This place made for a great stop on our road trip to Denali National Park. Boy, I haven't had Krispy Kreme in a while, and it's rare to find one that still makes the donuts in-house -- at least where I live. So I was so excited to enjoy freshly made Krispy Kreme donuts right from the store, not the pre-made ones from a central kitchen. And wow, it really does make a difference! When we visited, they had a Back to Hogwarts themed collection, and as a Professor Dumbledore fan, of course I had to try them! They were absolutely delicious -- especially the Hufflepuff donut filled with butter toffee-flavored custard (I wish I had more!). Our favorite Gryffindor donut was topped with a delightful Biscoff cookie crumble.Their coffee was great too -- they even brewed my decaf to order. Fantastic service all around. read more

This Krispy Kreme location has been consistently disappointing. They advertise opening at 7:00 AM, yet it's not uncommon for them to still be closed at 7:30 or even 8:00 AM. On the rare occasions they are open, they're often out of stock on most of their donuts and have an extremely limited selection. For a business that promotes fresh donuts in the morning, it's frustrating to show up during breakfast hours only to find the doors locked or almost nothing available to purchase. If the posted hours can't be consistently met or inventory can't be maintained, the business should update its hours and set more realistic expectations for customers. I really enjoy Krispy Kreme donuts, but this location has made it difficult to rely on them. I hope management addresses the staffing, inventory, and opening time issues because the current experience has been consistently disappointing. read more

This Krispy Kreme is located next door to the MTA building and Fred Myer gas station. My husband and I decided to come here to purchase their limited time doggie donuts that was released on Saturday, Aug 26, in honor of National Dog Day. After we parked right outside and walked in, we were greeted by 2 friendly employees behind the counter. There was a small line. When it was our turn, we ended up ordering: Special Dog Doughnuts, while supplies last, $14.99 prior to tax- These donuts are " pup'kin spice" flavored". The ingredients on the box do show that these are made with peanut butter and pumpkin. Our little girl so far has eaten 3 of them (broken in small pieces over time) and has enjoyed eating them. Medium Vanilla Latte, $4.25 prior to tax- My husband ordered this (hot) for himself and thought it tasted just fine. Original Glazed Donut, $2.19 prior to tax- My husband also ordered this donut for himself and thought it was good. ------------------------------- (Total= $21.96 after tax) I thought the dining area was very cute with the wall paper and donut tables. The woman's restroom was clean upon this visit. Service was friendly. Am actually surprised to see that the overall rating for this business is 2 stars (at the time of this review). However, being that there were only 2 employees running the store, it seems they may be under staff (please note that this location also has a drive thru) and so wait time may be longer than desired. But we did have a positive experience, thus my 5 star review. read more

We went in to grab a few donuts and donuts dots this time around and definitely wasn't impressed with the donut dots at all they just got a regular donut chopped it up and put it into the container. I honestly wouldn't have even mind if the donuts were atleast warm and fresh but they were not at all. I would have just ordered a regular donut if that's what I wanted. read more

Absolute worst and slowest Krispy Kreme in the world. You might wait 15 seconds or 15 minutes for service. Most people just leave after 10 minutes. read more

The young ladies at Krispy Kreme Wasilla was very kind and had best service ever they worked as a team and a special shout out to Savannah for such amazing work that you did when we came in and order thank you. We definitely will be back. read more

Ordered first thing in the morning-donuts were stale and under-cooked. VERY poor quality! Don't waste your money-go to Donut King! read more

Stopped by the Krispy Kreme in Wasilla and was seriously impressed. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and inviting. I got a fresh Original Glazed right off the line--warm, soft, and absolutely delicious. Tried a few fun flavors too, and they were just as good. Service was quick, and you could tell the team really cared. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the area. One of the best Krispy Kreme visits I've had! read more

Let me start by saying that I have tried this spot multiple times since they are a relatively new business, but they continue to disappoint. The seasonal donuts are exciting for our kids so we stop around the holidays to check them out. My latest trip was to grab the Halloween themed donuts. Of course I was expecting something similar to the advertisement but what I got was quite different. I certainly don't expect Krispy Kreme staff to be exceptional artists, but my goodness this is pretty subpar for undersized and overpriced donuts. Secondly, I think it is terrible that the donuts are much smaller than what you would get from the local grocery store or donut shop. Besides the size, the filling was minuscule. I tore a raspberry filled donut apart and a pocket the size of my thumbnail was all that there was. It's a real shame when a grocery store provides better donuts than a chain that focuses largely on just donuts. If you are looking for a good laugh and a thinner wallet, then by all means go to Krispy Kreme and check out their Halloween creations. If you want a quality donut that won't break the bank, check out Donut King, Fred Meyers, or Carrs in Wasilla. read more

