Berry, but we recently switched to HMO-Kaiser because it was the more logical approach to deliver baby #2.

Always asking for consent and personal feedback such as: feelings, thoughts, unlimited of questions. Dr. Lee is genuinely out for us the patients and our best interest. I've met with multiple other GI Docs and left feeling disregarded, minimized, disrespected, confused, and quite frankly treated like a dollar sign. I honestly have never felt more seen and comfortable with Dr. Lee. I don't have one bad thing to say about him or his staff. I highly recommend him! A shout out to Yasmeen. I'm always emailing and calling her, she's so nice, very knowledgeable, patient with me, and so understanding. She works very hard and is on top of everything. I always get a fast response no matter what. Even though it's probably not necessarily her job she always helps me. Not once has she made me bad or an inconvenience to her. She's super friendly, down to earth and still professional. Thank you so much. We need more cool peeps like you and Dr. Lee respectfully of course in the medical field.

He explained everything clearly, took his time to answer all my questions, and made the whole screening process feel calm and stress-free. I felt truly cared for and confident throughout the visit. No one takes responsibility for the total care of the patient here . The office staff controlled solve, the portal doesn't contain results or provide easy assess to enter information regarding history ,medications etc At My first visit ,Dr Solaimani ordered labs and other tests unbeknownst to me. The office staff scheduled an appointment for me to follow up with the doctor two months after the first appointment for which I had to pay a $70 co-pay and my insurance was billed several hundred dollars. When I got there, they told me I hadn't done the labs the Dr had ordered. I inquired as to why I wasn't notified of the labs at the first visit , there answer was " well we must've had a student who put you in the room and she didn't enter your specific lab you use into the computer " . When I ask about why there was no follow-through on this why no one called me to inquire about why I hadn't had the labs before my appointment, they said oh we don't do that. We don't have any way to know about that. They kept referring to possibly a student that made mistakes the last time I was there. No one wanted to take accountability and they couldn't explain the process of how these things are normally done. It sounds like computers run this office, not thinking responsible people. The nurse practitioner I saw (when I had scheduled an appointment with the Dr) spent only 6 minutes with me informing me "all the results of my previous colonoscopy was normal) something the Dr told me after the procedure. Then ushered me out to schedule another appointment in two months after I complete the labs they had "previously ordered. When I ask about why I didn't see the doctor at this visit, as previously scheduled I was told "oh you have to tell us when you come in so we can put you in the right room to see the Dr." "We don't know who your appointment is with!" This office needs an overhaul from the top down! I feel they just want to schedule expensive procedures such as colonoscopies and EGD's , bill your insurance then dismiss you after they have completed these .I will not return!

It feels like they have zero respect for their patients' time or concerns. Beyond the waiting 1.5 hours in JUST the waiting room for a follow up, then another 30 minutes in the exam room before the dr comes in, the worst was when I was scheduled for an endoscopy. I checked in on time, expecting maybe a short delay (because things happen in healthcare). Instead, I sat in the main waiting room for over 3 hours. Not pre-op. Not being prepped. Just in a crowded lobby, staring at the walls, with absolutely no communication from staff. After three hours of this, I finally got up and left--completely frustrated and over it. Honestly, I should've walked out sooner. I got rescheduled for the next week, as the very first patient. When you do finally get taken back, the procedure area is no better. They make you power down your phone in front of them and show them that it's turned off. I understand phones might not be allowed during procedures, but here's the issue: after they take your phone, you're left sitting in pre-op for up to 2 more hours with nothing to do but stare at a blank wall. No updates. No reassurance. No communication at all. No sense of time. Just isolation and waiting. It's incredibly inconsiderate, especially for patients who are already anxious. I have a baby at home, and my time is not disposable. I can't afford to waste entire days sitting in waiting rooms and pre-op holding areas with no explanation, no updates, and no respect for the fact that patients have lives, families, and responsibilities. Add to that a doctor who doesn't take symptoms seriously ( and asks over and over about someone that was just asked about 1 minute prior ), and it's a recipe for patients to feel dismissed, unheard, and neglected. Healthcare is already stressful enough--you're usually going in because you don't feel well or because something is wrong. The last thing you should have to deal with is a system that treats you like an afterthought. Every visit here has been hours of wasted time, rushed interactions, and the sense that patients' concerns just don't matter. If you're considering coming here, know what you're signing up for: long waits, minimal communication, and a doctor who seems too busy (or unwilling) to actually listen. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values their time, their sanity, or being treated with basic decency.

Benjamin D Chung, MD - One arm from the ER, the other was just as bad. My veins were constricted from the drugs, and lack of water in me from vomiting.
