Hands down the best fried chicken ever! I can't believe it took me this long to find out about this place (heard about it through a good friend). They fry on the spot so each order is made fresh. The chicken definitely lives by its name. It's crispy, crunchy, juicy, and flavorful. The biscuits are to die for. I don't mind waiting an extra 10-15 min for the blueberry biscuits. It's located inside Circle K and the owners extremely nice. There's plenty of other snacks and drinks you can get inside while you wait for them to fry up your chicken.

Decent new fried chicken place inside a stand-alone Circle K store. The chicken was fresh / made to order. Chicken was juicy and exterior fry/crust was good

Parking is bit limited, but I was able to find parking a Saturday afternoon, since the other businesses did not have too much going on. Once you enter this space you will see a massive wall of tins to your right, and to your left there will a be a fridge with beer and other drinks. Also to your left a beautiful bar, that it's soft color palette will make you smile. We were greeted and helped by the owner. She used to work on HR and now she is following her passion. She is so friendly, and such a great host, that it almost felt like I was visiting a long term friend's business. Now the menu it's extensive with tins from Portugal, Spain, and many other places. Highly recommend that you consider making it a boards because the bread is so yummy. She made recommendations on wine pairings, but of course you pick. It was such a cool experience to pick tins, and chill by the bar. Super cool concept. If you are a fish lover this place is a must visit.

We ended up ordering an Boulevardier and the Agave Sting, and both were absolutely delicious. Vincent crafted each drink perfectly. The boulevardier he suggested since we wanted to try a new whiskey cocktail was phenomenal! Always a good time with fantastic food and excellent service. For some reason they left the tip off the bill. I added one and signed the bill but my receipt email didn't include it. I have no idea why. Dinner for 4 with no alcohol or desserts $230 plus tip. I don't think we'll be back.

My wife and I consistently come to Cap't Loui for our beloved Friday date nights at least once a month. We are ALWAYS so impressed with the yummy food (we always get 2lbs shrimp/2lbs crawfish combo in Medium Cap't Loui sauce with garlic noodles, garlic bread, and Cajun fries). Wifey and I are stuffed after this but will cleanse our palate with complimentary popsicles in the freezer by the entrance. So yes, the seafood boil and food is absolutely phenomenal. But even MORE impressive is the generationally excellent customer service, in particular from Aung and Edward. They are true servant leaders and I noticed they take care of each and every patron as if they were family members or royalty. Between the delicious food and the brilliant customer service, you better bet your bottom dollar that my wife and I will continue having our traditional Friday night dates at Cap't Loui!!!!

I usually go to Cajun Bistro for seafood boil, but I find the quality of the seafood there to be inconsistent, which made me want to try a new place. I got the 4lb combo with crawfish (frozen, fresh is $5 extra), shrimp, and clams, including corn, sausages, and potatoes. We also got garlic noodles and a calamari basket with cajun fries. For seafood boil sauce, we opted for the cajun instead of lemon pepper. I wasn't sure if I would finish everything, but it was INHALED. I really like the seafood quality here, but sauce-wise, I prefer Cajun Bistro for the garlic butter sauce. Cap't Loui does not offer that sauce, but it was still delicious overall. Service is timely and our food came fast, so thats a big plus. Only complaint I have here is that I wish there was more sauce in the bowl. The bowl had too much food, so I couldn't dip or soak my seafood in the flavor.

We started with the hamachi shots they were packed with flavor fish tasted extremely fresh. We also had their lobster escargot, that came with a garlic butter sauce, which was to die for by far my favorite dish of the evening. I had the T-bone halibut with a side of mashed potatoes while my father had the Wagyu flat iron. Fish was cook wonderfully they did not skimp on portions as well. We ended the night with coffees. I had the honey latte. My dad had their espresso he also had their honey butter toast for dessert. They also bring over complementary cotton candy. The flavor with sour apple. All were very good. Only note was my father thought the toast felt more like a cake didn't have the crunch he was hoping for but flavor wise was spot on. I enjoyed a glass of the Chablis they had a very extensive wine list and cocktail menu also having zero proof cocktails, one of which my father had which was a take on a whiskey sour so great and had a perfect foam on top. Overall was amazing. Experience service was top-notch. Whenever a dish was brought out they explained it where it came from how it was cooked, which I personally loved.
