This one is by far the worst one. This location has been the only one that left off a locking lug nut on my vehicle. They didn't put on a regular lug nut, oh no, it was just empty. Josh had me email them a photo of one of the locking lug nuts from a different wheel. I did that and almost two weeks later, they called saying it's in. Drove up there and lo and behold, it's the INVERSE of the locking nut. They ordered it again, another two weeks later they tell us to come back and this time they ordered the KEY. How stupid can you possibly be. By this point, we'd wasted multiple trips out there in gas money and time off work on something that wasn't our fault to begin with. One of the managers, Blake, begrudgingly agreed to refund $35 for gas the next time we come in. Another two weeks goes by and Blake calls to tell me the correct part is finally in. We go up there and it shockingly is correct this time. When we brought up the $35 refund that Blake agreed to, we were asked if we had it in writing and they made it seem like we were trying to scam them. Initially they refused since Blake wasn't there and kept saying the manager on site couldn't do it. They finally agreed to give it to us in cash. Bloody ridiculous. THREE additional round trips at 25 minutes each way amounts to 2.5 HOURS wasted trying to get this fixed.

Took a new wheel and valve stem into the Auto Care Center and asked for the new tire to be mounted and then balanced, and left--no rush. They texted that they had finished. So far pretty painless. Then I picked up the tire, and as I was rolling it out to my car, I noticed there were no wheel weights attached. Can't balance a tire without weights, so rolled it back in, and stated that situation. The woman behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about. Didn't know a wheel weight from a brake caliper. She grabbed a tech, who was irritated, and wanted to know "if I had a problem." I stated I paid for a wheel balance, showing him my invoice, and it didn't happen. He looked at the spare and asked, "You want that balanced?" Like he'd never heard of balancing a spare. "Yes, I paid for it," I responded. He then proceeded to balance the tire. As he did that I noticed they charged me for a valve stem, even though I brought a new one with the wheel. It was only $3, and worth that not to have to talk to the cashier, or whatever she was, again. You have been warned.

Couldn't have been worse! Brought car in for an oil change and inspection. Got it back with a check…read moreengine light and multiple error codes. I opened the hood to check the oil and the engine cover was just sitting there sideways. I immediately went back in and notified the front desk, they had a mechanic look at the codes. Mechanic thought it was the battery or alternator but checked both and were fine. He then tried to reset the error so I could drive it and see if it went away. So I drove it home and it immediately came back. I returned the next day to have it looked at and they took 4 hours to call and tell me it has multiple errors and they suggested I take it to another shop to be fixed and assured me they didn't do anything wrong. I took it to a new shop and they found the issue instantly. When they replaced the oil filter they stripped a wire harness and shorted the electrical system. Have video and pics of the damage. $600 later everything works fine again. I don't ever plan on taking my car here again if they don't make this right.

They tried to quote nearly $1,200 to replace a wheel bearing. That same job can be done almost anywhere else for MAYBE $500 and $600 at the absolute high end. The quote felt completely disconnected from reality. What made it worse was the experience after we told them we'll do the service elsewhere. While waiting, it took them nearly an hour just to bring the car down. During that time, multiple employees were sitting around in plain view on their phones. Not working. Not communicating. Just scrolling. No manager involvement because honestly, what would be the point. The core problems here are inflated pricing, poor time management, and a lack of basic professionalism. This location wasted our time and tried to overcharge us for a straightforward repair. We will not be back, and I would strongly recommend going literally anywhere else.
