I usually have a great experience when using the Groupon for oil changes. However I took my 2022 Honda in and they tried to sell me on a coolant flush due to the coolant being a dark blue color. OEM Honda coolant for my 2022 is a dark blue color from the factory... My vehicle is not even in the mileage range they stated for a coolant flush... I won't be quick to call them dishonest, but this interaction definitely left me unsure about returning. read more

My son went in with a Groupon, gave it to one of the workers when he arrived. The guy took the Groupon paper in the office in back and then proceeded to do the oil change on the car. When the oil change was finished, they rung up the oil change as full Price, my son paid it without verifying the Groupon was taken off. When my son got home I realized what happened and called but they were closed and I left a message. Someone called me back and was the rudest person I have ever dealt with! He was very dismissive, didn't bother to listen to what happened and just said there is nothing he can do. So instead of getting a discount on an oil change I ended up paying $150! When I arrived. I got out of my car and told Niko (the guy that met me at my car) that I needed an oil change. He mumbled. Do you have a Groupon. I said yes. He has a scowl on his face. He called me into the shop area. Told me I needed more coolant and my brake fluid needed changed because it had moisture in it because of the red tint to it ( there was no red tint) and asked if I wanted to take care of those things today (trying to sell me a service I didn't need and tried to charge me a service that should have come with the oil change) they didn't fill my washer fluid or my coolant. And then charged me $20.00 (almost the same cost at the Groupon deal) for tax which should have been around $3 and so you mean to tell me it cost $17 for a disposal fee. I think he just decided on a number because that's outrageous. Nobody was polite. Everyone seemed they hate their job. It's just an awful place. Stay away. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change. It was on the other side of town and I went all the way there and they told me that they couldn't change it because there was sealant on the cap so I had to take it to the last place that changed the oil so they would remove it. I took it back all the way to the other side of town to get the sealant removed, they raised up my car and showed me that it was extremely easy to pop off the cap and there was no reason at all for me to have to drive it all the way over there and told me that whoever told me to do that was an incompetent. I had to go all the way back to this Kwik car because of the groupon I purchased, I told them what happened, and told them I would appreciate them not charging the extra fees on top of the Groupon I purchased for "oil and taxes" that they said they were going to because of all of the unneccesary trouble and time they wasted with making me take it back to the dealership when they could have easily popped off the cap. The manager was extremely rude the entire time and still charged me both of the extra fees. Stay away from this place if you want and value good costumer service and competent mechanics. read more

Kwik Car did some front end work on our Ford Explorer about 7 months ago. Did a good job at a fair price. We recently had an issue come up with the font end suddenly jerking to the left and right while driving. We weren't sure if it was possibly related to the front end work we had done earlier so we took it back to Kwik Kar for a look. They test drove the car and confirmed the issue and then put it up on the rack to see if they could identify the issue. After about 15 minutes, the technician told us that he had never seen an issue like this, but he was able to fix it. Evidently, the sway bar bolt had come loose and was allowing the front end to move. He tightened the bolt for us. When it came time to pay, he said it was free. Free? In this day and age? What a surprise. Also, his work did fix the problem. I wish I would have gotten his name to thank him here. read more

Had an oil change, no problem there. Wait time was fine. My problem with this Kwik Kar location was the employees were not wearing masks. I didn't see any masks hanging around their necks or anywhere for that matter. There was a sign on the door asking patrons to wear masks. I had a mask on and another patron that came in after me had a mask. Failure to wear masks by the staff of this location lowered my level of trust for the kwik kar brand overall. I've always used Kwik Car for my vehicles and was extremely disappointed when I moved too far away from the one I usually went to for it to be realistic for me to go there still. Thankfully I found this location. The staff is always extremely friendly and I have never had a problem with them doing a poor job with my car. I have had numerous oil changes here and they have also done my breaks and fixed one of my window regulators. Everything has been very fairly priced and the gentlemen that work at this location are always very polite and are very good at explaining what is being done to my vehicle since I have very limited knowledge in that area. read more

I thought I was getting some help since I've been working a lot and haven't had time, but I was wrong.
