HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM GLADIS! I called requesting for my prescription to be faxed to another eye glass store I was at and she stated she couldn't fax my prescription at the moment because she was busy. The technician at the eye glass store said he can take the information via phone, but Gladis said she wasn't able to read my prescription information so she couldn't help us. Seriously!? I have never encountered such POOR customer service. Even during my last 2 visits at the office she was rude and seemed rushed. Dr. Le is AMAZING so it's such a shame to have someone with poor work qualities to be the "face" of her office! Considering the other Yelp reviews about Galdis, this prcatice should really consider making changes to improve this problem. read more

After going to three different optometrists, Dr. Le's knowledge and service surpasses them all. I was hesitant upon arrival because I thought the Yelp reviews were fabricated, as I found to be true with other reviews I have come across. However, I was not disappointed. Dr. Le is funny, honest, and knowledgable. Unlike previous optometrists whom told me very little about contact usage, Dr. Le made sure I knew the "do's and dont's" before I left. In addition, the lady working the front desk was a sweetheart, which for me is important because they are the customers first impression of the place. I highly recommend Dr. Le as an optometrist. read more

I just moved into the area and was looking for a new optometrist, I was in Costco one day and hear Dr Le talking to a client as they left. I went home and made an appointment for myself and my husband. Dr Le is Knowledgeable, funny, kind and very personable. I would recommend her to anyone Thank you Dr Le for making my visit such an enjoyable one! read more

I went in as a walk in because I needed an eye exam asap. The office was busy but the still took me and the staff was very attentive. I waited about thirty minutes to see Dr. Le. It was my first time with her and I appreciated how she took her time to answer my questions and concerns. She has great customer service. Overall, the office and staff had a professional and welcoming atmosphere. They treated me very well. I will definitely return for future appointments. read more

This review is regarding the customer service staff. I called at 2:15 today to make my husband an appointment. She said that she had an opening today at 2:40 (in 25 minutes from the time I called). My husband moved his schedule around (last minute notice) and drove from Rancho Cucamonga straight to Fontana. By the time he parked and went inside to check in he was 8 minutes past his appointment time. The receptionist told him that since he was late it could take up to 2 hours of him sitting there waiting. What a joke and a waste of time. No wonder why they have terrible reviews. Don't waste your time getting your vision checked here or at Rancho Costco. read more

I liked this place. The price is affordable, the doctor was nice, fast, accommodating, and knew what she was talking about. I had called around a couple different places for my glasses/contact eye exam, and this place along with Wal Mart was the most affordable. When I called, I got a quick appointment, and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes in the office. I had a hard time finding it because I didn't know it was inside of Costco, but other than that, it was an overall good experience. read more

Love Dr. Le.... very sweet, nice mannerisms and she actually cares about you. I concur with the receptionist reviews though. If you can just get past the 3 mins that you have to deal with her, its worth it to see Dr. Le. read more

this is the worst place ever have been going here for a while never had a problem new receptionist for some reason made it very hard to get my eye exam for contacts, had to call my insurance 3 times because she said she could not find me in the system after I have gotten my contacts 2 years in a row, how is that possible so finally after the 3rd attempt she finds me in the system but then goes on to tell me im not eligible for a eye exam!!!! at this point im so pissed I just said you know what I will find another doctor her reply to me you have a nice day.......WOW!!!! what is going on is everything just going to hell, so I hope people read this and go inside of Costco in fontana and not use that place to get there eyes checked and find another doctor I work so hard every day to pay for my insurance thinking I can use it and not have a problem, just think what people without it must go through is a sad thought. read more

I had a great experience with Dr. Le. Front office was friendly & best part I was only there for 30 minutes. I was in & out of the office. Great experience. I'll go there every year! read more

Went in to schedule an appointment at 10 am with the receptionist, and asked two extra questions about glasses/insurance and got attitude during the whole 5 minutes of word exchange. Elizabeth needs to realize who she's actually working for *cough* the customer *cough*. Unfortunately, I will no longer come to this location anymore- that is unless I shop here and notice she's not working here. Customer service is important and if I'm going to pay over 200+ in total with glasses and exams, then I better feel like I'm actually a valued customer! ESPECIALLY for a small business. It's time to let her go, she's holding you guys back. I know tons of people who would love to have her job with half the pay giving out real service, with a smile extending ear to ear. read more

Excellent service. KT Le and her staff are very well experienced and knowledgeable in answering all your questions. They clearly explain all the procedures and any future things to pay attention to. Prices are very well and she takes some insurances and does Costco for your optometry needs. read more

Dr. Le is fantastic! I called on Saturday and she answered the phone. I asked if they take walk-ins and she said they do but that Saturdays are usually really busy so I decided to wait until today. I came in right at 10 and they already had a few walk-ins waiting, so I left my information and went over to Jamba Juice while I waited. I got a call from Dr. Le and she said to come on back. She was so kind and funny, and and she had me in and out of there in 15 minutes for my contact lens exam. When I asked her to confirm it was her who I had been speaking with over the phone, she said that she tries to help with the phones when her receptionist gets busy. Dr. Le is so sweet and caring! read more

If you are searching for a comprehensive optometrist with good bed side manner and a personality, then you have just found her! Dr. Le is caring, knowledgeable, patient, thorough and respectful. She doesn't speak down to you. On the contrary, she empowers you to make informed decisions about your eye care and together you come up with a treatment plan that suits you and your wallet. She also provided me with a coupon for my contacts so I was able to get a years supply at a discounted price and she checked all of my prescription eye glasses before I left her office. My mom is now her patient as well. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Le. She is located inside the Fontana Costco but you don't need a membership to schedule and appointment. read more

