Ordering off Uber here is similarly quick/efficient. My go to pearl milk tea at this store has been 100% consistent over multiple years and Coco remains the best bbt I've had, with the strongest tea flavour. I honestly don't go anywhere else because it feels watered down. I avoid the Bristol Rd location after ordering there once and finding the bubble tea weaker in taste than other Coco locations. I recently tried the 3 Guys milk tea (pudding, grass jelly, pearls) and enjoyed it more than I expected to - there's a lot of grass jelly and pudding in the drink so some people might not enjoy the texture of it, but it adds a unique twist to the flavour of the tea. The grass jelly flavour doesn't come through that strongly, so even people who dont like grass jelly might enjoy it. Their monthly specials on their website (also advertised in store) are a good way to work through the menu, but they don't always update the site on time so specials listed are out of date. However, it is great that Coco consistently pushes out new/seasonal drinks to try, often with pretty unique flavours (ex. dragonfruit smoothie/slush). Drinks are also customizable to 30/50/70% , which is nice for people trying to destroy their wallet but stay mindful of their health

I think $10 for a large is reasonable compared to other bubble tea stores. They switched up their tapioca recipe last year and I'm not the biggest fan so I usually ask for less tapioca in my drinks. There is also plenty of seating space at this location. The only reason I gave one less star is because service was slow (there were only a few people in there) and the person working was not friendly.

The person who served me went from using a pen and register to automatically making my drink. Didn't bother washing her hands. I was really put off by this. Secondly, the blender contained some mixture in it already and was sitting aired out without any cover or lid. I should have said something but she was already annoyed that I forgot to mention no sugar in my drink while placing an order. The amount of ice to mango ratio is unbelievable. I'm basically drinking ice with a hint of mango flavour. What happened to this place. They bring in cartons of mangoes and can barely afford to enhance a drink flavour that they supposedly advertise as being all mango! I won't be returning to this location. Hopefully other locations won't be as stingy and up their hygiene given the pandemic we are in. I'm barely enjoying my drink..

I ordered their Aces Milk Tea since they had a BOGO promo and the Taro Fresh Milk Tea substituted with Oat Milk. I really enjoyed the drinks. Their Aces Milk Tea (5/5) was nutty with a rich malty taste. I love how you can really taste the flavour of the tea instead of just drinking straight sugar. The milk balances out the tea bringing the drink to a creamier and smoother finish. The boba was cooked well. Its chewiness was just right and it had a hint of sweetness. The Taro Fresh Milk Tea (4/5) was also delicious. I really liked how they used real taro instead of powdered ones. I do wish they had a lactose free milk option instead of just oat milk. I'm not sure if they had it in-store though since we ordered through the Uber Eats app. Definitely coming back to try out their other drinks!

I've seen the older couple every time I come by. The shop is quite small but is bright and has space for sitting. Overall, I've had good experiences and have enjoyed the drinks so far.

It's one of those places that feels sleek with neatly presented drinks. The steady stream of patrons piqued our interest at this plaza with so many options. They focus on tea culture, fresh cream milk and presentation tho flavours were meh. Service was relative quick in pumping out drinks. We picked their popular Mountainous White Peach Tea ($7.95), along with the Watermelon Red Sea Slush ($8.99). The white peach tea was light with a subtle sweetness & a cream foam cap balanced by sour haw flakes but it didn't leave much of a lasting impression despite the fancy Hero Tea cup. The jumbo-sized watermelon drink was a refreshing fruit slush that didn't really a wow factor you might expect of a specialty drink. There were a few comfy seats along the interior wall and at the front but this was mostly a grab & go spot similar to the other small bubble tea shops in Scarborough's busy SkyCity plaza. It's a more of pitstop if you're nearby and craving something refreshing. Menu prices are similar to other places for premium drinks. Skip it or hit it? With so many interesting bubble tea options around, we'll have to think hard about going back till we've tied them all.

I ordered the DongDing Oolong Milk Tea with Oat Milk and Boba, light sugar and ice. Their boba here is slightly different from a traditional black tapioca pearl, but it still hits the spot. The tea was well brewed and not too sweet, just how I like my boba. The shop itself was wonderful with its cute aesthetics and the smell of tea filling the air.
