I really like this Kroger. It's older but it's the same Kroger I went to growing up so it's nice that some things don't change. They always have decent sales and the flower selection (and price) is awesome for a store this size. They don't have as large of a selection as some of the bigger stores, but I much prefer this to having to walk a football field when you forgot something on the other side of the store. The employees are cordial and will assist if asked. They have done some improvements over the years and while the store is clean, you can tell that it's been there forever. All in all, I think this is a great local grocery store. read more

Pharmacy review: I highly dislike going inside of grocery stores and would prefer a pharmacy with a drive up window. However, I needed a prescription filled with short notice. I called and the pharmacy obliged. I received a text message about 15 minutes after the call letting me know it was ready. When I arrived, there was a short line but nothing out of the norm. The staff handled everyone expeditiously and with professionalism. read more

I ordered a yellow cake for my father's birthday a month early so we could celebrate on Memorial Day weekend. I ordered the cake with a light whip creamed icing and a simple happy birthday message. The cake was moist and the icing was a huge hit with everyone. Thank you Kroger bakery for making the celebration even more special! read more

I don't mind this location. I come here mainly when I need gas but I do venture inside if I need something quick. It's in a busy location so I try to avoid peak hours but they have everything inside that the bigger locations have except clothes, which I wouldn't get from Kroger anyway. I always use the self-checkout line, and the attendant is always helpful, when needed. If you're in the area, I recommend. read more

This Kroger has really gone down hill since they built the new Kroger on highway 96... It's fine for a few quick things, but if you are really wanting to go shopping, it's better to go to the Kroger on 96. read more

The store is small, crowded, and the parking lot is a mess, but the people are nice, it's basically clean, they have what I buy, the pharmacy staff are extremely helpful, love their flowers/plants, and I never get lost! read more

I enjoy shopping here. Good selection of products and brands, and there are always a few unexpected items on sale. If you use the Kroger app, their coupon deals are awesome! Occasionally I'll encounter a problem with the self-checkout scanners, and there's always a store associate right there to assist. read more

This store is always booming with people which is great for business, but with the small aisles it gets a little crowded and hard to get around. My son eats mostly organic and this store does not carry too many organic fruits and veggies the other two Krogers in town. read more

Little cave of wonders. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but this Kroger is pretty awesome. They still have traditional bag boys here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I got a custom floral arrangement made today in no-time. Great deals and competitive prices. The building needs a face-lift and the parking lot could be replaced. Aside from that, great place to shop. read more

The worst customer service! Go to Watson or 96. Managers do not care how employees act or if they lose customers! I had an experience here where the employees were so busy talking to each other that my groceries were falling off the belt !!!! I spoke to manager and they didn't seem to care. They better be glad Publix moved or they would not be in business still! read more

Apart from the Wal-Marts in town, this is the biggest grocery store in the Warner Robins area. They've got a gas station out front and a coffee shop inside. The produce is lacking quite often (a lot of their greens have already started to spoil and rot), but they have a dedicated meat "butcher" like they did at their old location before they moved to this new location in the last year or so. There's a health food type section devoted to those that want to spend more money for a product that's been certified hippified (organic). The self checkout they've got is convenient unless you have a problem with an item of yours and it'll take you quite a while to get the attention of one of the workers. They have an adequate beer selection and recently started doing a make your own six pack, but the choices are rather limited. read more

We frequent this location often. There's just a general lack of care & customer service. For example tonight when checking out the debit/credit card machine wouldn't accept neither debit or credit. The cashier called for help only to say her supervisor said that they wasn't anything they could do! When in fact there is & was something they could've done. Long story short I would not recommend this particular Kroger unless it was out of convenience. read more

This location is terrible...the cashier's are nice but the baggers are rude..Also if you want to feel uncomfortable this is the place to be because you have homeless people haggling you and when you notify the staff they are like "oh well". I had a homeless guy come to me in the parking lot asking me for money and I told him I had no money and he followed me throughout the store really closely and I let the cashier know that I was uncomfortable and I got told "sorry" and that was it. And finally today I went and as I was loading my children in the car this homeless lady grabbed a few of my items out of my buggy that I paid for and ran away with it. I called the store to speak to the manager to notify them of the situation but I got put on hold for a whole hour before the phone hung up on me. My suggestion is that they need better baggers to help women to their cars so we can feel safe or get rid of the things that make people uncomfortable. I will definitely take the time to drive to a different location than go back to this one. read more

Amongst the other Publix in the area this one is the largest and most modern offering self-checkout unlike the others. The produce here is always fresher and they don't burn their Dutch apple pies. The store is always clean and organized and if you need help a friendly associate is always there to assist. Usually, I don't get to the supermarket until late after the seafood department is closed. Sometimes I can find snow crab legs steamed from earlier that day in the refrigerated seafood section. This supermarket chain has always advertised every fish in our fresh seafood case is never frozen. I have personally seen frozen fish in their seafood case and living in Georgia I hope they do freeze whatever they don't sell to keep it fresh. When I come to a Publix, I always take advantage of the Buy one get one free deals, this location is never out of anything. I have never purchased anything from the deli but every time I shop here that area is always busy. This is definitely the best grocery store in the Warner Robins area. Not only do they have a great customer service, but I also feel safe shopping here.

