Worst Chick Fil A ever! Waited at the drive thru doors for 15 minutes on two drinks. Multiple male employees walked by me multiple times to deliver food to the cars behind me. She completely ignored me...once again I could see my drinks on the table. Ten minutes go by and she finally decided to hand me my drinks. Chick-fil-a has a franchise-wide standard that is always met, in my experience. This Chick-fil-a is nestled inside of a shopping area. The parking lot is coned off to keep order between the drive thru and passing vehicles. The lines were long, but lines don't exist at Chick-fil-a. This was my daily post gym stop, for breakfast. None of my drive visits lasted more than 5 minutes and even that's pushing it. The crew members handle the long lines, like the Avengers handles the bad guys. Everyone was always very friendly. Any "thank you" was responded with Chick-Fil-A's signature "my pleasure". My food was always Chick-fil-a quality. I utilized the app to place my drive thru orders and it made it a breeze. This experience and many past experiences, at Chick-Fil-A, is the reason why I look for Chick-Fil-A in every city I visit. Aside from the insane maze one must go through just to place an order, i have yo say it's rare that my order is ever wrong. Even with the unsettling amount of people that are always there, the franchise has set the standard in how to effectively and efficiently attend to its customers. A business model that many other national franchises should take note of. The food is always good, and I'm never surprised with over cooked or tasteless food. To top it all off, each employee seems genuinely happy to be working there and not once has anyone blamed the pandemic. The only negative is that the restaurant needs more room.
