Their products are in the mid price point but if you want something more higher end/ artisan / designer and find it online from another vendor, they will order it for you at the same or better price and have it shipped directly to your home. Ordering lighting online can be tricky if you haven't seen it in person and having to return a light fixture by shipping it is a hassle. It's comforting to know that anything I order from Lamps Plus can be returned directly to their store in the rare case I need to return something. Lamps Plus cares about their customers .

So happy to have found this DWR outlet. They had a wide selection of Aeron chairs from fully loaded to basic configurations. I wish they had more grey colors vs the standard black but for the price, no complaints! Staff were friendly and very helpful! Even helped load it into my car.
