I found this place on yelp and I'm HAPPY I did! To start, the chips and salsa was very good! The chips are thin and crispy and seasoned. We got the queso with chicken and steak and was one of the best I've had. I got the street tacos with Charro beans and a side tamale. The Charro beans were amazing with a great smoky flavor. So because I have always felt the need to not lie to the public, I'm not a politician. We went back on Friday (the review was written on Thursday the 23rd after the 5th visit) and well I can honestly say disappointed is an understatement. Not the food or atmosphere in the least but the service well sorry there is no other way to say it but it sucks. Not because it's busy still 2 servers and a manager but the server we got well needs some training or major help. Shouldn't be left on tables by herself. If this was my first visit I can't say I would be back. She has serviced the table next to us about 5 times in a row and NEVER once stopped by our booth literally right next to the other one. But because this isn't my first and I know better than believing this is the norm I will be back but if this server is mine again I will leave before I order. read more

Me and my husband visited this restaurant based on a referral. To say it was an excellent restaurant referral is an understatement. We were greeted immediately by a smile and warm welcome by Stephanie who was our server as well. The food was very fresh, flavorful and delicious; the service by Stephanie was outstanding and Gustavo was amazing with his suggestions and recommendations. This is a must try if you are in the Biloxi area. 10 out of 10. If I could give it 10 stars for a perfect 100% score I would. We got the Barria tocos and the steak tacos and they were absolutely delicious. We also got a beer and margarita and the beer was draft and was served in a large mug. The margarita was served in a nice sized glass goblet and was amazing as well. Perfect amount of tequila and tasted delicious. We definitely will be returning. Wish they had one back home in TN. Trivia Night is always fun. Be sure to get there by 5:45. On this occasion it was a packed house. We had to sit by the screen and half the table could see the questions. I got the Stuffed Fried Avocado with shredded chicken. I really enjoyed it. Trivia night is usually 2 for 1 on beers & margs. My Modelos were big & cold. The staff were very friendly and kept checking on me if everything was OK. Their interior seemed to be more like a bar but nothing was overpriced as a typical bar. The tacos in Gulfport and Biloxi are so good! We're from up north and we have a large Latin population in our town so there are lots of places to get good authentic Mexican food but this area beats them all! We've tried four different places so far and they are all good. Juan's Beer and Tacos are right across the street from us and they did not disappoint! They have the best birria tacos ever!! The broth was so flavorful. My hubby had the shrimp burrito and he was very happy with the amount of shrimp that was in it. The fried ice cream was really hard but fun to dig into. I ordered a Taco Salads and 2 Street Tacos. The Taco Salad was kind of soggy. Nothing but meat and beans and tomatoes on it, the flavor was good. Now my street tacos were, what can I say, I don't know what type of meat it was, but it wasn't chicken or beef. It look like tripe or chitlins. The customer service was great.