There are so many reasons to go to the Fontana Costco for your vision needs: their prices are unbelievable, service is great, selection is excellent, and the products always arrive sooner than expected. But for our family, Dr. Le really seals the deal. She is so warm and caring, interested and invested in her patients, and she has the kind of memory that makes you feel as though she is truly a friend. My children and I all adore her and find her so enjoyable. I would follow her no matter how far I had to drive! read more

Dr. Le is absolutely wonderful! She is efficient, beyond friendly, and a doctor that listens. I would recommend her a thousand times over. Give her a chance and you will not be disappointed. read more

Even though I've already reviewed Dr. Le, I really felt compelled to let people know again what an amazing option she is for your optometry needs. Not only is she an excellent Optometrist, she also gives awesome customer service. She really goes beyond her call of duty and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. My family and I, will be going to her for all of our optometry needs. Btw...I see a lot of people felt the same way about the more mature receptionist. Just so you know, she's a little hard of hearing. I think that is what creates the majority of misunderstandings and perception that she's rude. All in all, Dr Le, is well worth having to deal with a front office that isn't as spectacular as the Dr. read more

I had an appointment for myself and my three kids on Monday 10:00. We were done and out of there by 10:38. Under 10 minutes for each of us. Dr. Le's office is organized and efficient and she is the most personable optometrist we have ever had. Don't mistake her efficiency for less service she is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I recommend you give her a try and you will not be disappointed. OBTW, Costco now takes MES..SWEET! read more

I've had several visits with Dr Le and each time I'm more pleased. Dr Le is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also friendly and personable. I've referred several friends and family who have all received the same great care and I will continue to do so. Thanks Dr Le! read more

Best Optometrist in town! I went there for an exam and she was soooooo helpful. She is patient, knowledgeable, and caring. Even though she's very quick and efficient I never feel as though the services are lacking or my needs have not been attended to. She is just very well versed in her practice so she is able to run her practice and her visits with ease and efficiency. Gladis the receptionist is amazing as well. She's always very accommodating. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great optometrist. read more

Receptionist ,Elizabeth,is a rude short tempered person. She cuts you off when you are trying to speak. She believes that she is a Dr herself and try's to give such advice. She miss manages the Dr's apts. She began to yell at someone on the phone in front of us making us feel uncomfortable. I will never go back to have services done here until she is gone. I have never had such a unpleasant experience with anyone in the medical profession. Such a shame the Dr's there will loose business based on her miserable attitude. read more

Dr.le is great , she is very knowledgeable, and knows how to treat her patients, she is very kind, makes you feel very important. I do come here to see dr. Le, but unfortunately I gave a one star because of the rude front desk lady Elizabeth , she is the receptionist, she is very impatient , I really would like to complain to the management about this lady's attitude. I come here because I love dr. Le but unfortunately I always have to deal with this arrogant secretary , to make an appt. . I really try to just ignore her but last time I came she talks to me in front of other people so loudly. This woman has no manners, dr.le is just so sweet and I just don't know how she puts up with this elizabeth. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Le's for many years now and she has always been very professional and very kind. She is why I am a returning patient for so many years and why I recommended her to friends and family. Unfortunately, this yelp review is being given 1 star because of the receptionist, Elizabeth. She is not a friendly person and her customer service skills are extremely rude. Whether in person or over the phone, she treats you as if you are wasting her time. She interrupts you as you are speaking, and never smiles or makes you feel welcomed. The sad part is that everyone that I have recommended to Dr. Le's office love the doctor but dislike Elizabeth. They all have encountered the same rude service from her. To all you new patients, BEWARE of ELIZABETH!!! Her rude demeanor will test your patience. read more

My experience with Dr. Le was outstanding. I went into Costco at 1:00 on a Saturday to make an appointment for a routine eye exam. I was told the next availability was late the following week, or I could wait to be seen between patients. I opted to wait and was pleasantly surprised that it was less than a half an hour. After each patient, Dr. Le thanked me for being patient and assured me she'd get to me as soon as possible. I had no problem with the short wait, after all I was an unscheduled walk in. It impressed me that Dr. Le not only walked out each of her patients, but had a quick word for those who were waiting. During my exam Dr. Le was very friendly, and my eye exam first rate. I had a very complex LASIK eye surgery some years ago, and she took extra time to explain my current vision issues, and several options to correct them. When I went to Costco to get my eyes checked I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I saw on Yelp that Dr. Le had excellent ratings and reviews, but I was skeptical of a optometrist in Costco. Not only was I wrong, but Dr. Le is one of the finest eye doctors I have ever seen. I was legally blind before my eye surgery, and have had a dozen highly trained eye doctors. Dr. Le ranks among the best. It will be a great pleasure to have her assisting me and my family with our vision needs. read more

Love Dr.Le... Her receptionist Elizabeth is horrible at customer service! Needing URGENT appts and this reception lady doesn't assist with helping me make an appt that I can go to. All she says is "no! U don't want any of the appts", Not considerate at all & she interrupts you in a loud voice while your speaking. I doubt I will be back! read more

We walked in this saturday afternoon to ask if they accept our insurance, the front desk women was very rude and not professional at all, it surprised us since we always have very nice impression to any Cosyco service. read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Le on Dec. 4 and could not have been happier with the visit. I was in Costco when I made the appointment which her receptionist was able to do for the following week. Dr Le's exam was very thorough and she figured out why I wasn't happy with my last prescription, which did not come from her. I found the office visit to be a good experience, from making the appointment, to the exam, to signing out! I would be happy to come back here for my next eye exam. read more
