Lobby was locked when we stopped by at 3:00 pm, only the drive thru was open. Very few donuts to choose from. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received from one of your staff members. Upon entering, we were greeted by an unfriendly staff member who seemed completely disinterested in assisting us. Despite the store being empty, she displayed a rude demeanor. When I asked for napkins, she pointed me in the right direction curtly and said BEHIND YOU, SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP AT ALL; ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and when I requested to use the bathroom and the code, she rolled her eyes and told me the code so rudely. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. My husband was astonished by her attitude as well. Its donuts it's not that serious but then again she was nasty! I tried the #krispykreme #churro #doughnuts at the Broadway location in Tucson and it was a waste of money ‍#1 I thought they would be bigger and taste like a churro it tasted like a regular doughnut (like the homemade kind that you make by frying biscuit dough) they put so much sugar on it you can't taste anything else I ate a little bit of each and trashed mine ‍. Aside from that the service was good, the place is clean and I normally like Krispy Kreme, but not when they try to do too much with the flavors. Excellent doughnuts and great service. Walked in to check out the doughnut selection and it all looked very fresh. Felt very special with the complimentary Krispy Kreme rewards birthday gift. Ordered an original glazed dozen, plus two custom type (one raspberry filled, the other Oreo cream filled). Classic soft doughnuts and great flavor. All staff I saw wore masks, and those in the production area had gloves too. Tables and chairs were moved aside to make more room. Such great doughnuts. I came here for the warm glazed. After we ordered ours, I noticed my glazed wasn't warm. I went back up and talked to Cheyenne hooked it up. She was nice enough to say new ones were coming out, and she would get us a couple more. She didn't have to do that but she did just to take care of us. Update : 3- Service still great. COVID is only drive thru open and sometimes it can be a tad bit of a long line, but it's always worth it in the end. I am obsessed with these doughnuts. They are always so light and not heavy on the icing or batter like most doughnut places. I never had a bad experience and if you have the app they tend to do specials which gives more reason to go! They also have limited editions ones changing constantly. Never had a bad doughnut from there and if you go when they neon sign is it lit. It means they are making them fresh out the press! This is a good Krispy Kreme! Drove through is quick and easy with short wait times. People are friendly and the doughnuts are warm when I get them. Only downside is that they're so good and if you're not careful, you might end up eating 5 in a day (@me). I usually just order the 12 glazed for about 10 dollars but the assorted is a few dollars more. read more

Even when I wait for the hot light to be on, my donuts are never warm from here. I feel like they are directed to get rid of their colder staler inventory first. This is true for all the half dozen times I've come. It disappointing because Krispy Kreme was my first donut love, and the sentimental reason why I love all donuts. That was the perfect warm donut that all KK donuts have the potential to be, but have never lived up to since. Don't buy donuts here during the weekend. I've noticed that the donuts are smaller than normal. The donut hole is bigger which makes it smaller.
