You can put a decent Groupon deal here it's about $30 but that's where the fun stops. The crew on this November 22nd day is very very unmotivated you could tell by Expressions on their face when you pull up. At least I have a decent waiting room with comfortable chairs to sit in with a TV playing. Too many of these kwik kar shops to just get stuck with this one with the sour faces where are the people would rather be in a thousand other places than their job, on to the next kwik kar. If you've ever been to a Valvoline oil change shop, you'll definitely see a big difference in customer service. read more

Kwik Kar Arlington - Auto Repair Near Me - Arlington, Texas

Went here and got about 3 things fixed and repaired. Each thing that got repaired didn't even last me a year they all broken or failed and I had to get them repaired again and my mechanic now said that they were all faulty replacements and cheap. DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here for long lasting repairs read more

Do not trust these guys with your car. These utter baffoons somehow got oil on my car's starter and fucked it up. If you want your car to run properly, do not go here. I'm out of $100 for my oil and possibly be more due to their incompetency read more

Great service by expert mechanics. Customer service was 5 star, Duane was terrific, provided complete details and quality service. Highly recommend this business. read more

I went in for an oil change and to get my break fluid exchanged after work and was out in less than 20 minutes. Mr. Dwayne and his crew took very good care of my car and i'll be coming back for any future needs read more

I usually have a great experience when using the Groupon for oil changes. However I took my 2022 Honda in and they tried to sell me on a coolant flush due to the coolant being a dark blue color. OEM Honda coolant for my 2022 is a dark blue color from the factory... My vehicle is not even in the mileage range they stated for a coolant flush... I won't be quick to call them dishonest, but this interaction definitely left me unsure about returning. read more

My son went in with a Groupon, gave it to one of the workers when he arrived. The guy took the Groupon paper in the office in back and then proceeded to do the oil change on the car. When the oil change was finished, they rung up the oil change as full Price, my son paid it without verifying the Groupon was taken off. When my son got home I realized what happened and called but they were closed and I left a message. Someone called me back and was the rudest person I have ever dealt with! He was very dismissive, didn't bother to listen to what happened and just said there is nothing he can do. So instead of getting a discount on an oil change I ended up paying $150! Shady shady people! read more

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change. It was on the other side of town and I went all the way there and they told me that they couldn't change it because there was sealant on the cap so I had to take it to the last place that changed the oil so they would remove it. I took it back all the way to the other side of town to get the sealant removed, they raised up my car and showed me that it was extremely easy to pop off the cap and there was no reason at all for me to have to drive it all the way over there and told me that whoever told me to do that was an incompetent. I had to go all the way back to this Kwik car because of the groupon I purchased, I told them what happened, and told them I would appreciate them not charging the extra fees on top of the Groupon I purchased for "oil and taxes" that they said they were going to because of all of the unneccesary trouble and time they wasted with making me take it back to the dealership when they could have easily popped off the cap. The manager was extremely rude the entire time and still charged me both of the extra fees. Stay away from this place if you want and value good costumer service and competent mechanics. read more

When I arrived. I got out of my car and told Niko (the guy that met me at my car) that I needed an oil change. He mumbled. Do you have a Groupon. I said yes. He has a scowl on his face. He called me into the shop area. Told me I needed more coolant and my brake fluid needed changed because it had moisture in it because of the red tint to it ( there was no red tint) and asked if I wanted to take care of those things today (trying to sell me a service I didn't need and tried to charge me a service that should have come with the oil change) they didn't fill my washer fluid or my coolant. And then charged me $20.00 (almost the same cost at the Groupon deal) for tax which should have been around $3 and so you mean to tell me it cost $17 for a disposal fee. I think he just decided on a number because that's outrageous. Nobody was polite. Everyone seemed they hate their job. It's just an awful place. Stay away. Based on the other reviews I'd have to agree. Stay far away from this place. It's terrible. read more

This place was amazing! The Manager came out and helped me with any and all issues I had and the experience was 5 stars! Wylie Steward is the manager and he made sure that all my needs were filled with little to no time! Perfect service! read more

Kwik Car did some front end work on our Ford Explorer about 7 months ago. Did a good job at a fair price. We recently had an issue come up with the font end suddenly jerking to the left and right while driving. We weren't sure if it was possibly related to the front end work we had done earlier so we took it back to Kwik Kar for a look. They test drove the car and confirmed the issue and then put it up on the rack to see if they could identify the issue. After about 15 minutes, the technician told us that he had never seen an issue like this, but he was able to fix it. Evidently, the sway bar bolt had come loose and was allowing the front end to move. He tightened the bolt for us. When it came time to pay, he said it was free. Free? In this day and age? What a surprise. Also, his work did fix the problem. I wish I would have gotten his name to thank him here. read more