I am pretty sure their shift just ended because they all seemed to be closing for the night and multiple employees walked out of the building. The lady parked her car at Waffle House and they walked over to help. Their interaction with the customer was a breath of fresh air. One of the employees gave her a ride. It was such a kind and caring interaction and the world needs more people like them! We will definitely be trying them out in the future based on this kind interaction outside of their workplace.

While I understand businesses may ask questions about service animals, the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. Krysta loudly questioned me in front of other customers and began reading questions from a paper about what tasks my dog performs. When I tried to explain that I have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), she was dismissive and laughed, which was humiliating and embarrassing. Not all disabilities are visible. I felt singled out, judged, and treated with a lack of respect simply because I do not "look disabled." My dog was clearly identified as a service animal, and I even offered proof when questioned. What upset me most was not being asked a question, but the rude and public manner in which I was treated. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed because of a disability. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not plan on returning.

Today I looked at several regular grocery stores for Kim chee but this was the only place I could find it. Granted this was the first true Asian market I tried. The store only has 3 or 4 aisles and there is a large open section on the left hand side that has a couch, love seat, and TV. If you can't tell by the description, this is a family operation. Don't be put off by that, though. The lady operating the register was extremely nice and some of the other ladies in the store also tried to help me find certain items do they kind of made me feel like I was part of the family. The price is reasonable. This is a great place to find unique Asian ingredients for your meals.

After turning off the highway, drive slow because this quaint little country store is tucked away just a block down the road on a corner lot. Inside, the store is small but packed with goodies. They had a produce section with fresh cucumbers, onions, sweet potatoes, and the first peaches of the season. Of course, I grabbed a little bit of everything. They also sell salsas, pecans, candies, homemade cobblers, ice cream, and plenty of other tempting Southern treats. The gentleman working there, who I assume was one of the owners, was incredibly friendly and proudly told us the peaches were the first of the season, juicy now but even better as the season goes on. Naturally, we bought some, and wow... they were some of the sweetest, juiciest peaches I've ever had. Grocery store peaches could never. I also picked up a jar of tequila salsa because I had never seen that before, and it ended up being fantastic, spicy with a really balanced flavor. Definitely something I'd buy again. Before leaving, we had to try the peach cobbler. Now, cobbler is usually my husband's thing, not mine, but this may have converted me. It tasted homemade, loaded with fresh peaches, and wasn't overwhelmingly sweet like many cobblers tend to be. They also offer blackberry cobbler or a half and half mix if you can't decide. Overall, we were really impressed with this little country store and will absolutely be back. If you're passing through Byron on I-75, I definitely recommend pulling over and giving Barbour Farms a try. Just don't blink or you'll miss it!

This is the WORST KROGER I have been in my entire stay in Warner Robins, Georgia. Customer Service Department is where you deal with Customer Returns, Western Union Agent area, and Purchasing Money Orders or Lotto Tickets. That being said, I am assuring my self that that "AREA" would be a very pleasant sight for Customers. But....it is not!!! When you go to that Customer Service area, trying to send money via Western Union...you see all the TRASH and JUNK on their counter!!!! You see milk cartons in the bag (probably a returned item), cleaning stuff in spray bottles lined at the background, TRASH just beside where you get to SWIPE your card, and yes...FEATHER DUSTER on top of the counter, Office binders (probably the stores Manual-I see a CROSSMARK tab on the binder), etc..... Is this a CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER or a TRASH AREA???? Seriously Kroger, whoever the MANAGER of Kroger, Russell Pkwy is, you should not be a Manager. If you do not see all of these stuff on top of the counter that is so high....I cannot even see the Kroger Lady in charge of the Western Union because the counter is so HIGH and she is sitting down in her low chair! Seriously Kroger....the GRAY TRASH CAN BESIDE the SWIPE MACHINE? DON'T YOU EVER SEE THAT? Do you think that is the right place for that TRASH where people are beside it while they swipe their cards? Your Customer Service employees DO NOT EVEN KNOW how to say "Hi, May I help you" or "Hello, How are you". OMG, OMG!!! I cannot believe Krogers management do not ever see this or consider this as a bad thing! OMG! I cannot believe what I see in that Krogers, Russell Pkwy Customer Service area. I am there almost TWICE or THRICE in a month, and it just keeps getting worse, and very disorderly! PLEASEEEEEEEEEE, KROGER MANAGEMENT, take time to visit that Customer Service area and see for yourself if you have not ever seen it! Will there ever be a time that when I keep coming back, that counter will be clean and in order? Will I ever see that GRAY TRASH CAN again beside the area where I swipe my card? It would also be nice to train your employees to be courteous and respectful to their customers. No wonder your BOARD says 67% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! The other Grocery store which is PUBLIX has the best customer service. Even their people at the cash register are very cheerful and warm. I do not wish to make comparisons, BUT it is A HUGE DIFFERENCE going inside Publix versus KROGER, Russel PKWY. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY SHAMEFUL FOR WARNER ROBINS RESIDENTS! I would give this store a minus rating if i could. I can't believe the manager there insulted a lady with kidney disease for using food stamp. If thats the way the customer service is why would i go there. America is a nation that respects everybody from various walks of life.
