I'm extremely frustrated and upset with this people, they don't have any sense of care and they ruined my car multiple times, I guess it was my fault since I gave them a chance and let them work again. First at all the oil pan has a dent, they put a straight jack with no protection of any kind, they installed my fuel pump and the car was leaking gas, I asked to come and they never did so that cost me hundreds of dollars taking a car to a different place to fix it. Install wheel studs the ruined a brand new drilled rotos, how can you hit it with a hammer and take it out of balance, now the car vibrate and I have to buy a new one, they damaged my powder coated caliper and told me I could sand it. Are you kidding me man? I was more than generous and I always tip them on every job, they came to me at least 5 times, the oil cooler wasn't relocated like I asked. I called on a Monday after 7pm and Brad called me back right away and I set up an appointment for Tuesday @ 1 PM. One thing I loved was his customer service and taking my appointment seriously. He gets to my house along with his coworker and they both seem very friendly and trustworthy. I literally was about to give up on my car and Brad and his coworker fixed it. These guys saved me money on not having to pay for a tow truck, and Uber rides back and forth to a car shop, and even price of a new car. I've been using Virtuous Motorsz for over a year. The first time they replaced my A/C fan that went out. Brad and Junior were very thorough, and they cleaned up after themselves. The second time they replaced a leaking power steering hose. I love the fact that Brad looks for the problem instead of just trying to replace part. It's a Friday and found a crack in the radiator then called a few shops. They said they wouldn't have a new radiator till Monday. Decided to call and Brad said he'd get it done today. He and another partner of his came and knocked it out in about an hour. Very nice and knowledgable, came with a brand new radiator and fluid, made sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up all the mess. All of this was done in the hotel parking lot I was staying at. I would definitely recommend them for any job, big or small because they have excellent pricing for their services. No joke, this was simply the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. My car didnt turn on Tuesday morning. I could tell the alternator was out and the battery died. I called up Brad and he was amazing. I said I already Uber'd it to work, he said no problem. Came to get my key, got the parts, went to my house and fixed everything. By the time I made it home, the car was ready to go! He saved me so much money AND time. I cant recommend Brad highly enough. He now as Venmo too for even easier, payment! At first, I was a little apprehensive about giving the key of my car to someone I didnt know, but after this experience I can say he was trustworthy. Thank you! read more

This was the absolute worst idea and a lesson learned! ZERO STARS! My car was in better condition before "Virtuous" Motorz touched it. Brad told me he could do my head gasket repair. However, he NEVER finished the job and left my car incomplete (took heads and all parts to get to the heads out of engine) with NO explanation. I had to continuously reach out to him, call him, text him and hope that he would reply. After four attempts of trying to wait for him to finish the job (he kept telling me he would finish on a certain day, but would never show up) I finally had my car towed somewhere else. This new mechanic took pictures of the heads in my car to show me that Brad never got them re-surfaced, although that's what he told me. He (or whoever he used to re-surface them) spray painted the heads to make them look nice, but the bottom of the heads was damaged and corroded- in fact, one of them had to be completely replaced. Also, he cracked my power steering reservoir (no problems before he touched my car), emptied all of the transmission fluid out of my car (it was completely empty- had to be re-filled), and cost me more money than I would have paid otherwise. Do not trust him. Maybe he did ok on smaller jobs per some of these reviews, but he completely screwed me over. So unfortunate that someone would do that- I paid him too. Hopefully no one else will suffer from what I did financially after reading this review. read more

DO NOT USE OR TRUST! I would give a zero stars if I could. I paid $1000 for an engine replacement over 1 year ago...yes that's correct, over a YEAR ago and my car is still sitting broken down in my driveway. Brad assured me he could do the job in a week but month after month it was nothing but excuses with weeks gone by at a time without any work being done. Complete waste of money, he even sent some random guy to work on it one day and then claimed the guy installed the transmission (or some part) backwards. He installed a non-working engine and had to get another; lost 2 sets of chip keys I still don't have back; took my battery and never returned. Won't return calls or texts or even try to settle the issue. My next step unfortunately is court. Worst mechanic experience of my life. I really trusted Brad and thought he was a good guy but he is terrible. He's probably good for the smaller stuff but for a major engine repair go elsewhere. read more
