Tried a bunch of poke places and this was my favorite. Especially the creamy scallops! Everything is top notch quality and not that busy. They have seatings inside the store. I love this little store. The smoothie place inside is super legit too. read more

Kukuiula Market - Grocery Near Me - Koloa, Hawaii

This market has everything you could need, including a juice bar that also serves acai bowls (Anake's Juice Bar), flower stand, and poke spot (Lawai'a Fish Co) inside. The acai bowl place as poppin', I'll definitely have to come back and try it. They also sold juice shots from Kauai Juice Co and mason jars with overnight oats in all different flavors. We opted to get the PB and banana one, excited to give it a try. They sell tons of local products and meats. Unfortunately no local Kaua'i eggs sold here, go to Hoku market for that. They also sell Gina's banana bread for $8.50 near the register, they are huge portions and she doesn't skimp on the nuts, very tasty!! Next to the poke, they also have a food warmer stocked with to-go hot breakfast bentos as well as musubi. Wish I knew that earlier during my trip! read more

Stumbled upon this market in 2018, got an acai bowl and it was the best I ever had. Fast forward to 2026 and it's just as good as I remember. It's always the unassuming places that have the best stuff. I got the da dragon bowl this time and it was delicious, everything you want in an acai bowl. They can be short staffed sometimes so don't expect it to be ready right away. Service is super friendly and kind. It is inside a small grocery store so you can browse while you wait or sit at the tables they have nearby. read more

Get the banana bread at the front of the store! Super fresh and super yummy! The homemade cookies were excellent too!

There's a juice bar inside the market- back there they have all flavors of açaí bowls. "Da Dragon" açaí bowl was awesome! Hot pink blended smoothie because it's made with dragonfruit- topped with fresh fruit: kiwi, raspberries, pineapple, mango, coconut, berries, banana, granola and a drizzle of honey. It was medium size and was huge! I ate the whole thing though because sure it was so delicious!! My son tried "funky monkey" and loved it! read more

This little market was such a delight! Incredibly grateful to have fresh green drink minutes away. Ginger shots, protein smoothies. Always in search of a good juice bar. This place has great fish, local beef, papaya bowls , breakfast egg rice Portuguese sausage and bacon to grab and go before we hiked sleeping Giant. And oh, my, the most amazing secondhand shop curated so, so well! I mean I left with a cutest dressy dress and a sexy bikini. They have lulu, free people, boho island vibe. 10-14$‍ read more

Walked just under a mile from my timeshare to this store, while waiting for my order from Da Crack in the same shopping strip. We couldn't find pineapples at Costco, and didn't have time to stop by Big Save on our first day in Kauai. Got the following: $2.89/lb for lettuce, $1.89/lb for red delicious apples, $1.69/lb for pineapple, $1.69/lb for bananas. No anjou pears, which were sold at $2.25/lb or $9 at Costco for a 4 lb bag. Surcharge for credit card use. A few days later checked the prices at Big Save in Koloa: $3.40/lb for lettuce, $2.39/lb for apples, $1.39/lb for pineapple, and $1.49/lb for bananas, and $2.69/lb for anjou pears. And you thought pineapple was cheaper in Hawaii than California. read more

We love this market! They used to have the most amazing poke place on the island here- Poipu Poke Shack. They moved to Lihue and renamed to Shibus. We stopped there today and they still have the absolute BEST poke and worth the drive. We will still come in for the açaí and special jars of chia pudding! A great little market. read more

It's a small grocery so I wouldn't do the main shop here, but they have malasadas from Kauai Bakery that are delicious!! They have coconut, mango and guava flavors. All really good. read more

I think this place is probably highly rated for their açaí bowls and poke and not so much on grocery options. We visited here as it was the only grocery store located near our condo. We set out for groceries and were a little saddened to see most of the shelves were bare. It was later in the day, so maybe they hadn't restocked and there had been a rush earlier that day. Not sure. I didn't even see Spam! But we ended up opting out of purchasing anything and went the Instacart route instead. I'd be willing to check this place out again for poke or açaí bowls, and perhaps groceries if it's earlier in the day. read more

Undeniably the best Açaí bowls on the island. We discovered this gem through a local recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. As seasoned açaí lovers, our expectations were high--and this place exceeded them. Pro Tip: Try the Funky Monkey. It's so delicious, it'll have you questioning whether you're eating chocolate mousse or açaí. Truly unforgettable! The team is extra professional and knowledgeable açaí makers. And honest :) read more

