This shop is located in a strip mall and tons of parking available. I have passed this place a few times but Yelp actually guided me to try it out. The donuts here are pretty good and really fresh. I got my regular Boston cream. Light and fluffy. Deliciously tasty and the creamy mustard is rich. I had a croissant breakfast sandwich as well. I don't believe it was fresh but it was still good. The woman working early morning is very friendly. It gets busy but manageable as everyone is a regular. You can tell as they order quick. Made an early morning run for sinfully delicious donuts from Pam's, our favorite. Took my first bite of my apple fritter and it was hard and dry. Of course I proceeded to eat the fritter but I have to say it tasted stale. I then tried a Boston cream and it too was stale. Not the soft fresh donut I expected. I felt like we were given days old donuts. My husband had the same reaction as I. Please Pam's Donuts, if you're going to sell days old donuts, label them and sell for less. read more

Whenever I'm back in my hometown, Pam's Donuts is always my go-to spot! I'm in my 30s now, and I've been coming here since I was 3. This place is truly special - always consistent and absolutely delicious. I'm pretty sure the owner is actually Pam, but when I Googled "Pam's Donuts" to leave a review, I was shocked to see there are so many locations. I can only hope that they're all actually Pam's Donuts - the same lady I remember from my childhood. She's always been so kind and such a hard worker. We love Pam's! We live in a community just walking distance from Pam's. My son and I enjoy taking Saturday morning strolls over to Pam's. Best donuts out family and coworkers have had in Temecula. Good variety of fresh made donuts and coffee, if you call ahead or get there early enough sometimes they can do special requests. The ladies working there are very attentive and make sure they get your order right. My husband doesn't like a ton of sugar so he always tries to get their unglazed bars and the dough is incredible. My husband goes out of his way to get a donut and coffee before work, he also grabs some for his coworkers and they love the donuts as well. Was craving a donut with a passion so decided to try this donut spot. The donuts here are absolutely delicious! I'm a maple bar girl, their maple bar did not disappoint! The donut was nicely glazed with the not overly sweet maple frosting. It was soft, fluffy, and felt like it just dissolved in my mouth. I also tried a chocolate sprinkle donut. That also didn't disappoint. It was more of a cake donut but still didn't feel too heavy unlike other donut places. typically really love other Pam's Donuts locations but this one in particular is absolutely horrible. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and got yelled at and told to move several times while I was trying to enjoy eating a doughnut with my daughter and friend. They claimed that there wasn't enough room for other people to move around my wheelchair and they insisted on making us move tables multiple times regardless of the fact that there was of room for people to move around my wheelchair. I've never experienced anything like this in my life, and will absolutely never come here again. It looks like some kid made these donuts. They dont taste too bad but i would give an F for presentation. And they charge .50 cents to use a credit card. I tried to order a bulk amount of donuts 3 days prior to an event. I spoke to the owner, and he said no problem as I did that one time before. I gave him my order and my name. He told me to call back Friday to confirm the order. I call on Friday and spoke to someone else, and he said did you pay already? I said no, I paid last time when I picked up my order on the Saturday morning. He then stated that because I didn't pay that he wouldn't honor my order. He continues to tell me that they have been in a bind before claiming customer's never came and they got screwed. I told him well, I'm not one of those people...he continued to lump me into this particular customer base. I was appalled. I told him that I'm a local realtor and I would definitely be there for this large event we're putting on. He then kept making excuses stating I called to late in the day, and that they're almost closed...I called late purposely out of respect of not interrupting there busy times. I then asked him to please call the owner to confirm with him. He took my name and number and he called me back. When he called back he said because I didn't pay, and I didn't call early that they cannot fulfill my order. He went with more excuses stating they had to many orders for Saturday morning already! I was very upset as I reiterated that is why I called on Wednesday. Bottom line is I was purchasing over $250 worth of donuts and they wouldn't budge. The person I spoke to was rude, and clearly not customer service centric. I ended up calling Hole in One Donuts in Murrieta off Murrieta Hot Springs. They honored my request and were extremely accommodating + very nice!!! I will never patronize Pam's Donuts again. read more

I have stopped here every few months over the past 15 years, to pick up some donuts when we have had company staying over, or as a treat for my wife who loves their apple fritter (amongst others) in particular. The service has always been A-OK, as are the donuts themselves. I am not a big donut eater, but will have one once in a while. The best time to come is in the early morning when the donuts are the freshest. I made the mistake to hit the place up once in the afternoon and you can tell the difference, which I am sure is with most donut shops that are not 24/7 establishments. There are other shops nearby, but I find this one the most convenient for ingress and egress purposes. Plus, the wife likes those apple fritters they make here.
