We went back tonight because we had some good coupons in the app. But the problem is they now have a ton of fruit fly problem which I didn't see last time and they also don't clean the selves very good under the racks I notice a lot of rust. Not complaining about that so much for flies though. I'm done getting any produce here and as I write this there is a ad on the intercom saying if it's not fresh then you can return it "no questions asked". Expired carrot and spinach packages, no plastic bags in bagel/doughnut bakery area, and Shawn, the new manager isn't interested in feedback. Today, once again, I had to hunt down staff to get in-date carrot packages. He went to the back with in-date packages that were pure mush - clearly not store in refrigeration. Mid August I spoke on the phone with Shawn to share my concerns. He Hardly murmured a response. Currently trying to contact the regional office - we want this store to succeed but it won't if it doesn't get a major overhaul. read more

Dont come here if you need to use the customer service desk. They always conveniently close FOR THE ENTIRE DAY No explanation or alternative except to take your business elsewhere. No employee will even offer to help you while you stand there waiting anyway. Not good service and i really really look forward to a new grocer in the area to open. Just got back from a 7:30AM trip to this Kroger that started out as a loser, but was redeemed by their employee named Ben. They don't carry Community Decaf K-cup Coffee (I was down to my LAST one at home) , their "baked fresh daily" Sourdough bread felt like it was baked last week, and they had none of their Kroger brand Whipping Cream (which I prefer in my coffee) on the cooler shelf. And, there was no employee in sight near the dairy section. Dang, it's going to be a totally wasted trip! But, as I'm walking down an isle to leave, the only employee in the store willing to make eye contact was restocking shelves and, as I pass, he smiles and says, "Good morning Sir. Welcome to Kroger.... Did you find what you needed?" I said "Thanks for asking, but No. They're totally out of what I need in the dairy cooler, and I lcouldn't find anyone to help." He explained that those employees don't come in for more than an hour. He said, "I don't work in that department, but maybe I can find what you want." He hustled to the back, and in about 2 minutes, came out, not only with a bottle of the whipping cream for me, but two more bottles that he put on the cooler shelf. Total smile on his face the whole time! Kroger needs to clone Ben! Great attitude, totally willing to go out of his way to help, and he gave me a complete restart on the morning! This is at least the third time my husband and I have gone to this Kroger Pharmacy to get his medications that he clearly NEEDS. Each time, they don't have their lunch times listed on their pharmacy hours in store or online, and take it whenever the heck they want. The other day we went around 11a-12p, or so, and they were closed for lunch. Today he went and they said they were closed for lunch at 1p, and the pharmacists were all just standing around shooting the bull instead of providing services to a customer in need of their prescriptions. I just remembered why I hardly shop here anymore. They are constantly running a charitable drive. I was there the day before Thanksgiving. The manager (or whoever) got on the loudspeaker several times to announce their latest push for monetary donations. He sounded like a carnival barker. Each time a cashier would get a donation, he/she announced it over speaker then said "WOOHOO". I felt like I was at a Jerry Lewis telethon drive. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. It's probably the most annoying shopping experience I've had in a long time. Whoever came up with this idea needs to be tarred and feathered. read more

Doesn't open at 6:00 am. Waited until 6:21am and lights still off and doors still locked. Also, DO NOT attempt to renew your vehicle registration here. After an hour in line waiting, they took my payment and then "pushed the wrong button". I was told they had to refund me and I had to go to Tax Office. . I went to tax office three days later and waited in line for them to tell me Kroger didn't void transaction so I have to wait 3-5 days to renew. read more

