My aunt has been bringing her kids here for over 20 years so when looking for a new ped I was super excited to come here. I show up at the office and the girl at the front asked for my 2 year and old two month olds vaccine cards, because of COVID my two year old was behind on his vaccines and we were there to get caught up on them as well as both babies being sick, and the girl at the front very rudely tells me they refuse to see the kids because they don't have all of their vaccines. UMMMMM, SO EXPLAIN HERE. How can we get caught up if we can't be seen by a doctor? I'm a nurse and to me none of this made sense. The rude attitudes of both the girl in the front and ROBERTA with the 12 inch long fingernails that carry more germs than one even wants to know, we're disgustingly rude. The office refused to see my kids, knowing that they were both very sick, and I was THERE FOR THE VACCINE CATCH UP! So stupid. Dr.Kwasman has been around for this long yet can't have the decency to come out and explain how any of this makes sense? As a nurse myself, this was a horrible experience. GO ELSEWHERE read more

Great doctor. He is funny and has been great with my kids. I've had 0 problems with the front office staff. In fact, they have been absolutely awesome with helping me get the papers for school registration through email. Amazing, and thank you! I was reading the other reviews, and I can attest that indeed there's a lady with hugely long nails. She isn't a nurse, though, and I respect her fashion choices as they don't affect anything to do with the care of my children. She has never been rude to me. Normally, I talk to a different lady at the front desk who is very nice as well. read more

I wish I could give 5 stars but I cannot due to the front office lady with the hideous nails. I could go on and on about the nails and how unhygienic they are in a medical practice but I'll focus on the lack of professionalism and customer service. I am a very easy person to please and I am very easy to get along with, but every single time I go in that office that lady is kicking attitude. She rudely corrected her staff for answering my simple question "do you have my insurance on file?" She said "no, she needs to tell you the name of her insurance." She went on and on telling her staff that people are coming in and don't know their insurance yada yada... HOW BOUT YOU CORRECT YOUR STAFF PRIVATELY. Every single time I go in it's something... not pleasant, not friendly, not inviting... how the heck did this lady last in a pediatric office for so long? Nothing about her is kid friendly! I don't understand why these awesome pediatric doctors have kept her so long. It actually blows my mind! Digging deeper into riverside Facebook pages and other Yelp reviews I see that I am not the only one that has had this experience. Ultimately, it is the doctors fault for not doing anything about it and allowing the unprofessional behavior towards patients and staff and I'm sure it has cost the office a lot of $$$ and clientele over the years. As good as she may be at billing or whatever it is she does, she is hurting the office with many bad reviews on Facebook and Yelp pages, and all bad reviews have to do with her. With today's technology, word of mouth referrals is how business grow and thrive and she is not helping the cause. They should keep that lady in a back office where she has very little interaction with people as possible .... and that poor girl that has to work along side the rude office manager all day long, bless her heart. I do want to give a shout-out to Dr. Kwasman, Brianna and other nurses in the back are awesome and friendly. Very kind and playful during the appointment. I wish I could give 5 stars to the back office and 1 star for the front... I gave 4 stars because ultimately I go to that office to see the doctor. read more

I read some of these reviews and I am completely dumbfounded. Dr. Kwasman is an angel. Our baby was born with a rare skull issue and his knowledge lead us strait to CHOC (literally that day we had surgery scheduled). He calls and checks up on his patients when he knows they are ill. He is caring and funny and easy going enough to put up with this new mom! My son is blessed to have Dr. Kwasman as his pediatrician. Also, we have had nothing but positive conversations with Roberta and staff. They were very helpful with a timely referral for my son to have surgery in his first weeks of life. read more

Let me start off by saying I love the PA Sandra and she is amazing and I wish she worked elsewhere. The office manager is the person that is killing this business. She is the nasty bitter lady in the front that never wears a mask and has the most disgustingly long nails I've ever seen. I don't know how that's even allowed in a medical office let alone a pediatric office. She yelled and was so rude when I asked for fmla forms to be filled out. After this happened I went to look at other reviews on here and they all say the same thing about how she is the worst part of the office. I will not be taking my child here anymore which is unfortunate because I do really like Sandra the PA. i don't care for kwasman either way but I will not be treated the way I have been by that resentful, venomous, awful, frigid woman who is the office manager. I don't understand why they keep her because they are loosing business all because of her miserable vindictive attitude. Please do not bring your kids here. You and them deserve better!! read more

