Chatime has the best milk tea, don't @ me. Hands down. They always have a consistent strong black tea flavour. With Real Fruit, it's a hit or miss and BR isn't bad, but Chatime hits the spot evvverytime. I always ask for half sugar and less ice and it never tastes like something is missing or that it's too watered down. I also love their taro milk tea because it's made with real ass taro. Some might not like the texture of the drink but I enjoy the small pieces of taro. It's almost like drinking orange juice with pulp. The taro pieces add a little something more. I recently tried the cheesetart and it's ammmazing! Can't believe I'm only trying it now. This might technically be a Bake Code review, but whatever, Chatime sells it. It's probably also bad that I've tried it and loved it because now I'll have to get it like every week lol. It's priced a little hefty at $5.60? but it's bigger than a slice of cake, so it's kinda worth it. Straight out the refrigerated display case, the inside texture of the tart tastes and feels like cheesecake. Which, cheesecake is my favourite. Keep it at room temperature for a few hours and the texture becomes softer and is almost custard like. Both ways taste amazing. Looks like I will have to be making more trips to Chatime! read more

Very busy location, kind of slow, but overall, was very good. Came in on Sunday just after 6pm and it was booming. Lots of people ordering and lots waiting for their order. We ordered our drinks with ease, paid and sat down to wait to get it. The ladies calling the numbers are super quiet and it's hard to hear them if you're far from the counter. Got our order and went home with it because the sitting area wasn't the cleanest and there were so many people there at this location. It was made perfectly though, no complaints there! read more

The server at the time was either not paying attention, rushed with other orders, or maybe just plain old bad at their job. Or maybe some combination of the three? Either way, I had to repeat what I ordered about 4 to 5 times before she registered it. She'd ask me what I wanted, then walk away to do something, and then come back and ask me again. Once or twice, understandable. But having to repeat myself more than 4 times is insane. Anyway, the bubble tea itself was pretty good. Nothing amazing, but pretty standard quality for most places. They do have a ton of selection for different flavors and all of that, but as for this specific location, I'll have to stick to just 3 stars. read more

Brampton doesn't really have too many late night hang out spots. Most places are closed by 8 or 9 and the only other options are the 24 hour gas station Tim Hortons by the major industrial areas. We showed up at around 1030 pm and they close at 11 and it was still full of customers just hanging out and chatting and the staff were busy not only serving in-store customers but also preparing drinks for home delivery through one of the new apps. I got myself the Lychee Juice with Tapioca and shredded Lychee and the cashier warned me that it was incredibly sweet. I'm glad she did because even with 50% less sugar in the drink I still had to wait till majority of my ice melted so that the sweetness would be watered down. Kinda sad due to its my second time here and they still Manage to mess up my order. I really love chatime but I have to complain that you have to repeat my order two-three times to make them get my order properly. I check my receipt and they forgot like two topping and made me pay $1.10 for the topping when they messed up such as hassle. But nonetheless the drinks tasted great! read more

Wow finally a chatime in Brampton! I'm from sauga but I was going to Brampton for an appointment and had to drop by this chatime to check out since it's new. I'm not a fan of the location, it's always so busy at the HWY plaza cause of the supermarket. It's to the left of the dollarama. I couldn't find it when I drove in LOL I'm blind. It wasn't busy when I arrived at 430pm Wednesday. Biggest chatime I've ever seen. There's soooo many seats and this could be the next chill spot for bbt goers in Brampton. The store looks clean and nice inside. Service was good, got my drinks in a timely manner and I found out that my SPC card promo works on top of TOTM which is a bonus. Would come again if I'm back in Brampton again for sure as chatime is one of my fav bbt joints. read more

So this is my first time ever going to a chatime so I have no other locations to compare it to. I was excited to finally have one in brampton and thought i would give it a try. Service: 3.5/5 as they are a new location, the server didn't know how to properly put our drinks order through the til. She had to ask someone and eventually figured it all out. We went on a monday and it wasn't busy. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. Atmosphere: 4/5 clean and modern Food: 3/5 I ordered the mango green tea with rainbow jelly. The juice was good but i barely tasted the green tea. The rainbow jelly was plentiful and tasted good but overall the drink was rather disappointing. I was expecting more. My friend like his juice but did not enjoy the tapioca balls. They had a strange flavour. Note: If you were looking for thai milk at this location, they do not have it on their menu. That was also disappointing. Price: 2/5 the two drinks cost me over $13 which i think is not worth the hype. Sadly, i will not be back. read more

3.5 stars - this location is definitely not my top choice but it is the closest to me so I've been here plenty of times. I always feel welcomed as the owners are very warm and friendly every time! Other locations are very straight forward with business and don't take time to greet you so warmly (some don't even greet you LOL). This location is probably the biggest I've seen so far, there is a huge dining space area which is perfect for students to come and study - or just a random day out with friends to catch up. Also their dessert selection is a lot bigger than the other ones I've been too! The only downside is how slow the service is compared to other Chatime locations. Other locations usually have many co workers (I've seen at least 6 for the sauga location) but this location is never more then the two owners and two workers. Wait times are usually 15 minutes minimum here IN PERSON (other locations I wait 10 minutes max even when it is really busy). For ubereats, it is at least an hour minimum. One time it took almost 2 hours for us to even get our drinks delivered because they kept delaying the pick-up LMAO All in all, this location is good to get your chatime fix if you're in the area but in terms of service you may end up waiting longer then usual. read more

