Was forced to wait 15mins when there was only 1 person in front of me. I was helped initially, but after being asked several times whether I was helped I said yes but ended up receiving no service in the end. Then proceeded to ask for assistance and finally was helped. I went to check out and bought a dozen original and on their sign it says its $11.99. They rang me up at a subtotal of $12.99. When I asked why the price was different he proceeded to tell me it was tax, but I saw there was sales tax added to the $12.99 totaling a little over $14~ so he lied and was arrogant about it. I understand it was just a dollar but after the conversation had concluded he told me "It is what it is do you want the donuts or not." Remark was unneeded I was pulling my wallet out to pay when he said it so I just said no thanks and walked away. After walking away he decided to talk down on me to the customers behind me. Not a great experience shame because I wanted the donuts. They need to update their sign. Can't be rude to customers wondering why their prices are inaccurate. read more

I was sad to see these stores close up around Arizona, since they really do have the best donuts. So I'm super excited that this one opened up again! I adore their simple glaze, but their assortments have great options like chocolate, custard, cream, apple, blueberry, as well as specialties like cookie dough and Oreo cookie! Donuts are pretty cheap, being $1 for glaze, $1.20 for other kinds, and $1.50 for specialty ones. And it's $10/dozen assorted or $9 for dozen all glazed. I don't come to this part of town often except to get my braces straightened nearby. But I know that I'll be getting a donut every time! read more

Today is October 23rd, 2020. I ordered 2 dozen glazed and a dozen halloween donuts online for delivery this morning just after 7 am. The order said, "your loyalty transaction could not be complete." I didn't get an email or anything. So before I put the info back in I decided to make sure they didn't charge my account. Guess what... THEY DID!!!!! $47.36. So I call them to make sure they got the order. They said they couldn't find the order anywhere in the system. So the manager said she was gonna call me back with a solution in a few minutes. So a FEW HOURS go by no word. So I call her MULTIPLE TIMES!!! NO ANSWER!!!! She is refusing to take my call when she sees it on the caller id. So I called corporate. They said they started a refund and sent me a coupon for a free dozen donuts. But look, here's my bank account with the charge!!! But she thinks I'm some smoe trying to get one over on her. Well fuck you bitch. I wasn't lieing. You don't deserve to be a manager. Go back to training asshole!! read more

Driving to work and noticed the hot light so decided to swing in and bless the office with hot fresh donuts... Boy was I wrong. The girl in the drive through window told me they were not the glaze but a different type of donuts and the light is on whenever they are making any donuts. She also told me that they were made 10 minutes ago, but they were ice cold. And what hit the nail on the head was when I got an iced coffee drink, she used her apron to wipe it down instead of a towel or napkin. I see why this place has such low ratings... Definitely will not be back... Ever. Young Donuts are soooo much better... But they are on vacation for most of the month. read more

This location is a joke! Multiple times I have gone through the drive thru when the hot now sign has been on and the donuts are not hot. The manager stated that the sign was on by accident. Really?! I went to KK at 3:52pm and asked for a dozen glazed donuts and was told they were all out and would not have anymore until after 4pm. Again...Really?! The staff seem young and immature. Unfortunately I have to agree with these reviews. Poor customer service , lack of organization , and having to repeat your orders 3 times minimum. Donuts were served cold ;seems like this is a common occurrence from the other reviews I have read. Employees lack professionalism, friendliness , and going above and beyond for the customer . I could hear the girl over the intercom having a full on conversation with coworkers while taking my order and asking me to repeat it multiple times . Its like they hired kindergarteners to run the store and its a hot mess, not the donuts though , those are cold. Anyways, I strongly recommend an improvement in morale and quality if they want it this place to last . How hard can it be , its donuts bro. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I think it's great that they offer fundraising opportunities for schools however when they say they will have the donuts ready in the morning and that is the information the parents give to those buying the donuts they should have them ready. To say that they sold more than they expected is ridiculous... as a company you should be prepared. I will never do business with this company again even if it is for a fundraiser. read more

The donuts seem to be much smaller and have lost that Krispie cream taste. Don't know what you're putting in the filled ones but it seems like just artificially flavored filling. The chocolate covered ones and glazed ones have very little glaze on them. Won't go back anymore. Dunkin' donuts still sells real donuts that taste and look visually appealing. read more

I've been to this location three times now and never once have they had warm donuts. Today we ordered 3 donuts and some donut holes for my three year old. The donuts were so sweet and the glaze was so thick that it was falling off in huge hunks. The donut holes were hard and appeared to be from yesterday. The seating area had icing all over the floor, the table was dirty and the seats had definitely not been wiped down. Disappointing when they had three staff members visible and only three other customers. There are so many better donut places in Tucson. I think this will be our last visit. read more

My husband and I have come to this location multiple times since the opening and have not had one good experience. We have waited in line (as the only people might I add) and watched people mop and look ready to shut down (an hour and a half before closing) or stand around for up to 15 minutes before anyone even asked us what we wanted. We finally stopped going inside and have used the drive-thru twice now during the hot light times and neither times have gotten hot donuts. Not even warm. Incredibly disappointing. read more

This place is great. The customer service is fine. The donuts are good. And the prices are decent. They have a drive thru as well for added convenience. It's never taken me a long time to get my order since every time I went there they had everything in stock and I was usually greeted relatively quickly. I'm glad they re-opened in town. read more

Went to this location for the first time ever and I have to say that I was impressed with the level of service. I think the employees (manager?) name was Logan, and he really took care of us and was extremely gracious. The drinks were actually surprisingly good, and the doughnuts were obviously amazing. The interior seemed clean enough, and overall we had a great experience. We will definitely be back, just based on excellent service alone. Thank you for making our weekend! read more

The donuts are great...obviously. But this place has the most inefficient staff ever. Buying a dozen donuts takes about as long as purchasing a new car, or closing on a house. And that can only partially be attributed to the idiots who wait until they are at the front of the 15 minute line to figure out what they want. read more

We live in the NW side of town and have been to this location from the days they opened until tonight. Every time we purchased donuts they were over cook, shaped oddly and never consistent in size or taste. Tonight the flavor was blan and this is the last time we will go to this location. KRISPIE KREAM SUX! They are always out of the good doughnuts. Our first visit they were not only out of the doughnuts we wanted but the drive through line was really slow.This was in the afternoon they had all ready run out of doughnuts! They gave us the wrong doughnuts, could not figure out how to to even run the cash register. The place is total chaos and very poorly managed and run. Great product! How can you screw it up, it's Krispy Kreme, right? Not so much. So many employees standing around with 1-2 worker bees. It's filthy after being open for a month. Have to scream over the music for an order, and the OG Glaze donut is over-fried. Red Light means you get 2-4 hour old donuts. It's not rocket surgery, it's donuts. Not warm, or Hot as the sign says. I can get better product at a Circle K or Dunkin' Donuts without the attitude and indifference. I hope they do better and stay open, but the hype has died down. I give them 2 years. read more

The donuts here are generally pretty good. Today they looked a bit old. I settled for an iced coffee which was delicious and skipped the donuts. They have a bit of a fly/insect problem. I will be back for some donuts on another day and hope that they are more fresh then. read more
