We walked in yesterday with zero intention of buying anything -- we were just planning to look at a car and leave. To my surprise, we ended up buying a car... and I still can't believe it myself. The reason is Michael, our salesperson. He completely changed my perspective of this dealership. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely easy to talk to. He gave us honest comparisons, explained the deals clearly, and never once made us feel pressured -- which is very different from what we experienced here in the past. Michael made sure our budget and needs were respected, and he helped us find exactly what worked for us. His professionalism and sincerity made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Then you can go home and vacuum the carpets and put on an coat of wax while your neighbor with a shiny Subie bought elsewhere is bringing their's into the shop. GM Shah (S-H-A-H) and Ram (R-A-M), the Service Manager, were both exceptional -- professional, courteous, and clearly focused on helping customers rather than upselling or pressuring them. People can either wait at the dealership or take a ride home for free. The waiting area usually has complementary snacks and coffee as well as WiFi. Very good if you work remotely. Personally, I wait at the dealership if I have time.
