They do lots of specialty items, depending on the day which is a fun way to spice up their menu. I ended up going with the burrata focaccia sandwich which came with burrata, roasted bing cherries, pistachio butter, balsamic, arugula, and sea salt focaccia. SOOOO yummy. Great sandwich, and I am so glad that they did lunch items early in the AM. The cherries were such a unique addition to the sandwich but worked well, and they were also representative of the local area (Rainier Cherries). I wish that there was flaky salt on the bread. I didn't get much salt flavor wise, even though is says sea salt focaccia. The focaccia bread was soft which is my preference for focaccia. Sometimes burrata texture can be weird, but this one was smooth, creamy, and perfect texture.

This was the first time I had to call in the order. Honestly I really wanted 4 but the order minimum was 6. The first couple days these were very good but it just took way too long to eat them all. Also I don't like the new order minimum. Next time I will need to pass. I did a store pick up and the store was beautiful as always I really enjoy going in there looking at all the offerings and party supplies. Also the store smells so yummy!