I've been to many other Chatime locations and this is by far the worst one. The only one I actually have to cross off my list. At first I thought it was due to them being new but I've been back a few times after a couple months and nothing has improved. Most recent experience: -Ordered the Roasted Milk Tea with Red Bean. Barely any roasted flavour and just tasted watered down. -Cheap with toppings. Barely had any red bean for a large drink. I usually go to the one in Mississauga and that place always give a good portion of toppings. -I complained with one of the staff members and asked for additional red bean and was told that I was given two scoops already. Told them that they give way less than other locations but did not seem to care and just directed me to the manager. -Manager complied and gave me more red bean but put it in a cup (I suppose they did not want to completely remake the drink) Won't be coming back to this location. Even if you live in Brampton I think its worth it to just go to the Mississauga one. read more

This was a random Uber Eats order and it made my day. I ordered the hazelnut chocolate milk tea and my fiance opted for the caramel milk tea, both were absolutely wonderful and a delicious weekend treat. We split the twice baked cheese tart (aka I had 3/4... lol), it was absolutely incredible. This will definitely be a repeat order when we are feeling indulgent. I am looking forward to visiting the establishment and trying the other desserts that are offered. read more

Customer service lacks at this location. Employees refuse to be patient and rush everyones order. Although one would believe rushing meant getting the order quicker. It is the complete opposite, be prepared to wait about an hour in person and almost 2 on Ubereats, and not always receive what you want. The orders are either watered down or just tasteless. read more

Everyday is bbt day...but today was a little less than everyday. Unfortunately, due to COVID, some of their items are om backorder; I wanted QQ, but they hadn't received a shipment of coconut jelly in a while - or, it was in progress. So opted in to have tapioca, because you can never go wrong with tapioca right?!? ...welp, they were probably short on that too because legit, I ordered a large drink but it had like 10 tapioca balls in it. I'm not even exaggerating. Deadass like they did us janky. I guess they needed to preserve their supply but I would have honestly preferred if they told us straight up that they were running low...or that we would need to wait for them to make a new batch??? It's $0.50, but it's the principle of owning up to your mistake and retaining loyal customers. Pretty disappointed. I've heard good things about chatime but my first experience was drastically underwhelming. More ice than anything....even beating Starbucks ice levels (which is a hard thing to beat lol). Brown sugar pearls lack an authentic brown sugar taste and the milk tea is sad. Probably won't be going back, I would recommend kung fu tea any day over chatime. read more

People here are really good and are always happy. The only thing that annoys me is that they are always out of stock of their cheesecake pie. I legit went there four times in a row in the week to double check if they had it - yes, I liked it that much - in the morning, mind you. And they were always out of stock. They keep saying that it's because people buy them in bulk and stock them at home and that's fine, but if you know there's that much demand for it then why not stock MORE? Okay so basically after getting barely any sleep my girlfriend was woken up to start her day, she was dragged around here and there with her family and didn't enjoy any of it, after all that she finally had a chance to make the day worth while. She ordered a brown sugar milk tea and eventually when the time came to drink it, to her surprise the beverage tasted exactly like a boring old normal milk tea. I'm disappointed that this drink costs more yet it tastes the same. This experience has negatively affected her day and left her feeling a sense of dishonesty and distrust between the Chatime menu and her tastebuds. I hope to invoke change and I want to pursue justice in this incident so that no other customer should ever have to experience what she went through. read more

I love going to this Chatime, the owner and employees always greet me with a warm smile and it's a friendly atmosphere no matter how busy it is. It can get busy at times but I've never waited more than 10 minutes even though the store with packed. If you want quick bubble tea, I would definitely avoid after 5 pm on any given day. Never ever come here unless you want to wait 30 minutes for ONE drink. The service is absolutely ridiculous. There are only ever 3 employees working despite how busy it is all the time- one making drinks, one taking orders, and one who just hands out drinks. The same guy at the cash can never get your order right and is always confused. There were about 15+ people standing, waiting on their orders and they still take their sweet time. I was doing some shopping in the area , saw Chatime and made a stop here. I have a liking for the honey and taro milk teas with light sugar and ice with extra tapioca. I got a taro like that and what I liked was how quick the service was. Try the honey or taro milk teas as mentioned and you will like it a lot . I also recommend adding pudding to it to add onto the texture from the tapioca . read more

Management is unethical, racist and discriminatory. There is absolutely no respect toward employees. Always double check to make sure your order is correct because the manager will hand out drinks even if she knows it was made wrong. For example, when I worked at this location, I made a drink with too much sugar and the manger told me to still give it to the customer because she didn't want to "waste anymore ingredients". read more

I'm an Elite Chatime member, and have been to the Mississauga, Waterloo, London, Guelph, Toronto, and Montreal locations. Until this Brampton Chatime opened I often went to the ones at Square One or Burnhamthorpe. I live in Brampton so I now frequent this location on a weekly basis. Hands down this is beat Chatime I've ever visited. The owner greets me with a smile, often by name, remembers my favourite drink. Their pearls are by far better than the other places who seem to rush making it too hard and chewy. Maybe once there was a mixup with the amount of ice, but not a big deal. For me consistently good service is important, and this is what I get out of 99.9% of all my visits there. read more

won't let me submit with no stars... staff rude and service sucks... thanks for the wonderful mother's day experience... you suck !!! worst location ever. order 5 drinks. our order #1235. waited patiently 20 minutes, then asked for our order. response, "oh it not ready yet" we noticed later orders being completed and served #124x, 125x... asked again for our order 40 minutes now. response, "we can make it now if you wait or you can ask for refund". when asking for refund only to be told no one knows how to process a credit card refund. asked to speak to manager only to be almost yelled for their own incompetence. as if was our fault. no manager and server would not give us her name. ended up leaving after getting cash refund and no compensation. avoid this location. you will be blamed if they forget your order. f*^# u chatime... thanks for making mother's day so memorable!!! read more