Went here for the first time to get an oil change. I was in and out in 20 minutes and I got the best service. The mechanic (JP) was very kind and didn't try to upsell me hard on anything, although he did advise me on a few things that I should check out and wasn't pushy when I said I couldn't do those things today. Great price and great people! read more

Save your time and do not go to this location. I pulled up and sat in my car for 15 minutes and waited for someone to greet me. I finally went inside and there was no one at the desk. Waiting room full. I stood there and not one employee showed up. I waited another 15 minutes. I ended up leaving without ever seeing an employee. Horrible customer service. read more

I took my car for an oil change. Even though the price was worth it, I thought, the service was terrible. And then to top it off, they did not secure my Skid Plate on the bottom of my vehicle. It has been flopping around under the car. I was not happy and still not happy with their service. I will never take my car there again. I will drive to a different oil change company to get better service. read more

I had sensors needing replaced before I could get my car approved for the annual state evaluation. They traced down the part and completed the installation, giving me a free evaluation because the parts company sent the wrong part. read more

Kwik Kar Arlington - Clean facilities and waiting room. - Auto Repair Near Me - Arlington, Texas

During the great fall floods of DFW (back in September), my husband's car engine flooded while he was on his way home to me because our bedroom was flooding. It was a very long night... But fortunately, amongst the chaos, Kwik Kar was able to replace Jon's engine at a competitive price, and the customer service was quick and friendly. read more

Had an oil change, no problem there. Wait time was fine. My problem with this Kwik Kar location was the employees were not wearing masks. I didn't see any masks hanging around their necks or anywhere for that matter. There was a sign on the door asking patrons to wear masks. I had a mask on and another patron that came in after me had a mask. Failure to wear masks by the staff of this location lowered my level of trust for the kwik kar brand overall. Very disappointing, i have been getting my oil changed at kwik kar for the last 4 yrs or so. read more

That boy JOEL looked out for me! Helped me with everything that I need to get done and gave me a discount as well as GREAT service!

The people are very friendly and seem truly concerned about getting you taken care of and on your way. I left my backpack there by accident, and when I can back for it, they recognized me immediately and gave it back. They kept it safe behind the desk when they realized it was lost. Great group of guys. I will be returning. read more

Fast in and out for oil change!!! Tech was educational in looking at potential issues before it became problems will go back!!!

Terrible service. Tried to scam me for a repair not needed. Manager is a total jerk. Mechanics were novices at best.

Always efficient and straightforward. I never feel like they're finding made up issues to charge for. Regular maintenance is reasonable. Everyone is friendly and helpful. read more

i took my 2013 vehicle to them on 4/18/18 at 4:30 pm to change my oil, i live directly across the street. i drove home and parked my car. later i went to start my car to go and get dinner and my car was ticking!! i did not drive it, we have cameras to show that i drove directly from them back to property and no where else, i call them when they open next morning 4/19/18 and tell them what happened. they walk across the street and take my car stating they would fix it, now they tell me it will cost me over $1000 just in labor to fix my car that had nothing wrong with it less that 24 hours ago... do not use this place if you need your car!! kwik kar lube & tune 3110 meadowbrook blvd, arlington, tx read more

Need to speak with "Tony" (the owner/district manager) asap. I'm not the type to air dirty laundry but I'm also not the type to be taken advantage of. If you care about your business, you will take care of this. read more

I've always used Kwik Car for my vehicles and was extremely disappointed when I moved too far away from the one I usually went to for it to be realistic for me to go there still. Thankfully I found this location. The staff is always extremely friendly and I have never had a problem with them doing a poor job with my car. I have had numerous oil changes here and they have also done my breaks and fixed one of my window regulators. Everything has been very fairly priced and the gentlemen that work at this location are always very polite and are very good at explaining what is being done to my vehicle since I have very limited knowledge in that area. read more

Arrived in the afternoon and pulled up, a service tech came and fetched my vehicle and asked what service I was looking for? I requested an oil change and to look at my brakes, within 10 minutes they identified my problem gave me a quote and told me 45 minutes. The fastest quote I have ever received, thankful for auto stores that value the customer! read more

I have used them several times and I was pleased with the service. I have friends in the neighborhood that I had recommended their service. They went there and were very pleased with the service they received. They have a friendly service and now the new owner has been there each time that I have gone back. I think that is a big plus. read more

One of the worst lube centers in this area! Came in to get an oil change and got a more dirty car and waste of time. I thought I was getting some help since I've been working a lot and haven't had time, but I was wrong. I was told of services I don't need bc I've done them myself, and to top it off they didn't do anything their service supplies which is window cleaning and vaccum. I would not advise ANYONE to come here. They're way over priced on everything. This is the kind of place I would see them breaking something and blaming it on you. My advise, do it yourself or take it to someone reliable. read more
