Well skilled mechanics. Get your vehicle repaired correctly the first time... I visit them once or twice a year for routine maintenance.

I called looking for good prices. He thinks he's cute, telling me he'll beat the price I found if I promise to use him. I said sure. Then laughed as he offered $5 less, and said You promised to use me...which made me do a deep dive into his reviews. I feel uncomfortable with him, I called one other place who didn't play silly games and I'm using them. This guy might be fine, but be sure to read more than his website reviews. I won't trash him because he may do fine work, I really can't be sure. I just now I'm concerned. read more

Fast same day service, affordable, gave us a discount since we were referred to them by another tire place. They did the alignment and referred us to another rim place. read more

I had the "FORD" front end "DEATH WOBBLE" on my 2015 F250 which was taken care of with a new front stabilizer by another shop. That fix only lasted 6 months, so again with the "DEATH WOBBLE." I decided to take it to "JAY'S" as requested by the first shop. I was greeted with professionalism from the start. Jay explained and shown me a truck which was having work done due to the "DEATH WOBBLE." He was very thorough throughout and that made me decide his was the right shop. I will say it was a bit pricey but after a year, I'm very pleased with his shops work. I recommend his service, especially if you have the "DEATH WOBBLE" Thank You Jay read more

Could not be happier with alignment by Jay. Difficult new truck to align, 2 other people tried, but still pulled left. Jay knew exactly what to do and truck steering is perfection now. Took 7 weeks since i bought truck to find Jay. He is my hero! read more

Came in at the end of the day and they were able to fit me in, work was great and the price was even better. Can't recommend anything other than this place. read more

I got an alignment from Jay's with a referral from my mechanic. He did not do a good alignment and didn't fix the problem. I had to wait for over 45mins for him to complete the job. He was wandering around talking to other people at the shop. When he got to working on my car, he probably had spent no more than 10 mins. The car still pulled heavily to the right. I will not bring it back to him just because he's very sarcastic. Take you car somewhere else ...stay away from this guy! read more

Very friendly and so helpful! Would highly recommend. I have been here twice and both times they were quick and professional.

Jay is one of the absolute nicest and most helpful mechanics I have ever worked with. As a woman, he always explains what's going on and is never condescending when speaking with me. We have used him multiple times over the years and recommend people from all around to come him. read more

Great owner knows his stuff! I highly recommend! A bit hard to access from street at times.

Took my car in and he immediately got it dialed in. Told me what parts I needed and overall was a 10x better experience than any mainstream shop. read more

Jay was an awesome guy! I told him I had my two girls with me, and i was kind of short on time. Two kids under 6 waiting for a tire alignment, yeah they won't have that patience. But Jay made it fast but still did a great job! I felt like a priority, and I will definitely come back for future repairs and tire work! Thank you! read more

Absolutely the worst kind of experience ever and incredibly slow, physically and mentally

Took my truck here after noticing strange tire wear. The shop guys were pretty nice and the prices are very competitive, though it took a while longer to align than they quoted. Seemed like a good trip. A couple days later, my tire wear was even worse and the truck shook. Assuming I'd gotten a bad alignment, I took it to another shop. In less than an hour the other shop had tried to align my truck and found a break in the frame. With the broken frame, it can't be aligned. It took the other shop less time to try the alignment and diagnose the real problem than it took Jay's to just align the broken car. I've heard great things about these guys and it wasn't a totally bad experience, but if they didn't notice the broken frame causing the front end to shake, then I have to wonder what other major problems they would miss. read more

I'm a person who values life's lessons both good and bad,and taking my car here for a simple front end alignment last week wasn't good. They put my car on the lift and had these devices on the wheels, and in 15 minutes tell me I'm done.I was shocked at how fast it was and made a comment about it.I was told they have a fancy computer that does it.i drove off and my car was worse than when I took it in!!! So I thought I'll take it back immediately but traffic was thick and I was on a schedule plus heading out of town the next day.Told myself let me see how it rides on the highway....not good either!! So I would not suggest wasting your $60!!! They have an"out" on the receipt implying that for 1 or more reasons your alignment may still be off....ie tires,I just bought new ones before I went.Lesson learned, don't go there. read more

