The busy-ness was a testament to its popularity, yet it was comfy and relaxed because there was a variety of seating areas where one could enjoy their beverage and/or food. This is one of the few shops that have a delicious cardomom syrup. I actually ended up ordering a second beverage because the first one was so delicious!

Lots of indoor, outside street view, and outside back patio seating. When I arrived, the line was actually out the door, but I only waited about 10 minutes to place my order and an additional 10 minutes to receive my coffee and food. The coffee itself was actually amazing. I loved the uniqueness of it all and wish I could have tried everything before returning to VA!

Don't let that fool you though because they have quite an extensive menu of delicious drinks and food that are executed very well. Ibiza is tucked away in a little corner of a building and has a pretty small number of seats. That said though, if you do want to stay and enjoy your food/drink, the overall ambiance is great. There are bars, sofas, small tables, and a small variety of other things to pick from. Every one of the staff we interacted with was very kind and accommodating and the coffee and waffles that we had were delicious. Everything seems made to order, so it was also very fresh. The coffee drinks seem to rotate (a lot of their drinks are just posted on their little glass pane) and they are very reasonably priced for speciality drinks. I'd totally recommend stopping by to check out Ibiza!

Food/drinks: Ordered most the GF items they had in stock! * Peach almond cake - delicious. And fresh out of the oven. * Lavender almond cookies - also delicious. Substantial. Melty but not too melty. It's really chewy/a little pull-y. *Lemony mint tea - it was okay. Barely noticeable lemon. Like the touch of the leaf of fresh mint. Probably wouldn't repeat. Service: Friendly and focused. Not super quick so wouldn't go if I'm in a hurry. Not a deterrent. Ambiance: Let's talk about cute! A pretty brilliant renovation of an old gas station into a bright, airy, farmhouse eclectic cafe. You can always get the one you want without the awkward and mostly ineffective pointing and direction giving from behind the glass lol. I picked up a nice mix or sweet and savories. I think my favorite was the spicy jalapeño ham & bacon roll. It was soft, spicy, salty, and just the right amount of sweet from the dough.
