Skip it. Bait and switch. Reserved a unit with specific dimensions. First couldn't find my…read morereservation. Had to show him the email. Couldn't find my info because supposedly my name was reversed. Pretty sure I know how to type in the order of my damn name. Then the guy (Don't know his name. Has a mohawk and tat on the right arm) proceeded to show me a more expensive unit and not the units matching what I reserved. How do I know? He asked me the upselling questions and never showed me the reserved unit and said none of them were available to show until the day of the move-in? Then why have me reserve? Do you think I'm dumb enough to rent a unit I've never seen? They have 2 dollies for the entire building btw. Then he was performing some speech, pumping up the storage building like a sales pitch he just learned in his Management 101 Class. Cut the bullshit. And show me the unit I reserved. I finally had to share with him I've rented for a decade at all different types of storage companies so I already have experience of what makes a good or bad storage company. This guy either needs more training or put in another role. He wasn't receptive to being challenged with feedback. The whole fake salesman persona was offputting. Come to find out this is new management which they should have been upfront about. They've only been here a month. You can tell if you ever have issues with this storage location that they're going to have every excuse. Bottom line is if I reserve a unit online, I expect to be shown a unit that matches that criteria. What a waste of time. And please don't tell me to email your generic customer service email regarding this situation which will most likely go nowhere. But at least, I can warn people to not rent here.

RV BROKEN INTO - DRUGS USED INSIDE - TOTAL LOSS! They do not deserve even 1 star…read more We had our Class A motorhome stored at this location for 13 years before Spencer St. Self Storage took over. In May, our RV was broken into, trashed, and used for drug activity. Our insurance company deemed it a total loss. When we reported it, the staff (with the exception of KJ) were dismissive and rude (Sylvia) irritated that we were upset about the break-in. After taking over the RV lot, they more than doubled the rent without making any meaningful improvements--just some new parking lines and numbers. They advertise security cameras, but apparently nothing was recorded. There's no real security presence at all. Sadly, what used to be a safe, reliable RV storage facility has completely gone downhill. Do NOT recommend this business.
