Terrible service. Condescending and rude for no reason. Walked in very kindly asking if they had any openings for a manicure and they just laughed at me and said no??? With nothing to follow. Really nice people working here. I love that it's a family owned business. But the prices I unfortunately found a bit too high for the quality of the service. I guess I like my nails to look a bit more organic and natural. I asked for a square shape with the edges rounded. I've never had any issues with this description in at least 10 years. The person who helped me seemed very distracted and basically just did squared. I hated the feeling because they were left with sharp edges. I immediately fixed them once I got in my car because I couldn't stand the feeling. There was also polish still left on my fingers and toes, because he didn't clean up the edges. Also the polish itself was gunky, uneven and tacky. The massage on the pedicure was amazing though. I don't like leaving bad reviews, and again the people here were very nice. It just wasn't worth $70 for a water based mani pedi. read more

KS Nails is the best nail place in Bend. Second is Crescent Nails. I mention Crescent because they are the only other good option in the middle- class market (other places I've been to were a bit dirty). KS has a relaxing atmosphere and the gal who gave me a manicure was not in a rush. I felt a little pampered. KS also costs a few dollars more than Crescent. Crescent is a high volume in-and-out the door business - a different model than KS. A few bucks extra is worth it to me. I like a relaxing experience and also to feel as if quality and detail important. KS is now my go to place for manicures and pedicures. Try it, you'll like it. read more

Ive been coming here for over 6 months and I'm always happy with Henry's work. I get the dip powder on my hands and shellac/gel on my feet. The dip powder is great because it lasts a month every time. I've read the bad reviews admit this place and just dont understand if it because everyone is always friendly and I always love my nails. read more

Soon I've been going there for a while and normal it is really great and I enjoy myself. But today I took my kids in for an end of school pedicure and got one myself and not only what did it feel very unfriendly but they did kind of a lousy job. My heels have dry skin peeling off of them the nail Polish doesn't go all the way to the base of my nail. read more

I visited this spa for a pedicure today and was very impressed. They are taking COVID very seriously and have great precautions in place. I chose a color and was immediately seated in a comfortable massage chair. The foot spa was lovely and warm, the massage was wonderful. I felt completely relaxed and felt that the Deluxe ($40) was 100% worth the money. My toes look great and I feel amazing. read more

Great experience at KS! Visited from out of town and scheduled here based on being one of the better reviewed salons in Bend. Location is downtown and parking was a bit challenging on a busy summer week, but that's not their fault. Nail technician really paid attention to detail on my Dip manicure. She and other technicians wanted to make sure I got the exact color I wanted. Nails look fantastic and I have gotten several compliments on them. read more

There are new owners and the reason it is important to start the review with this is because the old owners did not do a good job with customer service and a lot of locals would not go there because of it and tourists would not go back either. So when I heard there were new owners and the quality was back-I stopped in and was thrilled to experience it for myself. Nice people, clean salon and lots of options for nail services. So far my favorite nail salon in Bend! I've been disappointed at all the other nail salons I have tried in Bend but now I am very happy! I had an appointment for 10 and got started at 10. I feel like this is the first time I've made an appointment somewhere and actually started at the scheduled time. Henry did my nails and had awesome customer service skills, plus did a great job on my nails! He made sure they were perfect and exactly what I wanted. I got a full set of acrylics with a french tip. I told him I play sports so I need them short so I dont break them and he put them at the perfect length. He didn't rush the progress just to get another customer in which is what I feel most nail salons are lacking these days and why my nails never turn out straight or well done. I was super satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back to get my fills and try out their pedicures. read more

This place was very expensive in my opinion coming from California pricing. I get the same thing for $30 vs $50. However we splurged due to vacation and it being available. Now even though the price was steep IT WAS GREAT SERVICE! Very nice and friendly and they took the time to make sure the services were what we wanted. I go to KS Nails because of Wilson, who gives a great manicure. It's a family affair, with his brother and their wives working in the business. If you're lucky, you'll get a peek at their adorable children, too! Great manicure, they take their time, not too chatty. These are things I prize and why I go to KS Nails. I never write reviews but I came here to get my nails done for the first time all year and was looking forward to it as it was a special occasion for my sister. My nail tech seemed kind enough and the process was running smoothly until she painted over my skin and instead of just removing the polish, she thought to remove my skin .. not sure where the logic came from this and of course I started bleeding and her response? "Oh you're bleeding" umm obviously but no apology and then held an alcohol soaked cotton ball on it to stop the bleeding. Now I have an ugly infection from this .. we came in as a group and none of us will be back. Be careful! read more

Worst dip mani that I have ever had. It started peeling within 2 days, and now looks ridiculous after a week and a half. My husband had a pedi and it was done within about 10 min, and he said that the massage on his legs and feet was lame. Great experience! I made an appointment for a shellac mani and deluxe manicure (come with a glass of wine!). Lots of color choices for both regular and gel polish. This place did a great job. My nails and feet look great. I felt like the staff really took their time, giving a great massage and providing final touches that I have not experienced elsewhere. I am very excited about the location being in downtown, close to work and easy to pop in on my lunch. The salon itself seemed like new inside, including the massage chairs; which gave a way better massage than the average chair. I will be back! read more

Let me tell you that this is the best place my sister and I have ever gotten our nails done at. We have tried countless places literally all over the country and we wish we could stay in Bend longer just to have Will do our nails!!! He listened to how my sister wanted her shape (she was very particular) and did it perfectly. For me I have hated getting my nails done because I always leave with painful fingers, but literally a dream the whole time he was doing my nails. Scheduling wise they were able to fit us in super easily and work with our time limitations so thank god for that. If you are thinking about getting your nails done here, I guarantee it will be the best experience. Especially now with everything going on in this pandemic, the place was extremely sanitary and not once was did I feel uncomfortable, which I cannot say about other places I have been too sadly.
