Great customer service. Came for 6 donuts, left with a dozen. Martin took my order at the drive thru and was like you let me help you save money just buy the dozen lol. Made me laugh and smile. Bree at the window was great. We were offered free samples (and of course we took them) me, my husband and both my kids finished before we received our order! Asked for the St Patrick theme 4 times to the employee and paid extra for this theme only to get home to see how I was ripped off. The employee just didn't want to give me what I asked for. Why does this store hire idiots? I drove through today. I asked for ONE, EACH, OF THE FOOTBALL THEME DONUTS *&* the rest of the dozen to be random donuts. Well, I got 3 of the FOOTBALL ones, and only 1 other had chocolate. Two of the donuts I got were exactly the same. I have never been so disappointed in Krispy Kreme. Honestly, how difficult is it to take an order??? I've worked fast food. I'm also a middle school teacher, so when I say something and I hear that someone obviously didn't understand me by how they reply, I restate what I said to be more clear. What she said, when she replied, sounded to me, like she understood me. Evidently, I was wrong. Unfortunately, I didn't open the box until 10:30pm. The 3 doughnuts I ordered via drive thru were not warm at allI can buy the Krispi Kremes from the grocery store if I wanted them like this. 12/10/23 at 9:45am...went here, in the drive thru. Ordered a dozen original glazed, a cinnamon roll, an iced chocolate Kreme filled & a caramel iced latte. First of all, my iced chocolate Kreme filled was hard as a rock! The Kreme in the inside was like cottage cheese...that got tossed out the window...my husband goes to put a straw in his iced latte and there's a long, black hair sitting in it! First time since this was finally opened! The staff seemed nice and knowledgeable but the doughnuts when we got home the same night seemed old and dry! This is not a good experience as I have gone to the one down the street and it has been way better and not dry (as if they cooked it that day). Don't waste your money on the drinks at this location. I came in around 3:30PM today when it wasn't too busy inside or in the drive-through. I ordered an iced original glazed latte. Thankfully, I took one sip before leaving, and realized that the drink I received was not sweet at all. I voiced my concern to the worker who gave me my drink, and he took it back behind the counter to add syrup. When I received it back, it was unpleasantly overly sweet. I'm pretty sure they made me the wrong drink initially. I've had this same drink before from another location, and it was a different color and came sweetened already. The workers seemed quite disorganized and scattered during my visit, which is why I'm convinced they just gave me someone else's order. Don't waste your time trying to order a drink here. read more

So me and my two friends went in to get a latte, and a hot chocolate. (And donuts of course). When we got the latte and hot chocolate, they tasted sour... so we asked if the whipped cream was maybe expired and the young lady told us the whipped cream doesn't expire until next year... so we were like okay that's weird. She remade one of the drinks while the hot chocolate wasn't done yet and my friend got his drink and it was extremely sour still. She finally admitted to us that the milk was EXPIRED! We were running late for class and we didn't have time to wait for more or get our refund... but this is extremely unacceptable and can easily make someone very sick!!!! The service tonight was absolutely wonderful! There was a promotion going on, and they were very busy, but that did not stop the girls working there to go out of their way to be so friendly and kind. Donuts were not as good as at other Krispy Kreme locations. Pumpkin glazed seasonal donut was old. The original glazed donuts were just ok. Drive through customer service was nonexistent. The manager seemed nice and professional but, there were two unprofessional and immature cashiers trying to help me that didn't know what they were doing, and couldn't seem to answer anything I asked them. This is not brain surgery folks, these are just simple questions about donuts. At this point I noticed that all of the staff that I was able to see was very young.
