I had the chicken taco, and also the oyster taco. They were decent, though nothing extraordinary. I did notice, though, that the chicken was just sitting out on a tray, uncovered, which I didn't love--it felt a bit careless. Other items were covered, so it stood out. Overall, I might return, but that chicken situation left me a bit uneasy. The gentleman that was taking orders / prepping food was nice.

Pupusas are huge and on the thinner side, less dense which I found easier to eat. So good. One order included two huge pupusas, and it was a nice, filling, but not overwhelming snack. Got the chicken and cheese, which had a puréed filling. I think food is made to order, and while we waited, we saw someone making them from scratch. You can taste the love in it! Solid boba tea shop…read more The most divine drink here is Taro Milk Tea; out of all the boba shops I've been to in Houston, I've never had Taro milk tea with the taro pulp embedded into the drink for that extra texture and flavor. I LOVED the Taro Milk Tea. It gave me the biggest orgasm in the mouth! Sweet, creamy, and tasty, got dayum!! You have to get it with less ice, full capacity sugar, and popping mango boba. Kiss the chef because he knows what he is doing! Next up, I tried the matcha latte with almond milk (I usually get anything with matcha with oat milk for creaminess), but this time I wanted to try it with almond milk, the matcha was rich and still tasted very earthy at which I admire. The matcha latte wasn't as good as the taro, but it was smooth. Good grade of matcha. The sweetness didn't dilute the bitterness like at some places I've gotten a slew matcha drinks from. I got the matcha latte with passion fruit popping boba and less tea. Regular sugar. Friendly staff. The mixers weren't overly loud. Clean restaurant. Plenty of seating. Veg friendly.

I ordered a classic brown sugar milk tea with boba, half sweet, and the milk tea itself was delicious--rich, flavorful, not watered down, and just the right amount of sweetness. The boba was a little inconsistent, though. Some pieces were perfectly chewy, while others were slightly tough in the center. I would've easily given this place 5 stars if the boba had been consistently cooked. The egg rolls were SO good--crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful inside. They definitely don't skimp on the filling! My only complaint is that I wished I had more than four! Overall, I'd definitely come back, especially when I'm hungrier so I can try one of their banh mi sandwiches and a croffle next!
