This particular Chipotle is not far off of Interstate 10 and overall, was a good experience. Chipotle is my go-to when it comes to fast-food. It is tasty, priced decent, and is relatively healthy (especially when compared to those fast-food burger chains). I usually order a burrito bowl and swap the proteins up. This time, I went with the chicken. This location has been open for over 30 days now and after a couple of visits the employees are still not functioning as an efficient team. There are long waits for food, usually out of chips, out of ice at the fountain drink machine, trash is overflowing and the floors/tables have been cluttered with leftover food. Service is subpar and needs improvement... Hopefully they can get their act together since there many other locations to dine in close proximity. My fingers are crossed since I live close. read more

If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would without hesitation. I just left there and another bad experience. After standing in line for 15 minutes, they were out of ALL rice on the "dine-in" area. The empty "to-go" food prep was FULL of rice. I asked if I could have a small scoop of the "to-go" rice and of course was told NO. I asked how long it would be until rice would be made. They said 5 minutes so I went to the back of the line. Then they brought out fresh rice and I had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes. So I'm an optimistic, give people the benefit of the doubt kind of person especially in the food industry. Not to exaggerate but I have came to this chipotle at minimum 12 times in the past few months and have actually gotten food once. Here's why...anytime I have came there after 2PM they NEVER have veggies and there's a great chance a rice or meat is missing as well and they don't have plans of making more of it even though they are open for another 6+ hours which baffled me each time I went. The only time they were fully stocked with all the options was when I came at noon one day. Now the actual workers are nice, friendly and pleasant but, the fact that I can't ever get my bowl that I want because food is gone before a normal work day finishes is the wildest thing I have witnessed. Well on my road trip through the kind state of Mississippi, this Chipotle was probably the worst place I had been to on my trip. I was quite hungry and usually love Chipotle. We walked in there and they had a sign saying no guacamole or lettuce, which is the best part of Chipotle, but I thought I would give it a try. I get up to order what I would like, the associate was EXTREMELY unkind, they ran out of steak and seemed uninterested to supply what was out of stock. Needless to say, we got our steak, half a spoonful of that and the beans. Then we find out there is no pico. $26 for what, this is crazy! Not ONE smile was given to anyone and no customer service PERIOD. The tables were dirty. We wanted some napkins, guess what?! There were none. We went outside to enjoy the nice weather, and we walked out and other customers were complaining about how bad this location was, saying there was no water. Pretty disappointed. We went there 6/29/23. We waited in line for almost 40 minutes. The portions were smaller than I have ever seen, even after I asked for extras. They had only 2 people working the front and they needed 3-4 during the busy lunch hour. Staff was not communicating with each other and there was a lot of dysfunction when it comes to service. Normally I would never wait 40 frikkin minutes for food, but by the time we realized just how long it was going to be, we were half way through line and so we were kinda commited. All the other reviews are on point. Staff is disgruntled. They were out of cheese, lettuce, and carne asada. Staff says the owner is cutting back on hours so there is no prep team to make the food. Also, there is no one to clean the restaurant. I saw six people leave because there was no food. Really sad. Whoever runs the place failed business school. I think the Chipotlane feature is the most ridiculous thing about this restaurant. The second is "Pepper", the chatbot that needs to be fine tuned. About Chipotlane - I ordered online and got in line one minute before my pickup time, with one vehicle in front of me. About 14 min later, I'm still waiting in line and there's no way to find if my order is ready without talking to "Pepper" who seems to have been programmed by fifth graders and manned by 16 year olds. I don't mind leaving the chipotlane to go inside but if that's what people have to do to pick up their food in a timely manner, what is the point of having the pickup window? And why not tell people to drive around if their order isn't ready? If the next person in line has tipped and arrived on time and the person at the window is being a douchebag by refusing to leave, why not just walk the order that is ready out to them? Chipotle, your food is not that good to keep customers when these backwards processes in place make people upset just trying to get their food. Not going to bother going here anymore. read more