Little market near Poipu Beach that sell groceries and produce, and local products such as hot sauce. You can get the essentials, but at a price tag. There is also a poke stand, a smoothie/juice bar, and a coffee stand inside. We came almost daily for poke and smoothie. People who work there are super nice. read more

For some reason I just have to visit this store each time I return! This visit was full of changes! The shave ice place relocated, there are independent vendors selling Hawaiian poke and goodies at the front, breakfasts are available in addition to baked goodies available for your day! At the back there is a juice shop that makes delicious acai bowls, smoothies and fresh juices. This was very busy. There's also a little shop selling gently used clothing. Great pieces at great prices! The store still sells groceries but when you can share space with other vendors everyone wins, especially the customers!!! read more

We loved this place. Stopped for the Poke the first time when the Koloa Fish Market was closed. The Poke was really good. We came a little late in the day so the gluten free options were somewhat limited but I still managed to eat well and it was delicious. We also got a smoothie. I tried the Lava Flow, a vegan coconut cream, pineapple, strawberry and coconut mixture. It was delicious! I went back for another one, on a different day and I watched them make it the second time around. I want to try it at home. There is a little coffee shop in the grocery store too and they threaten to have gluten free cakes but I could never get there in time to try one. I hear that the owner of the coffee shop makes them daily. The one day that I managed to there early was a Sunday and it turns out the the coffee shop is not open on Sundays. That was a bummer but it is what it is. I'll try to go back on our next visit. There will be next visit. We had so much fun exploring Kuaui. This little market also has a small consignment/used clothing shop inside. What a neat idea. Local art, consignment shop, coffee shop, smoothie bar, poke bar inside of a grocery store. Love love loved it. Went there many times. read more

It's a simple grocery store with some basics. Nothing fancy, but convenient to have if you're staying in Poipu. I will say the banana nut bread was so yummy and the pineapple fritters reheated was delicious. I was hoping to pick up some spam musubi, but at 11:00 am they were sold out. I was told to come early so I went back the day of my flight home and picked up a local meats bento box and spam musubi, both of which were delicious and hit the spot. They also have an acai bowl and poke place inside if you're looking for a lunch or dinner option. All in all a great grocery store to pick up the basics with friendly staff onsite. read more

This is a super convenient marketplace! We needed some groceries for breakfasts and lunches this week and their selection was decent! We were super surprised about how many gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian items they had in stock (including creamers, cheeses, breads, and various snacks). There are also a couple food vendors in there including an Açaí Bowl stand and there was even a little clothing boutique in the back. The only thing I wish were different were the prices. It seemed kinda steep even for staple items such as bread and lunch meat. But maybe the prices here on Kaua'i are just a bit more? Idk. Overall, very cool setup and selection - definitely worth it to shop for a few groceries while you stay here on Kaua'i read more

This is just a simple review. A must go to for fresh fruit, but best of all is the poke bar inside.

This a local market that sells almost anything you could need when visiting Kauai! We came in for water but found ourselves buying sunscreen, snacks, AND vegan soft serve!! While looking around they had a pop up shop for women's bikinis, vegan meats, bakery treats, alcohol, and almost anything else you could imagine lol! The soft serve is located in the way back of the market and it's SOOO good. Today they were serving ube and passion fruit flavors. We opted for the ube with cocoa nibs and their house granola. The soft serve was lightly sweetened which is perfect for adding toppings. Don't skip out on trying this! They also make açaí bowls. read more

Not the biggest market in the Koloa area. The market is smaller than Sueoka in Old Town. There's a juicery in the back of the market where there was a line. Super glad we found this market. If you are in the search for shave ice, poke, and a market to get your basic necessities (eggs, milk, rices, fruits, meats, etc.) You've come to the right place. This local shop has all you need, and what a plus :) for supporting your local owned shops as opposed to shopping big retailers. If you're going to vacation here, you should support the community who are local to the island. That's my belief. I truly recommend coming here for what you need. read more

Came here for the sushi but ended up not staying since it's not a sit down restaurant and it was raining outside. However, we ended up walking around and bought a number of goodies. They have a number of local seasonings (flavored salts and hot sauce etc) at a decent price. For one I can tell you the salty wahine spices are cheaper here than at the factory store. I ended up also getting some li hing gummies as souvenir. Li hing is powdered plum which is salty sweet. They also have a number of diamond bakery cookies which I have become a fan of since my visit to Hawaii. I had already bought the Costco shortbread pack as souvenir but wanted to try other flavors. The shortbread cookies are so good! The dark chocolate chip cookie is not really dark chocolate fyi. The kakimochi with rice bits was good and mildly sweet. They also had organized, decent priced fresh fruits and veggies. read more