Usually I RAVE about grocery pick up. I do love that I can place my order on the Kroger app and later come pick it up with no contact. This time though, I was appalled by how my groceries were placed in my backseat. The picture will explain itself. Usually I'm greeted by the employee as they discuss my order or any changes, this time the woman spoke very little to me and rushed to put my groceries in my car. I find it SO odd she didn't put half my groceries in any bags. It made it very difficult for me to carry up to my home later. I am going to stop patronizing this Kroger. It is my usual grocery store but always has issues! Today there were no carts available at the front. They were all uncollected in the parking lot. This happens 50% of the time I go there on the weekends. Their staff is terrible though. They do not understand the concept of how your cold liner bags work and never separate the cold and dry items when bagging. Today the lady was extra spazzy and said her manager has not given her a break yet on her 8 hour shift. This better not be true but it seemed likely. 2 stars due to these issues. I do like Krogers corporate concept and pricing so it is sad that this one is poorly run. read more

Very disappointed... I visited this Kroger few weeks ago for the first time- I had the worst experience at the deli- the lady was super rude and disrespectful- when I ask her to cut my turkey thing she basically shopped terribly and didn't handle it to me she throw it in the counter and turn her back on me.... I was mad than.... When I was ready for the register lady- she was having a bad day and treated me with a really nasty attitude....... I am so impressed with this store! Not only is it pleasant to shop here (good layout, great selection, easy to find things, self checkout options), but the customer service has greatly improved. I wrote a bad review a couple of years ago mainly because I was consistently disappointed with the lines at the checkout. But after the recent renovation, there are more self checkout options (with an attentive, helpful employee available!) and the regular checkout lines move so much faster. The employees go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of and that the store is meeting their needs. I'm a busy working mom and it is such a relief to know that I can rely on this Kroger to give me a good shopping experience. Good prices + easy shopping + fast checkout = happy mom read more

Came to Kroger and got want I wanted and then some. The overnight associate at the self checkout TINA I believe her name was is extremely rude and needs to have customer service training. I was purchasing a case of Trulys and was struggling to get my ID out of my see through wallet. I asked her if she needed to scan it because obviously you can see all the information on the front of my ID. She says nastily "I just need jt" and I said "alright, im just asking because I can't get it out" and I also told her that she didn't need to get an attitude to which she promptly replied in the same tone "I don't have an attitude" I explained to her that she was acting as if she did and it was unnecessary as you can see I was struggling. I work in customer service and would have never spoken to my customer that way. I've had a rough week already, I didn't come to Kroger for the attitude. I hope that I never have to deal with her again, I wouldn't want her to be representing my business in any form or fashion. Maybe I'll just visit another Kroger instead actually, I'm sure you won't miss my dollars anyway. read more

I just checked out and the only attendant was watching a video on his phone and not paying attention to the register calling him to fix something. This is my neighborhood grocery store and I love Kroger! Always feel like I'm at home when I come here. They remodeled everything about a year ago and it sort of has that Whole Foods feel now. Added the gas station along with the remodel Great selection, awesome people here, and I always get in and out quickly. Their beer and wine options are excellent too. Just make sure to bring your Kroger card or have the phone number handy to get excellent prices! read more

This is my favorite kroger nearby. This store is big. Also, they've recently remodeled this kroger and really love the way it looks. It's been reorganized and redone. The floors are all shiny and clean and the produce section has been revamped. We always come here for protein in which sprouts doesn't usually have. I placed an order online for pickup as I am pregnant and didnt want to go in due to the coronavirus outbreak. I understood the 3 day wait time, 3 hours late for the scheduled time and then ad additional 45 min wait pickup time at the store...but whats unforgivable is that my order went from $180 down to $75. They claimed that because I did not allow substitutions my order was not fulfilled. Well guess what, after I got home...I went back to the store to fulfill each item myself in full! I get that you guys are busy but its completely unacceptable to cut corners and not fulfill these orders properly at a time like this!!! It defeats the purpose of providing this service and going online to begin with! I am a very loyal shopper but I dont know what to think after this and then being so understanding that my pickup time was pushed back 3 extra hours. It makes the employees look lazy when clearly I know they are not. I should not have had to go back to the store an hour later to do the job and service I paid for. Not okay Kroger. read more