She had her stomach pressed up against the grill and the bag of meat pressed up against her stomach. The grill and wall was black. I went to the register where I told a girl and boy that I had an order. They tell me they have no cheese, I can deal with that part, but once I got the food home, I was so disappointed. This was my first time. My tacos were standing in grease! The bottom of the shells were so soggy. The chips were so salty and so hard to chew, they literally were the toughest chips I've ever had. I sent my boyfriend to buy tortilla chips at dollar general, which was pointless because the guacamole had no taste at all. My quesadilla was so salty i trashed it, it was hard around the edges. me personally am not the biggest fan of mexican food and i don't like writing bad reviews. my boyfriend loves chipotles food, but EVERY time we go there to eat he leaves very upset. 1 of 2 issues is that they skimp him on food always. i understand that there are portion sizes for every restaurant, i've worked fast food. but for him to pay double for double food and barely get 2 full scoops?? he is a grown man who is PAYING to eat. it's ridiculous that people in here would rather not feed somebody than to drop another batch of meat. the other issue is, how are you completely out of beans when you're open for another 2 hours?? they're almost always completely out of things not even close to closing which i don't understand. THAT is poor food preparation period. i've personally ordered his food twice and it came out great both times. everytime he's orded he gets terrible service. is this some kind of bias? like please make it make sense. the employees are nice and there are some friendly faces, but to be paying extra for double food and still just barely getting 1 serving is unreal. read more

I am rating this a 1 because I stopped in to get a couple of steak bowls for my roommate and I. I looked at the meat and there was only a small amount of steak and it was so dry you could barely recognize it as steak. I asked the girl when abe would bring out fresh meats and she said we won't when this is gone then we'll bring more. I told her to look at it and see how dry it was and she shrugged her shoulders and said will be OK when you get the cheese and stuff on it I told her no thank you cheese and bad dried out steak does not make it better. I asked who the manager was and she smiled and said "me"I will not go back to that chipotle. The only thing I regret is that I didn't take pictures of that meat, because not only did the steak look like that the chicken probably had five strips in it and they were totally dry. Got a burrito bowl. The white rice was crunchy. Undercooked. And there wasn't much flavor to the chicken. The only thing that saved it was the salsa. I ordered a kids meal for my child and her quesadilla wasn't melted enough. There were shreds of cheese falling out of it. Hopefully in a few more months this place will get better. read more

I love chipotle and I have been going for over a decade religiously. However I don't know how it is at all possible that this chipotle is so consistently bad. I've gone around 10 times so far and only two times I've had good or decent experiences. I keep going back due to my great experiences at other locations. Every time I go back I say to myself "It can't be bad again right?" But every time I'm left disappointed and left questioning why I would ever come back. There are multiple reasons not to go. For example there is never any guacamole available. I understand that running out is inevitable every once in a while but this place consistently runs out and doesn't have any. I love their guacamole and I always get it when I can but alas they never make enough so even on not busy weekdays I'm left with nothing to put on my food. The quality of the food is also the worst I've had in any chipotle. The rice is super inconsistent and often left semi hard and undercooked as well as seasoned improperly. I don't know if the staff there is being payed not to give people as much food because the portions are always below average without fail. I cannot fathom how this location is still in business due to all of their shortcomings and it seems many people agree with me. Ownership really needs to take a hint and management needs to start reading reviews and making genuine changes. I know this inevitably won't happen because it is very busy due to it being the only chipotle in the area and it just disappoints me seeing one of my favorite chains just be dragged through the mud repeatedly. If I could give this place negative stars it would be -5 stars. Oh and also they never have hand sanitizer in their dispensers and they have been out for months. Everyone at this location needs to be evaluated and the health department should show up here and shut this place down so we can maybe get a better location with a better staff and a better owner. I have never wrote a review this long but I just figured after having yet another bad experience I would dedicate some time to ripping into this awful establishment.
