Seeing how clean it was and how friendly they were knowing it was all cooked fresh made it great. The ketchup and napkins were out. The drink machine had a lot of overflow of ice. The front counter person was nice. No complaints. It didn't take long to get my food but there were 2-3 tables full and 1car in the drive thru. Seems like there is enough staff but i believe a couple were at lunch. Fast food is tough! People like to throw out complaints about employees but they are doing the best they can. No complaints on the staff. Now to the food. Very very salty. The chicken was tender but way too salty to eat. The fries were cold. Definitely not fresh fried. Cold and a bit soggy. Again, the few that I ate were very salty. I always loved Zaxbys. It has always been consistent. I don't remember the food being this salty. Maybe forgo the chicken and try a salad! Cheers!

This particular Chipotle is not far off of Interstate 10 and overall, was a good experience…read more Chipotle is my go-to when it comes to fast-food. It is tasty, priced decent, and is relatively healthy (especially when compared to those fast-food burger chains). I usually order a burrito bowl and swap the proteins up. This time, I went with the chicken. The service at this location was friendly enough and the ambiance was what you would expect from a Chipotle If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend here.

No utensils, napkins available at the station. Soft drinks out of syrup. When staff was informed they just said "we are out". No offer of refund. or offer of bottled drink. Food is always cold. I think it's because they have it freezing in there. It's just so bad. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt at first but 4 terrible experiences in a row. At least i've completely used my gift card and don't have to go to this place again. All my experiences at chipotles at other location la have been good. This place is horrible.

Service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience pleasant. The food did take a little longer than a fast-food spot, but that's because it's made fresh, and you can taste the difference. Prices are on the higher side, about $10 for just a cheeseburger and $4 for a small French fry... but the small is basically a medium because they load extra fries in the bottom of the bag. Overall, a great place for a good meal in a clean, comfortable setting. Definitely worth coming back!

He shrugged it off like whatever, so did the manager, telling me, "It's not that bad." No more Moe's for me with that attitude. I can not believe they got an A from the inspector. I'm done with Moe's. Just the thought makes me gag. That also tells me the people working there with that nonchalant attitude must be use to roaches where they live. It's set up like a southern tea house. I tried the Mama Maui scoop, pimento cheese on toast(only one side of the bread?) , and the grape salad. I think it's the texture that throws me off. The chicken is so dense with no texture, I could not taste the pineapple or the jalapeños in my salad and the bacon seemed like bacon bits. Everything was over processed. The grape salad seemed fresh and was tasty. I love chicken salad , but I'm not sure I'd try them again.
