I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received from one of your staff members. Upon entering, we were greeted by an unfriendly staff member who seemed completely disinterested in assisting us. Despite the store being empty, she displayed a rude demeanor. When I asked for napkins, she pointed me in the right direction curtly and said BEHIND YOU, SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP AT ALL; ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and when I requested to use the bathroom and the code, she rolled her eyes and told me the code so rudely. She was nice enough to say new ones were coming out, and she would get us a couple more. She didn't have to do that but she did just to take care of us. Update : 3- Service still great. COVID is only drive thru open and sometimes it can be a tad bit of a long line, but it's always worth it in the end. I am obsessed with these doughnuts. They are always so light and not heavy on the icing or batter like most doughnut places. I never had a bad experience and if you have the app they tend to do specials which gives more reason to go! They also have limited editions ones changing constantly. Never had a bad doughnut from there and if you go when they neon sign is it lit. It means they are making them fresh out the press! Even when I wait for the hot light to be on, my donuts are never warm from here. I feel like they are directed to get rid of their colder staler inventory first. This is true for all the half dozen times I've come. It disappointing because Krispy Kreme was my first donut love, and the sentimental reason why I love all donuts. I still remember my first KK donut. It was in Burbank California and I watched the employee take my donut straight off of the donut line! That was the perfect warm donut that all KK donuts have the potential to be, but have never lived up to since. I'm a big fan of the candy bar so I was curious to see if mixing two of my favorite treats would double my happiness. The answer is no. Don't buy donuts here during the weekend. I've noticed that the donuts are smaller than normal. The donut hole is bigger which makes it smaller. My guess is that the cook and/or the company is doing this to cut costs. During the week the size seems to be just about normal. They're Still not the size they used to be however. read more

I'm tired of coming to this location and there's always an excuse on why they're closed. This time I went around 6:20pm, sign on the door said sorry we ran out. That seems odd for a donut place that is constantly making donuts and I'm sure has a whole inventory ready to be made. I'm guessing in the am they should be closed too right??? If they "ran out"?? This isn't the first time they have used an excuse like this to close early. At least you could do is update your website to say your closed and stop wasting our time!
