This is my favorite bubble tea chain. They have a wide variety of flavors to try. I always try to get a new flavor each time. Upon entering you go to the cash register to order or step to the side to view the options. The ording goes pretty smoothly, the cashiers seem to know how to work the machine quickly. They have the option to scan your code to get points for possible future drinks. Ordering never takes more than 2 minutes if you know what you want. Depending in how busy it gets it can take about 5 min to 10-15min. The place is relatively clean but small. You may have to wait for your order outside but they do call your number in the speaker when its ready. 5/5 will continue to return

They recently just did the princess peach collab and the cups are soooo cute. I tried all the different peach drinks and my favorite was the Princess Premier - which is a peach green tea. I also like to get their Oreo wow when I'm feeling some milk that day. It's a $10 minimum so bring cash if you only get one drink. I usually get a macaron if I forget to bring my card or another drink! I like the lychee rose macaron.

Occasionally I like to do my boba run here especially when they have their bogo deals, such as their mangonada slush. I had tried mangonada slush before at a different store in Texas but I don't remember if it's from the same chain or not and it was so good. Thus when I saw this promo I was excited to try it again. Unlike my first experience, this one was a bit sour (the ratio of sweetness and sourness was not equal). The service was standard. Here it's more like a grab & go order because there is no room to sit.

So if you're sick of pictures of me And the legs and high heels of Barbie There's one antidote Get some balls in your throat Get Lemon Black at Kung Fu Tea! I wanted to take off my pants, but I didn't, because then it would've been Hung Fu Tea. What to get: Lemon Black Tea with Tapioca! Or: All the fruit teas are pretty good, especially if you go off menu and get black tea! Or: Go crazy and order your fruit teas with the very strong Oolong! Or in winter: Any of the hot milk teas! Which milk teas are best: Honey Oolong! Oolong! Maybe Taro or Almond! This Kung Fu Tea is incredible, and it's so good that it's one of my favorites in New York City. They make extremely sweet, and extremely lemony products, with really good-to-eat tapioca and the little barista girl was so friendly and cute and included lots of flirting too. So really this little location had everything except a damn bathroom. But it still gets 5 stars, because the products and service were absolutely top notch, in fact, they made me want to rap. It's been 10 minutes, and I'm DUE For another drink from Kung FU So now I'm going to rap for YOU And if it really sucks, just BOO So if you and your bf are THROUGH And you need something (someone) to DO Let me show you how my legend "GREW" And all my urban myths are TRUE Be glad your sister never KNEW What we did, or she'd want me TOO So do me like they do the DEW And I'll stick atop you like GLUE There is no taming of this SHREW I'll be the driver, you the SCREW You the river, me CANOE Or you can be Barbie's sexy SHOE Me Roger Daltrey, you the WHO You Chinatown Houston, me LOU Me dictator, you my COUP You Nepal, me KATHMANDU You 80s radio, me CUTTING CREW You a doctor's office, me the FLU You the Synagogue, me the JEW You the toilet, me the POO Wait, what Anyway Those boys will have to join the QUEUE And wait until I'm done with YOU You'll bounce like a KANGAROO Cause we're lovers, not fighters like FOO And when we're done (in a day or TWO) After I've made your kitty MEW And after I've finally WITHDREW Then it's time to go to Kung FU! I recently revisited this location in my neighborhood and was shocked to find that the drinks here are $2-3 less than what you pay in Manhattan. I rarely have boba so I usually go for unique drinks when I order. This location is tiny, but they have an organized system where you pay inside, then head outside until your number is announced through a megaphone. Probably a little annoying for people living on that block but very helpful for social distancing. That day, I ordered a rose hip milk tea with boba. The price was around $4 for a medium. I caught a hint of tea flavor in my drink but actually didn't like the rose hip in it. It tasted very artificial. I think I just chose the wrong flavor because I've had other drinks here (regular milk tea with boba, milk foam cheese drink, red WOW milk) and liked them all. The boba are soft and chewy, and the menu extensive with a variety of flavors both fruity and milky. Overall, this is a refreshing and affordable alternative for boba lovers to get their fix.