I came to Jay's Front-End Alignment to have a broken wheel stud fixed. Jay was outgoing and took the time to explain the repair with me. He fixed my vehicle right up and had me on my way! Excellent service! read more

Jay's Front-End Alignment and Auto Repair - Auto Repair Near Me - Arlington, Texas

Now our entire family uses Jay's & found out lots of friends use Jay. We have all been 100% happy w an accurate diagnosis & a really fair price. Ex: Milts on Arkansas told me squeek was gonna be 1500. & Jay fixed squeek for $20.00! He always has options for our older cars esp if money is tight..thats a bonus! Also He checks to make sure my senior mom makes it home read more

I had to get a new alternator for my car and they fixed me right up. Gave me estimates on other work that I need to have done on my car. The staff as well as Jay are all very nice and helpful. Jay even offered to get us a ride somewhere while the work was being done. Very reasonable prices. $60 for an alignment. Open 8:30-6pm M-F and 8:30-5 on Saturday and also available for emergency calls. They do pretty much any kind of repairs you can think of. read more

I went to Jay's after going to the dealership. Mazda said that i needed $2,500 in work to my front end. After taking my car to Jay's, He stated that I just need some new tires. The entire staff was great and HONEST. I will definitely take my vehicles there in the future. Down with Hiley Mazda!! read more

I took my car to Jay for an appraisal after engine problems. After three days I called Jay and he said that he had done $1600 worth of work on my car with out my consent. I did research on the work that he had done and found out that it was grossly overpriced. We then settled on $780. One of the things that he fixed was the air conditioner. The air conditioner then proceeded to break twice within the first week of having my vehicle back. Each time I had to take my car back in, he tried to charge me for fixing his shanty work, and each time I had to call him to remind him that my car was done. The last time I had to pick up my car he had some how managed to go through a half tank of gas and expected me to go to the gas station and bring some back. Do not let Jay's friendly persona fool you. He is an unethical con-artist who preforms poor quality of work in an untimely manner. Avoid at all costs!!! read more

I took my rotor to be turned so they got it from me and I sat down. 30 minutes later I asked how the progress was and the mechanic went to check on it. He brought it back into the office area and said I needed the races before they could put it in the machine. Okay, that makes sense and I didn't know about that, my bad. But with Jay's mechanic just sitting in the shop and Jay selling Advocare products in the office, why the hell was I not told about this when I dropped my rotor off?? And why the hell was my rotor just laying around for 30 minutes while the mechanic carried on a conversation with Jay's wife?? This would be a great place to go if you want to buy Advocare products but if you need auto work done, consider this establishment unprofessional. read more

Tried to charge me $875 to replace 4 ball joint on front end, that was using inferior parts! Turned out my vehicle only needed an alignment. They used scare tactics, told me my truck "was not safe to drive" using hand gestures to tell me the ball joint would come out of the socket and my wheel would fly off! I found an honest repair shop.. Spent $65 and these folks took me into the bay, showed me my truck and ensured me it was safe to drive.. Never again will I go to J's - stay away!! read more

I was referred to them by Discount Auto on Cooper St and their alignment service is reasonable however they tend to overcharge for services unrelated to alignment. Since I didn't have a trusted mechanic at the time when an additional issue with my Mazda occurred, I had no choice but to refer back to them. Jay is a nice guy though. read more

Highly recommended! My family and I have taken our vehicles to Jay for over 7 years now, and have seen over and over that he runs an honest shop. For example, last year my daughter took her 2007 Volkswagon Beattle to him, certain that her transmission had gone out and needed to be replaced. Imagine her surprise and relief when Jay called saying it was only an ignition coil. Yesterday, my son-in-law took his car to Jay's because it had an intermittant starting problem. Jay called saying the problem was only a loose bolt on the alternator. Over and over again, he has been honest and helpful, when he could have charged us hundreds more for needless work. If you're looking for a good mechanic in the Arlington area, you should give Jay's shop a try. read more

Our mechanic recommended these guys when he sold his shop and couldn't do major repairs on our cars anymore. We've only had to use them 3 times but every time it's great service. All the people we've dealt with are so nice and tell us what's wrong & right without running up the bill with bs and do a great job. When asked for a suggestion for a shop we always give out Jay's info. So glad we found good work for a good price from good guys read more
