I Always paid him on time and never gave him a reason to get upset. Since then, he has been harassing my tenants and me, threatening to call the city inspector to come to my buildings, sending my tenants ideas how they can sue me trying to force a Tennent to go on a date with him for smoke and drink in a very aggressive way, and many more... He seems to be very desperate for work and claimed that no one wants to hire him and kept asking me for more work, and when I said, I'm not willing to work with him, he get upset and start threatening again. I would stay away from this guy and will never let him in my house or any of my properties. He came on time like he stated and actually came earlier than promised. He came in and I wasn't even quite ready but he was patient and very helpful and he installed all of the window material and a couple of pantry shelves that I was seeking to get done. He did an excellent job. He didn't rush and I was very happy with his work and very please as I looked at the finishing touches. I didn't have any expectation's but we are all looking for a happy and satisfied outcome, and I know I received just that. he also was helpful and picked up and brought my furniture boxes in the house that were sitting in my hallway and that had nothing to do with the service he was providing.
