to change my original five star review. I had been regularly going here to be serviced by Nick and Liz who were amazing. I'm not sure of the exact details, but Nick and Liz are no longer at this salon. I had gone in for a pedicure and SNS nail set, and this is where things went badly. My pedicure tech was great, it was the SNS aspect that I had issues with. I had picked a very light, natural pink from the swatches for my nails. The tech began her work and when she was done dipping my nails I noticed that the color did not match the swatch at all, it was pretty much clear with no pink. Thinking there was a mix up, I asked the tech why my nails were not pink like the swatch. She almost seemed frustrated with me and told me that this was the color I chose. I tried to get up and retrieve the swatch to show her what I was talking about, but she wouldn't allow me to. She then said she would paint over it with gel polish to make it the pink I wanted. I had never heard of putting gel polish over SNS, but allowed her to anyway. As my gel was curing under the UV light, the tech was bringing over a bunch of pots of pink SNS powder telling me that I needed to ask for one of these next time. She almost found it funny, and still would not let me show her the swatch. I paid the unreasonable $55 dollars, still left her a tip and left. The next day all of my gel polish was lifting completely off my fingernails. After the price I had just paid, I obviously went back to the salon for them to fix them. I walked in and showed them what was happening and waited awhile for them to try and fix them. She drilled the remains of the gel off and had me go pick an SNS pink to dip over top. I did, and then the owner came over and told me to go pick a gel polish instead. I told him that the gel was just going to peel off again and that the lady had me pick out SNS. He told me the gel would not peel off again and to pick a color. The lady came over and they started fighting about what to put on my fingers in the middle of the salon. This made me super uncomfortable. The man sat me down and started to prep my nails, telling me that the dip powder is going to make my nails super thick, but if that's what I want fine. He said my nails didn't match the swatch because there wasn't a nail tip on the swatch. He then accused me of picking my gel polish off on purpose because I didn't like it! Unprofessional and rude to accuse a customer of that! He was extremely rough with me when 'fixing' my nails, he cut multiple cuticles badly with the dremel, my thumb was dripping blood and he went on doing my nails anyways. Dipping my bloody thumb in the dip powder that many customers would then dip their fingers in! My fingers and nails looked terrible, but I was so angry that I just wanted to get out of there! Low and behold, not even a week had passed and every single one of my fingernails had lifted up halfway up the nail bed. I had to go to my normal salon to have a completely new set done. Turns out they had never put the SNS bonding powder on properly, resulting in the lifting! I will never return and I only recommend this salon to people who would like a rushed, painful, unsanitary, expensive, and rude experience! read more

I loved this place. i went in to get my prom nails done and i had one of the gentlemen doing my nails and he did such a great job on my nails. I got an acrylic full set with gel polish. Mine cost $45 because i got an accent nail. overall, the place was such a nice experience. everything was clean and it looked well organized and new! read more

Well... definitely a whirlwind. I own a salon in GA, while I know the mandates are different from State to State I was ultimately left speechless as I left my appointment. I was greeted by who I assumed was the owner. He had a mask on, and as I got out of my vehicle I asked him if I should wear my mask (which I ended up being the only one with one on) he said "sure." As I approached the door he half laughed and said "you can wear it like this" (pulling his mask down past his mouth and onto his beard) I shrugged it off and preceded to "pick a color", then being escorted to the pedicure chair by a young man (with a mask) I felt a little more at ease. He did a great job, even better in some areas than my one at home. My pedicure scrubs and lotions were packaged individually. I was very pleased with his service. As he is doing my pedicure a young lady came over to assess my nails (I was there for an SNS) I could tell by the way she looked at my nails she was either new or somewhat intimidated. She gathered her things to soak my nails while the young man finished my toes. She was all over the place, walking back and forth to her table, to the back and back to me. She then hands me the colors to look at while I am soaking (how I was suppose to accomplish that still makes me go hmmmm) Once my nails were off and ready for her, she proceeded to stand over him until he was done. I would assume he wasn't moving fast enough for her. After he was done with my pedicure she then escorted me to her table. Now, I know when you have a regular place you go to sometimes we tend to compare but sheeeesshh!! If you can imagine; no towel on the table as she begins to prep my nails for SNS. She cuts them back (several to short) comparing the length to the nail next to each other rather than the other hand. I had 2 that had a tip on them from my previous set and one that had broke off after soaking. She proceeded to apply the powder when I stopped her and said "tips"????? She has very broken English as did the young man doing my pedicure. She said "oh, tips?" Clearly I needed tips with 3 of my nails half the length of the other 7. I won't continue to share step my step other than NOTHING was sanitized, including cuticle nippers. They were just put back in the drawer with the files and drill bits. $100 for this experience is totally absurd!!!! I paid and tipped simple because I understand during these uncertain times we all need to make a living, however if sanitation and protocol during this time is important to you; stay away!!! Ok so I finally tried the herbal pedicure! I do not regret the decision. They hand mixed my favorite orange oil into oils and lotions and scrubs and used them on my feet and legs. The aroma was wonderful and my legs feel so soothed and smooth. I asked them to just pick a hand design to do on my toes for me and it turned out beautiful. They handed me wine and snack. I feel so at home there and I have tried so many different nail spas. I'm glad I decided to pop in and see them on one Sunday. This second visit just solidified my decision to keep coming here. read more

Called and made a appointment for my friend and I. She was getting a sns dip with no acrylic nails but on her natural nails & I was getting a full set acrylic with gel nail polish. We arrived for our appointment and got asked many times if we wanted a pedi as well. Which was not the issue. The issue was... the guy doing my nails obviously did not know what the hell he was doing he burnt my right hand middle finger, 3 times and 1 time on my pointer finger (let the sanding machine, as I like to call it sit to long in one spot or was doing it to fast) then fought with me about a crooked nail that I know was crooked and still is. The lady then took over and tried making my nails somewhat even. Which she didn't do a bad job at but the acrylic work could have been better. There's still lumpy spots. My friend who got sns dip on her nail got cut 2 different times on her fingers from the lady that was working on hers. All they offered at the end for the pain they caused was a $5 gift card to come back. Which will never be used because let's be real, I don't want my nail bed burnt again. read more
