I live approx 1 hour away and don't visit this often. The exterior grounds were nice and clean. Walked inside and everything was clean. Dasia R (employee) assisted me in the correct order and flavor, as I'm not use to the menu. Dasia was extremely polite and was also training 2 new employees at the same time. Once I sat down with my order I saw Dasia walk on the mail floor with a clipboard and was explaining to the new employee on how to keep the tables cleaned. So much construction going on around it. Hard to find the entrance. Once you get in the parking lot there is adequate parking. The dining area seems clean enough. The ketchup and napkins were out. The drink machine had a lot of overflow of ice. The front counter person was nice. No complaints. It didn't take long to get my food but there were 2-3 tables full and 1car in the drive thru. Seems like there is enough staff but i believe a couple were at lunch. Fast food is tough! People like to throw out complaints about employees but they are doing the best they can. No complaints on the staff. Now to the food. Very very salty. The chicken was tender but way too salty to eat. The fries were cold. Definitely not fresh fried. Cold and a bit soggy. Again, the few that I ate were very salty. I always loved Zaxbys. It has always been consistent. I don't remember the food being this salty. Maybe forgo the chicken and try a salad! Customer service outstanding!!! The front desk staff took my order quickly and when I said well done wings she told me exactly how long it would take. As I waited she kept providing updates on the food. Yes it's a chain restaurant, but they take care of the customers. I ordered the hot honey mustard not a lot of hot but the flavor was good. read more

Food was delicious. If you aren't looking for friendly customer service, this is a great place. The cashier needs more training. The first time we went, she couldn't figure out my change. She shorted me but it wasn't enough to argue over. The 2nd time, I ordered boneless wings. We got traditional. Ok. I'll deal with it. My granddaughter didn't like them but didn't want me to take them back. I went to get a to go box. The cashier ignored me. I guess she realized that I wasn't going away, so she finally asked if she could help me. She was not nice at all. At 4:45 I went to the speaker menu board and ordered 4 fingers plate combo and a chicken sandwich deluxe combo. I was car no. 3 and no other cars behind me. The 1st car ordering was talking with the worker asking about everything. The car in front of me was getting annoyed as was I. Finally after 10 to 15 mins the car pulled up to window and the car in front of me ordered quickly and then I ordered quickly. While waiting for my food to be delivered a woman came to my window and greeted me as warm and sweet as she could be that I forgot that I was annoyed. She was a black lady heavy set with a limp. This is not the way you serve the food to paying customers. We place an order for 4 piece chicken meal and took 20 minutes to get it. When the wife checked the order the coleslaw was all over the fries, bread and chicken on both order's. The coleslaw should have been in a small container. Great food! Great service! The breading on the chicken fingers is wonderful. I always get the Buffalo garlic dip. It is addictive. The lobby is always extremely clean.