Upholding the standard on coffee and doughnuts. Bought a dozen to bring home for the kids. 10 made it! That delivery charge is steep when mom and dad bring home these kinds on goods. read more

Second time giving this Krispy Kreme location a try. Walked in and noticed how tiny and over/under proofed their donuts were. First visit was the same but thought maybe it was just a bad batch, nope! Someone needs to take this nice location and run it properly, these are not Krispy Kreme standards. read more

I wanted to like this place but the prices are outrageous for what you get. I paid about $15.00 for a dozen Sour-cream cake donuts. The donuts were so small and thin I could barely believe it. I get better donuts at Fred's for $6.99 a dozen. Too bad Fred's was out of my donuts that da read more

I don't know what's quite wrong with this location but they always seem to have a problem. In the summer, no jelly donuts. In the winter, no donut holes or minis. And the latte they sold us was lukewarm. Krispy Kreme should pay some attention to this location read more

My family went here for the first time today and received 6 glazed donuts that appeared to be the same quality (if not worse) than the Krispy Kreme donuts that are sold at Walmart. You could tell they had been sitting in the box for who knows how long because they had settled together and ripped from each other when taken out of the box. When I looked in the drive through window, there weren't any fresh donuts on the donut shelf. Also, my iced coffee tasted like cigarette butt tea. Save yourself the money and pass on this location. read more

The girl at the counter was RUDE to my 80 yr old mother. Because after they had taken a bite of two jelly donuts (80 yr old Dad was with her) My mom went up to tell the girl it was RAW, The girls was RUDE snapped at my mother and said I cant take them back after you have eaten off of them. EXCUSE ME?? Your serving raw donuts and you think it's my monthers fault? The girl gave her a refund. As She threw the 5.00 down my mother asked where her change was, the girl went and got .10 cents and by this time my 80yr old mother had ENOUGH!!! She said a few choice words to her. And left. My Mother is in stage 4 liver failure, my Dad just got out of ICU 3 day's ago and home yesterday. For heart problems. I want this RUDE employee FIRED!!!! For God's sake they are BOTH 80 yrs old. This girl should NOT be allowed to work with the public! read more

The National Krispy Kreme franchise is offering a free glazed donut from March 22 to the end of the year 2023, every day, "to show our support for those who choose to get vaccinated," the company says. I stopped by the Wasilla location to purchase donuts for my family and asked to redeem the free glazed in addition to the dozen I was buying. I was told this franchise owner is not participating in the national offer. It is too bad the owner doesn't understand science and the way out of this pandemic to economic recovery and a more 'normal' world is through vaccination. I will not give this location my business ever again. read more

Donuts are tiny, customer service is horribly. usually only one staff. That one staff member will make everyone standing in the lobby wait for him to fulfill drive thru orders over and over again even when multiple cars arrived AFTER you have been standing there waiting inside. Just a horrible experience and not worth the prices for such tiny, baby size donuts. read more

They're only open until 6 pm now apparently (we tried to go on a Saturday). Hours aren't updated to say that anywhere I can find.

Great place to go if you like rude service and a sub-par selection. Been here a few times trying to give the store the benefit of the doubt, and each time, it was the same thing. Aside from a reasonable selection, I don't expect much; a simple acknowledgment of my existence and maybe a please and thank you. Unimpressed. read more

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. But the hours are never consistent some days it's 7 then recently they changed hours so they close at 6, often I have been by and they have been closed minutes early. On Tuesday, December 8, around 9:30 am, I entered the store just behind a group of three young people. I stood about 6 feet behind them as they made their selections. I could see at least three employees in the open area. When their server finished with them, she did not come over to wait on me, nor did anyone else. Another employee approached the counter, then walked away. After approximately ten minutes without being waited on, I called out, "Thank you, anyway!" and left. I purchased some delicious donuts at Donut King about a mike away, who had a much wider selection, waited on by a sweet young lady who greeted me as I entered the store, and she happily filled my order. read more
