I went there to get an oil change I brought my own oil and the gentleman in the garage had no vehicles to be worked on he was just sitting in a chair I asked him if they would change my oil and they refuse to because I brought my own oil. Kwik Serve Service Center Review: I should've added a review long ago...these guys are the best service center I've ever been to: Quick, Honest & Economical = Perfect. I started driving for Lyft in my spare time and one thing that forces you to do is take care of your car. I have a 2007 Ford Escape with about 140k. I was recommended to this place by John at A-1 Brake & Muffler (best in town). On this trip though John was out of town and my brakes were metal on metal, can't work like that! So I pulled in at 8:30am on a Thursday, they said they'd have it ready by 1 (and it was). New Brake Pads, New Rotors for $290. Can't beat that! Previously they replaced the valve cover gasket and did a 60k tune up for $274. Oil Changes are first come basis and only run about $28 and takes less than 30. Ask for Long. Fuel seemed to be fine but advertised price on the sign and price at the pump we're off by five cents per gallon. Not a fan of that.

Rude!!!!! Absolutely no customer service skills!!! I stopped by to ask for assistance in filling a gas tank for my lawnmower. There were 2 mechanics, one on the phone and one just standing there. They said no, they were busy and do it myself. I said I needed help. They directed me to the cashier and he shook his head no. So I went back to the mechanics and told me to go somewhere else and waved me away!!! Morgan Hill is a quaint friendly town, they better improve if they want to do business here! Unbelievable! BEWARE!!! My husband bought lotto tickets and should have won $50 where he hit four numbers and the attendant working there gave my husband $4.00. My husband realized the big difference afterwards where the attendant had already disposed the ticket! So shady!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEEARE! Pump #3 malfunctions where it charges you 3 more cents after you stop pumping. I tell the attendant, and he laughs and says it does that. I tell him to put an "out of order" on it so people won't use if but he shrugged his shoulders and says the owner know about it. So they are knowingly stealing from their customers. Terrible! BEWARE! My wife and I have used this place and our credit card numbers were stolen. I have talked with other locals that have had the same issue. When I spoke to the owner, he seemed nonchalant about it and accused other establishments, even though this didn't occur until after we stopped there and the first 4 fraudulent charges were at his location. I would advise another gas station. We will no longer purchase anything here again! I would not even give it a star, but a review demands one! read more

Lowest prices on gas in the area, and truly excellent auto repair shop! I recently took my car in there for service, 2003 Mercedes S500, had the oil and filter changed in under 10 minutes. The manager there, I think his name was Long, seemed like a really friendly guy. Great customer service, he chatted with me like he seemed to know me since high school or something. He also noticed that my shocks were not working. Long story short, I had my entire suspension replaced (~$2K) at less than half the price it would cost at the dealership (~$5k)!. Mechanics were very knowledgeable and replaced it in about a day. I will definitely be using this auto shop for all of my auto repairs! read more

Otherwise, and probably formerly known as "Truman Auto", this fuel station has saved me several times, even with something to snack on when it was really needed (the food stand is inside the stationmaster's door to the left). The quality of the fuel here is outstanding for the price and the owner - managers appear quite busy, what with the fuel sales and repair and maintenance stuff they do here. Generally the lowest price in Morgan Hill, with the price the same whether you use cash or credit card. Golden Eagle across the street will give the same price and convenience but they are not great at stocking the paper in the receipt printers. People in the food store are generally very friendly. read more
