These reviews don't lie--a lot of places will try to upsell you on random things you don't need--this Jiffy Lube is HONEST and doesn't try to pull the wool over your eyes. I ended up coming during the rush, and saw them help a large number of customers and they treated everyone the same. They are upfront if they are slammed and give good estimates of how long it might take for the service you need. Other places try to promise you quick times with a billion customers inside--they were very accurate with time expectations, and worked super hard to get everyone through as quickly as possible. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely be going back here in the future--they are the best!!

This is the only place I've ever had my oil changed, so I was extremely disappointed. No one informed me that the plug was stripped. A few days later, I discovered a significant oil leak and returned to have it checked. That's when I was told about the stripped plug and that there was supposedly a note on my receipt, despite no one ever verbally informing me. They refunded my oil change but refused to repair or compensate me for the damage, instead telling me to try their Arlington location. After being a customer for nearly eight years, I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. They caused the issue, failed to notify me, and then left me to deal with the repair myself. Based on the miles, my mechanic said there was no way it was changed. I contacted this place and explained what happened and was assured they would "make it right". They did not. I went into this shop because I had used them previously on my car and they had no problem using…read morethe Royal Purple oil I brought in for my oil change and they didn't charge me for oil. They were pleasant and courteous, especially Abdul, and the cost was very reasonable. I then brought in my partner's car because a dash light came on saying that the engine oil was low and I discovered that there was no oil in it from the previous oil change done in Houston. They inspected the car and found that an oil pressure sensor was out and that there was an oil leak around the old sensor that caused all the oil to leak out. Again, I brought in Royal Purple engine oil and they changed the oil and replaced the part all for under $100. They also noticed a tire pressure message and they filled the tires to get rid of the message for no charge. These guys are great because they are honest and the costs are reasonable and detailed. And guess what? They are now using Royal Purple brand synthetic oil as an option! Awesome! If you go, ask for Abdul and tell him Dan O'Connell recommended them.

For me, that's like a dream because I'm usually sitting in the waiting areas for over an hour because of the wait. As soon as I walked in, i was greeted by the guy in the front, even though he was on a call. I had a view of my vehicle from the employee entrance and it was a nice sight to see them cleaning the windows, vacuuming the carpet, and doing multiple checks, which is not a usual thing with many different locations that I have been too. I took the car to the nearest shop but the mechanic on duty gave me bad vibes so I took it to Midas--so glad I did! They were courteous and professional, kept their promises and schedule to get me out of the shop same day. Later when I needed the receipt to explain why I stayed an extra day in Dallas they got it to me in minutes. I filed the complaint on June 12, 2026, and followed up repeatedly. An area manager eventually emailed me, and I provided a detailed written timeline explaining what happened, why I had lost confidence in the Galloway Avenue location, and why I was requesting a refund. Since sending that response, I have not received a substantive decision, status update, or further communication addressing my concerns. My primary complaint is now the administrative handling of the matter. Customers should not have to repeatedly pursue a large company for basic communication after reporting a serious service problem. Even when a company disagrees with a refund request, management should acknowledge the documentation, explain its decision, and provide a clear resolution. The continued lack of follow-up gives the impression that Firestone's complaint process is designed to delay rather than resolve legitimate customer concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Galloway location, and I have serious concerns about Firestone's regional management and customer-service accountability.
