Being new to the area and out of warranty, my wife found MPAuto Repair on Google with incredible reviews. Hao, and company diagnosed the problems and provided an estimate which equals about three car payments on a new vehicle but a lot cheaper than a dealer would charge. We swallowed hard but decided to move forward with the repair and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. Their positive friendly aporoach to everything was really refreshing! When I went to pick it up, they asked me to come out in the shop to show me the parts that failed and were replaced. Definitely not a fancy operation but they've earned my business, five stars and referrals!

A truly honest and unforgettable experience…read more After only 10 mins here, and I'm switching all my auto care needs to Jerry's, forever. I'm so incredibly busy and work 6-7 days a week, I hadn't had a day off in 6 months. I'm struggling with time and finances. I went here because car's "coolant levels are low", I'm not a mechanic, I don't know what that means. I asked Google and it said to get to a mechanic immediately, which made me nervous that it was serious and would cost me what little I have. I showed up to Jerry's General Automotive and talked to Julian. He asked if I had put more coolant in, I said no because I didn't know what that was or how to do it. I said "I think it might need a system check... to make sure it's not serious". He didn't make me feel dumb or try to take advantage of me. Instead he said "well let's go look at it first". He showed me what it was, what it meant, taught me about how it works with the car, and then filled it up. He smiled and said to come back tomorrow if the light comes back on. I asked him how much I owed him, and he told me not to worry about it. I insisted that pay him for the coolant or for some kind of service. He declined. I asked again to allow me to give the him and all the staff some cash for helping me. He just smile kindly and said "Its really ok, don't worry about it, you just have a good day" I've never seen someone so kind and honest, I had tears in my eyes as I drove away. I know that sounds dumb, but I've been going through a lot recently, and Julian just took a huge weight off of me. I'm going to come to this shop and Julian until I die haha.