We love Dr. Kwasman. Scheduling with him has always been very convenient and he can get us in right away if we need it. Wait time is always at a minimum and he answers all of our questions and concerns. I personally have never experienced any billing issues and we have had to switch insurance companies several times. Every time fortunately they accepted our insurance and we have never experienced any problems. read more

Crooked people!!Not only was he my husbands pediatrician when he was born, but the same pediatrician to both of my boys. It really made me feel proud as a mom. It felt special. I had no problems with anything at all with my first son. The doctor is great. My boys are 16 months apart. I've paid every single bill on time. I went to pay my very last bill with my little one in the car seat and my oldest one running to the little tiny play center....... I gave my last payment of 200.00, two 100.00 dollar bills and the huge lady with the weird long nails said "Thank you. You are paid in full" I left feeling as if it was another expense paid off. Great feeling considering how expensive babies are. NOPE I NEVER GOT THAT RECEIPT AND NOW COLLECTIONS ARE AFTER ME. THEY SAY PROVE IT. I KNOW THAT LONG NAILED WEIRDO TOOK IT!!! TOTALLY GROSS. REALLY SAD. I HOPE IT PAID FOR HER MANICURE AND GASTRIC BYPASS. DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT THE RECEIPT TRUST ME. I PAY ALL OF MY BILLS!!!!! When I went in there to confront that weirdo lady, she denied everything and the 2 people at the counter said "This isn't the first time we've heard this!" I would have gave the beast the money to help fix herself! She needed it! Just don't go around ruining a brand new young families credit! Not cool at all!!!! read more

Waited 40 min in the waiting room after filling out paperwork. It was my first time there. I left, my sick kid wasn't seen. Wasted an hour plus gas. Now I have to find another pediatrician. Save yourself the time don't go here. read more

Seems kind of strange to yelp about a Dr. but here it goes. He is a caring amazing Pediatrician. If you are looking for someone who legitimately cares about your kid he is your guy. I have plenty of docs out here in Corona but I make the drive because he gives quality care. My children just adore him. read more

My family is on it's 3rd generation of kids going to this group. Dr Kwasman genuinely cares! The kids are treated w such compassionate care. Both Physicians there take time to interact with the kids as well as with us parents. From the days way before Dr Kwasman or Dr Mackey even joined the group to now, Pediatric Medical Group has always had the most friendly, helpful & caring staff. They always accommodate us & make sure our kids are taken care of, even if it means working a little late! They are really the only medical office around that has kept the nearly nonexistent skill of face to face communication alive!! Cannot express our appreciation and gratitude to Dr Kwasman, Dr Mackey and the staff at Pediatric Medical Group for keeping our kids healthy!! read more

I've been taking my son to this office since I gave birth to him, he's 7 now. After moving away for 3 years we returned to find the previous P.A. we use to see had left. I opted to see Dr. Kwasman because I remember he was so sweet to my baby when I first had him and we had to see him one day because his regular doctor was booked. I brought my son in recently about a bump on his face that's been there for six weeks. We waited almost 40 mins with an appointment and when we came in he was polite however, he looked at my son's bump and said I don't know what that is. Then proceeded to type notes and say that he's not going to give me anything for it because he doesn't know what it is "anything else?". WTH. I was very upset he didn't not offer any solutions or referral. I tried to talk to him about some other symptoms he was having since the bump that could be related to his allergies and I just felt rushed and he didn't even seem to try to consider any solution he just said ah it's probably allergies. I'm very disappointed what a waste of time and my money I would have been better just using google for free than to leave feeling unsure what's going on with my child. After 7 almost 8 years that my son has been a patient here...we will not return. On to finding another pediatrician who doesn't mind doing their job. read more