Signature Kung Fu Milk Tea with Herbal Jelly~8/10

Never had a problem or any issue with my order. Staffs are friendly and pretty nice about changing up Boba's for pudding or jelly. There's this one time when a new clerk made a black tea with herbal jelly (tasted so bad), took one sip and I returned back. Manager gladly exchanged another drink for me without issue. Since it's a franchise drinks are mostly the same everywhere else. Customer service at the Sunset Park location lacks a bit of that. Really enjoyed my drinks here.

My ALL TIME FAVORITE bubble tea place i like it sooo much better than the others (coco, vivis, etc) but yes probably more sugary than most. Been coming here forever i just ask for less ice and sometimes 75% sugar but i don't mind the sugar. I never taste all the extra powder (like vivis) which is a big nono to me. I usually get winter melon, white melon milk tea, taro (hot/cold), milk tea, lychee, passion fruit green tea i like them all. Fam has gotten coffee and honey lemon too which they like not my fav but honey lemon is very refreshing. Lychee tastes like straight up lychee juice haha love it. Get the bubbbbles theyre so nice and chewy

Speak about the best bubble tea on the block...Literally , so there are few bubble teas on ave U that I know of so far but Kung Fu Tea is the best I have tasted. When you come in it's a really small place with about five chairs to sit down and the menu is on the wall and also above the cashier (electronically). My all time favorite is the passion fruit green tea with tapioca less sugar, less ice. There is a variety of toppings that you can put into your drink. Also you are able to control the amount of sugar and ice you want in it. The other great things you can get here are macaroons and they are amazing! I have never tasted a macaroon as good as these. They have Nutella, Caramel, Pistachio, Strawberry and more. The only one bad thing about this place is that they only accepting cash, so always come prepared.

Mushroom and chicken boxed rice - lots of chicken bone shards and too little pieces of Chinese sausage slices. Mixed rice noodle with fish ball - the fish ball option was something I requested for over the phone when they notified me one item that I ordered ran out. The fish ball was really tiny and on the harder side. Really not good quality fish balls. The rice noodle was not silky and smooth. The sauce was the worst part. Not enough sauce and too watered down. The flavors that's usually in the sauce were very subtle. Pork floss cheese loaf bread - the slices of bread were thick and fluffy so I was impressed. The pork floss cheese could be better. Not enough pork floss. Sounded better on paper Steamed Custard bun - it was a big bun so I excitedly ripped it apart but I found some weird charcoal color particles in the custard filling when I did that. Not sure what it was but in case it's a dead insect ripped apart, I threw out the whole bun Ham and cheese bun - just ok. I've had better at other bakeries. But again quite impressed with how fluffy the bread was Cha Siu bun - too oily on the exterior

Why should you travel?…read more -It expands your horizons. -You learn how to avoid prejudices. -You get a better world view on issues and people. -It is healthy for you. -It expands your imagination. Why do I travel? -To try new food. -To go somewhere I have never been before. -To see a world you cannot see from the air. -To see amazing sights. -To make new memories. Why does this matter at all to a Yelp review? Well, it does. Because thanks to my travels, restaurants and cafes like this one make me prepared and ready for what is to come. Two trips to Canada and a trip to Paris prepare you for what you could expect at a creperie that also happens to sell waffles and frozen yogurt, and a few other things, but mostly dessert. Vancouver prepped me for the waffles. Quebec and Montreal prepped me for the crepes. The US has prepped me for the frozen yogurt. All this prepped me well when I ordered a sweet crepe and got a superb symphony of sweet flavors. Fantastic and fresh banana and strawberries, a very fresh Nutella topping, and a binding agent in a crepe! Next time I will order a savory and a sweet to see how it all goes, and maybe a waffle or two for good measure. Of course this is all putting it back, back in the New York groove, which this carries so well. I will be back here, which thankfully requires little travel on my part.
