I had them paint my kitchen & bathroom cabinets white. The cabinets looked beautiful. However, soon after they started to chip. The white paint easily peeled off. Underneath the paint you can see the original cherry finish that is glossy. I don't think they sanded the cabinets down as shown in their videos and that is why paint isn't sticking well. I have called, texted, emailed, and sent in requests online and no one will return my calls. I'm updating this because I finally got ahold of someone and I had to deal with all the family drama of the 2 companies that work together. It's unbelievable what I had to deal with. They did come out to fix the areas that chipped, but it's not that helpful because they are constantly chipping and I just touch them up myself, but it doesn't look right when I do it. We had our cabinets refinished in March of 2016. Kwik Kabinets did a great job. All of the cabinets that they did work on look fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was friendly while providing good service. A few days after our cabinets were done we noticed that there were a few areas that needed to be touched up along the baseboards beneath a few of the cabinets. We sent photos of the problem areas as we were asked to do. We didn't get a response after that. We were able to correct the problem areas ourselves but was disappointed that we didn't have anyone respond to our questions. Overall happy with the work and glad we had it done. read more

Completely unreliable and irresponsible! Requested an estimate from Scott (owner?). He asked me to take pics and text them to him. Responded by text with a price, sight unseen. Never received an official estimate in writing, description of services, etc. I called him for more information regarding the process, materials and length of time for the project. Also requested to see samples. Scott said he was out of town and he would send his assistant to my house. This person (Doug? Darren?) was supposed to contact me to schedule a time. Never received a text or phone call. After a week I called Scott again. Left a voicemail. Instead of calling me, he texted and said he will deliver the samples himself on Wed at 6:00pm. Well that was tonight and he was a no show. No call, no response to my text. This company is a joke! Apparently they don't need the business. read more

I'm so glad I found Kwik Kabinets!! We bought a home with 90s golden oak cabinets and I wanted them updated. The crew came in Wednesday and took the doors, then came back Friday to spray the boxes and install the doors. They were done by 2pm and their crew was super friendly and did an excellent job. I also chose to have the 2nd bath done as well and they also sprayed the powder room for free since it was so close to the kitchen. It's a family run business and the take pride in their work. When I was shopping for granite they lent me a couple sample doors to help pick out the granite. Super friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Kwik Kabinets to anyone. read more

I am not sure what to say about this - I have seen their work at my neighbor's place, which looks great (though he says he is experiencing some chipping after a couple of months) - and I had gotten a quote from Doug. Our timing was off, however, as we ended up having to replace appliances, and doors, and trim, in the kitchen; it made zero sense to paint prior to all that getting done, and Doug said "make us your last project, soooo... all on hold. I texted Doug a few times and tried to call to (finally!) set up the job, but the number he was using is out of service, and the number on the website rings and rings and rings - then disconnects. So, the initial work looked great, but longevity seems to be a bit of a question (in fairness the neighbors have kids who can be hard on a house!) and they're hard to reach - so,2 stars, in the hope I get a call back. However I have tried for the last month to get a quote on another job and the communication has been less then 1 star. I have left multiple messages for Doug and Scott and get little to no response. I was told last monday that I would have a quote and its now the following tuesday. I called Angelica today and she apologized and assured me she would get back to me by 1. Its now 4 and I have heard nothing. I feel like I have practically been begging this company to come and do a job for me. They clearly could care less about their customers or customer service. Cabinets looked good when they were first done, but in a little over a year when we needed a touch up however, never heard back from them again! Several calls made to Doug without any reply! Super annoyed and trying to figure out how else to get in touch with them. I guess we will just have to go down there. We have called 4 times and sent 2 email inquiries and nothing! Excellent. Highly recommend them. We had 18 year old cabinets that needed to be finished in white from oak for our new kitchen. We also needed a little trim at the bottom to hide our under the counter lights and add some trim at the top of the counters to add some height. They did an amazing job. We recently moved into a new home and the cabinets needed some help. We're not ready to replace them, so we decided to have them refinished. We got an estimate from the first company and it was way out of our budget. I found Kwik Kabinets online and gave them a call. They gave me an estimate over the phone for the cabinets in the entire house and the price was great! I worked with Angelica who answered all my annoying questions via text and was such a pleasure to work with. She gave an option to update the hinges with hidden soft close, and replace all hardware of our choice. It was a 3-day process. Wed they came to pick up the doors and drawers. Fri they came back to paint the rest of the cabinets and install the doors and drawers The crew was so friendly and fun to be around. When they were finished, they yelled, "COME LOOK AT YOUR NEW KITCHEN!" It was so exciting. Our cabinets look awesome. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Kwik Kabinets. I had many other people come to look at what could be done to change my cabinets from the deep grained oak to white. I was told it couldn't be done without still seeing the heavy grain and I really wanted something smoother. I was told I had to reface and that just refinishing with paint wouldn't work and it would be a very expensive job. I found Kwik Kabinets online and gave them a call. Angelica was very responsive, knowledgeable and informative. She put herself out by coming with samples a few times until I decided what I wanted and always answered my text messages immediately. The job was done quickly and at a much more reasonable rate than any other quote, plus they look great. Much better than I expected after all I had heard.
